- Williamson (9/5): Appreciated using your lift to and from the hospital. Your rooms are clean, very nice, quiet. - Breakfast was very nice. We were visiting my grandson who is in the hospital. He is a young disabled veteran. As a senior traveling 4 hours to visit a relative disabled due to head trauma in the Navy it would have been nice to have gotten a better price on the room. We stayed 3 nights. However, if we return be assured Aloft will be where we stay. Our room and treatment by all staff was excellent

Being that close to the airport you would think you would hear the planes taking off or landing, but I didn’t hear a thing! I would say it’s a very quiet hotel. The sheets were a little rough lol parking is also a little tight. The parking spots are tiny! Not a lot of parking.

- X9740KZsandyw (2/5): Not a secure place - I rarely write reviews, but this experience was too awful to ignore. We stayed at Aloft Hotel Dallas Love Field solely because we had an early morning appointment with a medical specialist nearby. What should have been a simple, low-stress overnight stay turned into a complete nightmare. Despite the parking lot being well lit, our vehicle was stolen overnight. We later discovered that ours was not an isolated incident—there were at least 8 other vehicles in the lot with smashed windows. This clearly wasn’t random bad luck; it was a widespread security failure. What made the situation even worse was the hotel’s complete lack of response. No staff member proactively walked the parking lot, checked on guests, or even acknowledged what had happened. We were left to figure things out entirely on our own during an already stressful situation. When we reached out for help, the manager provided incorrect information about how to report the theft to the police, which actually delayed the process and created additional frustration. At no point did we feel supported, informed, or cared for by the hotel staff. For a property that markets itself as safe and convenient—especially for travelers in vulnerable situations—this level of negligence is unacceptable. Between the security failure and the lack of basic guest support, I cannot recommend staying here under any circumstances. If you value your safety, your property, and any sense of customer care, I strongly suggest choosing a different hotel.

- wmchenry (2/5): Gift card not honored - While making the reservation online Marriott offered a $400 e-gift card for applying for their BonVoy credit card. I did so, was approved and received the gift card. Upon checking in, however, the hotel refused to honor the card stating that their property was unable to process the card. Messages and calls to the manager went unreturned.
- Diane (8/5): Great location - The location is perfect for access to the airport and the shuttle is super helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We checked in at 11pm and waited for 20 minutes for the desk clerk to get off the phone as the line grew behind us. Although we reserved a regular 2 queen room back in October and notified the hotel twice about our late check in, a regular 2 queen was not available when we checked in.

Shower water was ice cold, called the front desk and was told to let it run 5 minutes, still Ice cold, called again and was told engineer would reset the hot water, waited 15 minutes, still ice cold. Shower also had a bad leak, had two bath towels on the floor that were soaked and there was still water pooling outside the bathroom. Would definitely not stay again!

- 856sala (8/5): Great hotel! - Overall one of my favorite hotels in Dallas for the convenience and wonderful staff. It's nothing extremely special, just a very solid hotel. Super good location for Love Field Airport, many food options close by, and like I mentioned, their staff is hospitable and accommodating. I had a billing issue a month after my stay, and Marc was insanely helpful in getting it resolved instantly. The kind of assistance you get at this property from people like Marc is what makes me come back especially being a huge Marriott loyal. Thank you so much Marc, will definitely be staying here again.

- JACKIE (2/5): Horrible got no sleep all night or morning - Lovely place We had noise the entire night I called downstairs and asked could they help or come to my room to hear themselves. They said no and they didn’t have another room because they was fully booked. The next morning I tried to speak with the front desk and when I say rude the rudest I have ever seen. It was still going on come to find out it was a room that they had supply’s in above us and because of the event going that night it was constant in and out. I was totally disappointed

The staff was very helpful the bartender very courteous. No restaurant available throughout the day. The cold food available was very scarce. The lobby feels extremely cold and uninviting. My room was OK although my electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work so I wasn’t able to get ready for my day as needed. I’ve had electrical problems in this hotel a few times.

- Venture04313363965 (2/5): 2 Broken Windows & Terrible Parking Lot Security - I paid to park my truck here while traveling out of town with my family over Christmas. When we returned, I found that both passenger-side windows had been smashed/cracked. What makes this worse is that the front desk attendant warned us at check-in that break-ins had been occurring, but we were already committed and couldn’t switch lots in time. That acknowledgment alone shows this was a known risk. Aside from the damage, the parking process itself was fine. However, coming home to a vandalized vehicle completely overshadowed the experience and left me with unexpected repair costs that I now have to figure out how to cover. I would not park here again unless security is significantly improved or customers are clearly warned before payment.

- L6655PXchristinef (2/5): INTRUDER - STRANGER DANGER - In August we stayed at the A Loft Marriott Hotel. When we checked in we were sent to room 604 our keys did not work so, I went back downstairs was given new keys for room 603. Those keys worked as my sister in law were relaxing and chatting - Our hotel room door OPENS - We said hello and a man's voice responding - SCARY ! By the time we made it to the door the man was gone. I went downstairs spoke to the manager - who acted very nonchalant about the incident. They gave us a different room. I emailed Marriott right away explaining what happened they sent a very generic email and I never heard from them again. There was no apology and no compensation offered for the incident. I was there for a work conference - what if I would have been alone so scary to think about. I would not recommend staying here or any Marriot. Christine F

- Devin (6/5): Disappointed as a Multiple Time Guest - Ive stayed at this hotel several times for work. This is the first time Ive had such a bad experience. The male at the registration desk was fine with us, but he seemed like he hated his job and was very rude to other people. Thw girl who worked at the bar was too busy talking to regulars to take our order. The pizza "flatbread" came out on bagels, lol. My shower floor was grimey. Like soap scum grimey. The rest of the room was great.

- marygH9059OU (2/5): Beware! Park and Fly spaces are very narrow. Hotel takes no responsibility for damage. - I parked my car here while making a weekend trip. Upon my return, I Found my car had been hit in two placed by the doors of another vehicle. I immediately wiped the area, removing the light colored paint and found a dent left by the other vehicle. I emailed pictures of the damage and my parking tag along with a description. No one reached out to me so I telephoned their front desk (214-358-7575) 3 days later. The agent reported that there are posted signs saying the hotel is not responsible for damage to vehicles. In my opinion, there is a level of responsibility ALoft assumed when they advertised and charged for parking. They could not possibly be responsible for door dings except they have made the parking space so narrow that a person must be cautious when exiting their vehicle to avoid damaging the one parked next to it. So, my complaint is that the parking spaces are too narrow to prevent cars from being damaged when people open the doors of adjacent vehicles. My car is not large, but it is new. I am very disappointed that my vehicle bears a scar from this visit and will find another parking option in the future.

I contacted the Aloft Dallas Love Field Hotel, spoke with Armel at the front desk, explained my situation. When I arrived he greeted me and had a room ready for me. Armel Definitely made my night easier. Amazing customer service. Thank you.

- morrigan716 (10/5): Very nice hotel - This hotel seems to be very new and is quite nice. It's clean with a modern ambience, and they have free breakfast every day. My only complaint is that the bathroom door doesn't lock. It just slides open and closed.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Bad parking and beds overall meh - The beds will leave you tossing and turning all night long, the $18 parking fee to park a ridiculous distance from the hotel and have to hope that no one parks beside you because the spots are so narrow that your car fits but you can't open the doors wide enough to get in and out. Not nearly enough handicap spots, it looks like they replaced several HC parking spots with EV charging spots... Employees were friendly, location was ok, but I won't go back.

Our flight was cancelled and we were all exhausted - they got us settled in fast and made us feel so much better with their cheerful attitudes! The property was awesome in every way!
