• Dante Jose (5/5): - Buena ubicación y buen trato del personal No hubo agua caliente y tuve que irme a otra habitación solo para bañarme. El problema era con la terma, avise que no habia agua caliente y tenia que esperar media hora. No tenia ese tiempo.

• Carmen (6/5): Zentral gelegen mit kleinem Pool - Gute Lage im Stadtzentrum. Die Angestellte hat erst das Zimmer mit Fenster zum Schacht gegeben. Später das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss direkt am Pool. Bisschen klein und beengt alles. Frühstück limitiert.
• Irene Katerine (9/5): Un lugar cerca al centro - La habitación era cómoda, tenía cable y acceso Wi-Fi Reserve habitación para 2 personas, solo colocaron 1 toalla y papel higiénico, tuve que comprar otro ahí mismo. No me agrado la habitación si bien era con vista a la calle pero por la luz pública y la bulla de las motos no pude descansar bien.

• Arturo (7/5): Si deseas ir por primera vez a Tarapoto te recomiendo este hotel porque tiene los tours disponibles. - El hotel no esta tan lejos de la plaza mayor. El lugar es tranquilo y relativamente cerca al mercado y lugares para divertirse. Relativamnete no esta tan lejos del aeropuerto. El desayuno es bueno y la atencion es tambien buena. Gente amable y siempre lista a ayudarte. Se puede comprar en el hotel paquetes turisticos a por lo menos 15 lugares lo que facilita tu estadia. Bueno lo que me llamo la atencion fue que el control remoto de la TV estaba muy desgastado. No se podia ver las letras y el televisor no se podia apagar. Tenia que desenchufar. Eso se arregla solo con un nuevo control remoto o cambiar de TV no lo reporte porque salia todo el dia. Por lo demas el hotel es recomendable.

• Ruth (9/5): Una estancia que nos permitió tomar descanso en nuestro viaje. - Me gustó las instalaciones, la atención del personal y al posibilidad de usar la piscina. Sin embargo, sugiero agregarle un peldaño a la escalera de la piscina para que pueda ser usado por personas mayores o con discapacidad. Gracias.

• Stefanie (5/5): Not like the pictures - I don't eat pork. The staff made me eggs in place of the standard rice and pork breakfast. The pictures don't accurately reflect the hotel. My room was smaller than a dorm with little more than a foot around the bed. I couldn't even open the bathroom door fully. It's all a bit run down as well. The photos presented by the hotel must be AI enhanced. The room was right next to the pool. It was so loud at night, I couldn't sleep until 11pm when the pool closed. Made for rough travel the next day. There isn't any complimentary toiletries. You have to purchase shampoo and conditioner from the front desk.

Île wifi marche très bien on peux se connecter à netflix J’ai passé un très bon séjour je n’ai rien à reprocher à cet établissement !

• José (8/5): - Ubicación y muy limpio Primer noche me asignaron habitación en 3er piso, olía a cigarro y no salía agua por la regadera ( solo sube agua en ciertos horarios diurnos) Los demás días me asignaron a una habitación con cama matrimonial (1.35 mts) más pequeña de la que seleccioné al reservar mi habitación en Booking que dice "cama extragrande" y vienen las medidas (1.50 mts o sea queen), la luz de la habitación aunque la apagarás quedaba encendida, se reportó a recepción pero no la reparararon, terminamos usando antifaces

The price was not bad, especially considering that the room had air conditioning. The breakfast was good though small for me. The pool was also small but nice. Location is not the greatest, but it is easy to take a mototaxi to restaurants or other attractions.
