Maybe just a bigger sign of One global where the parking is situated as at night time it was a little hard to see. Also a little bench in the bathroom as there was nowhere to put my makeup down as I was applying it.

Some touch ups are needed in bathrooms like the towel rail was loose etc. It will be good to have breakfast available within the hotel. While the hotel staff was nice, the residential concierge staff was terribly rude and shouted on us while we were waiting with a dtiver in the car at the parking entrance as hotel staff delayed providing us the parking entrance access. It was terrible and agonizing, and he did not even bother to apologoze not even the next day while we stayed there. They need to properly train staff and make them learn some hospitality and customer service.

- Rhodessa (10/5): It’s the only place I stay - It’s really the only place I stay while in parramatta. From the location to how easy it is to get parking to the friendly staff. I was greeted by Jolina she was amazing. Before I even got to my destination she helped me. The suites are always so clean and beds are comfy. Home away from home for me. That I couldn’t book another night because the suites were fully booked out but that’s my own fault.

- Natalie (10/5): Overall, would definitely stay here again. The location was centrally located and the room had everything we needed. Mod - Skye Hotel Suites was in a great location. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. The gym facilities need an upgrade. They are not in great condition and are well used. The bathroom sink could use a vanity. It’s a very small sink with no bench.

It would have been great if the cleaners replenished used items such as soap bars tissues toilet paper, dishwasher tablets. We either went without or had to call reception.

The television has white dots all through it making it hard to watch a show. The cocktails are way over the top for pricing on the top level. Parking not included in your stay is absurd.

- Ebony (6/5): It was a pleasant trip however, more needs to be done in order to justify the price - The location was very central which is great The bed was horrible to sleep on, would have been more comfortable sleeping on a couch cushion than the mattress. There also weren’t any blankets etc in the room which in cooler weather is essential. Check in was after 3pm so to then also be called to see where we are as we were walking out the door at 11am to checkout felt a bit rushed. While i understand checkout is 11am I feel common practice would be to at-least allow 5-10 minutes before calling. The bathroom was also in need of some repairs so for the almost 300 a night price tag I’m not sure if it was worth the money

We found the hotel great with awesome amenities kids loved the pool . Having a kitchen with a full fridge was great only small inconvenience was having to park the car as the reception staff had to meet us in garage after check in to unlock a spot. But it was handy having a dedicated carpark the hotel was close to the Westfield and main square and public transport

- Adam (9/5): Great stay - I love the location, it's so close to Westfield Parramatta. And I really appreciate the permanent car space which helps when your attending appointments. The room's have balconies (enclosed with windows to open), while we were impressed with everything, there was clearly smokers previously who were smoking on the balcony and so the rooms smelt of cigarette smoke. This is the second time we've stayed and both times it has smelt badly of cigarette smoke.

Perfect weekend stay for 4 footy mad naughty nannas! aircon sounded like a train passing through when kicking in every now and then ( really not a big deal though considering everything else)...
