• Praewski (10/5): convenient stay near Chiang Mai gate area. - The room is clean and comfortable. it is a bit small if you are staying for 2 persons, but it was ok for me as 1 person. it is close to the Wualai walking street (on Saturday), and food market at Chiang mai Gate side ( where they have food available almost 24 hrs). it is easy to get around from there, and very close to the airport. I had pleasant and convenient stay there. the staff is very lovely and helpful. it is definitely value for money. On the other note, please note that there is no elevator in the building ( it is 4 storey building), so prepare for the walk on the stairs. you can request to the staff if you have trouble walking upstairs like me, i got the room on the second floor, which helps a lot. no.

• Marta (8/5): - The hotel is really beautiful and great ubicated, just next to the river and everything is close by. Lucy working at the reception was such a bright and helpful person! He immediately reacted when there was something wrong with the door handle at our room and moved us to another room. I was feeling sick while staying there, and he was very concerned and supporting. He really is a gem 💎 there's a chill zone on the 1st floor of the hotel, where you have access to snacks. Really great choice to stay at while you're in Chiang Mai.

• Bolte (8/5): Good value for the money - Great staff, very accommodating. Early check in and easy to communicate. Room was nice and value for the money. Not that is the fault of the hotel but next door is a huge shop with electronics and they blast during the working hours the same promotional announcement over and over until you get mad. If you do not stay in the room during the day is ok. The hotel staff were very accommodating and they gave me another room.

• Aris (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay so much, location, stuff , hotel. It exceeded our expectations. Definitely recommended I wish the balcony had a small table and chairs. Nothing else that I can think of.
• Yasuhiro (8/5): If you just want a place to sleep, it's a good choice considering the location. - Located on the south side of the old town, the location is excellent. The room was spotlessly clean and there were no issues. There are a fair number of restaurants and other options within walking distance. Traffic isn't too bad, so it's easy to get around by Grab. This is a good option if you're just looking to get a room to sleep. There is no elevator, so it may be a bit inconvenient for those with heavy luggage. You should bring your own bathroom amenities, except for shampoo and body soap.

• Tablada (10/5): Love love love this hotel- worth the price!! - The hotel had daily room service, bed was very comfortable, had great AC, showers were hot and powerful. Located at the border of the old town, 10-15min walk to the centre, great restaurants around, gate market open every night. Staff were very friendly and smiley all the time! They gave us bottles of water everyday. Has a communal area with a microwave, hotel also does laundry service. We loved the city and hotel so much we extended it for 1 more week. We will definitely come and stay here again!! You can hear the electronic store at the back of the hotel during the day, but we were out most of the time and usually peaceful when the store shuts

• Lou (9/5): Clean comfortable great shower - The receptionist was really friendly and helpful, he also helped us with our bags when we arrived and when we left. The room was very clean, had what we needed and the shower was powerful and warm. There is also a place in the communal area for eating and heating any food which was found really convenient For us the bed was quite hard and on the smaller side which interrupted our sleep a little

Ich bedanke mich für den sehr angenehmen und ruhigen Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit...die Lage ist hervorragend um die Stadt auch zu Fuß zu entdecken. Ich komme gerne wieder 😊

• Rose (9/5): Lovely friendly and spacious hotel just outside the old town - The room was lovely, spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We stayed in the triple room and liked how the double bed and single bed were separated so it felt like two distinct, slightly more private areas. The bathroom and shower were also great. Staff were super welcoming, friendly and helpful. Good location just outside the old town walls. The location, although a good price for being just outside the old town, is on a busy main road which was difficult to cross. Also there was a technology shopping complex just next to the hotel with a very loud giant TV constantly broadcasting adverts which we could always hear from our room. Didn't bother us too much but just something to consider if you prefer peace and quiet.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im dritten Stock auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes mit Blick auf einen großen Parkplatz eines Elektronik Geschäfts was für uns überhaupt nicht schlimm war. Das Personal war super freundlich und wirklich sehr hilfsbereit. Es gab eine Kostenlose Snack und Kaffee Theke und einen Kühlschrank mit Softdrinks und Wasser zu echt fairen Preisen Auf Grund unseres Ausblickes haben wir die ganze Zeit die Werbeansagen des Geschäfts von gegenüber (nicht all zu laut)

The staff are wonderful, the area is quiet and close to local food markets which are always a favourite. I've been staying here for years for a few nights at a time whilst in transit to volunteer at Elephant Nature Park (my long term stay) I highly reccomed this place for comfort, quality and price. Bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean and spacious. The hotel staff was super friendly! There was no smoking on the balcony, but had an area out in front of the hotel.

The room is quiet although it overlooks the canal and the road. The parking is small but there is a huge car park nearby. The receptionist is friendly and speaks English very well. Overall :10/10

• Events (10/5): Perfect place to stay next to the river ,right next to the market and a few meters from the old town. - I’m kind of person that I don’t like to be right in the heart of the center but also not far from it and this is the perfect location. Right next to the river ,a few steps away from the market (so you can eat a street food) and also a few steps from the old town where everything is happening. Luci was very professional and both of the receptionist helped me with everything I need . Booked excursions,advised me for visiting ,coffee and everything. I’m very grateful and I recommend this place. Also they respected my privacy but left bottles of water next to my door with toilet paper every day ,just excellent.
• Brian (10/5): Quite hotel and close to sightseeing areas - A nice room it is right next to the old town wall and many sightseeing is a really close walk. The room was nice and spacious. I had a little balcony which is nice to hangout. The reception doesn't seem to be 24/7 but check in was nice and easy. Our room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. Although the floor was not much, it is not wheelchair friendly. Overall his is a nice hotel and would stay again.
