You have to run the AC 24/7 to avoid it. Obviously not higher temperature than 25 Celsius. Our clothes and the bed got unpleasant moist. We wanted to leave the room every minute. NO HOT WATER! The hotel is far from the central. Free shuttle bus available every 1 and a half hours. You have to book it advance. I would not book it again. I don't recommend it.

I booked 2 rooms, one for myself and one for a friend. I was very impressed by the staff, especially John, who took care of all my needs from checkin on arrival to checkout on departure. John is a valuable asset to this Hotel. I enjoyed my time at the SAVOY and I will stay there again when I return to Boracay in the future.

- Hana (10/5): Savoy is your perfect choice - Absolute satisfaction, from small to big things.. the hotel is clean, spotless, the staff is smiling, helpful, attentive, always willing to help with any request. Breakfast varied, well organized, food and drinks during the day above the quality, I have no complaints at all and would book again without hesitation and would gladly recommend to others. The pre-booked return transfer was perfectly organized, we were taken care of every single step and most importantly without worries and chaos. The pools are huge, never crowded, the beach is a short walk away, but also very nice. The free shuttle to D mall is great, as well as the possibility to call a tuktuk at any time through the staff for a good price. I was sorry that I had to check out two days before the end of my paid stay and not use the return trip to the airport, because the reception staff were very nice and they were sorry that I was leaving early (we unexpectedly received a paid stay for another two nights at another hotel and since we had the opportunity to see other nice places on the island, we decided not to finish our stay at the Savoy just for this reason) Everything was perfect, thank you, Hana and Nikola

- Mia (4/5): - Clean and great facilities We had $100 Australian dollars taken from us. We had our wallet sitting on the bedside table (not in the security box which is our mistake yes I will admit). We know we entered the hotel with the wallet with money and didn’t touch the wallet over our four day stay as we didn’t need it. On our second last day we opened the wallet and the money was GONE!!!! We reported it and lesson learnt we should have used the security box, but also how can the money be missing… shame on whoever did this and was such a disappointment for our vacation

At walking distance to the beach, easy access to the rest of the island by public transport, the hotel can organise this for you. Amazing breakfast buffet and food/ drink service at the pool. - Amy (4/5): - Overall the experience was disappointing and the amenities portrayed as available just were not there upon arrival. The beach was nice but the hotel restaurants were sold out of over half the menu each day, never having chicken, fish, pork or salads available. The location is very secluded from the rest of Boracay so not an option to go to other nearby restaurants as there aren’t any. The only redeeming quality was that the staff was so sweet and lovely. We watched them feel bad having to repeatedly tell other guests they were sold out of food or inform that the amenity requested wasn’t available. Such lovely staff but the actual hotel was run very poorly and the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. We would not stay here again.

The location is quite far out of town if you are looking to explore throughout the day and night, they provide a free shuttle to and from the town but it’s very time specific.

Nos retuvieron por un a ego que no era nustro y perdimos 2 vuelos, éramos 4 personas y hemos perdido - La ubicación Esta mañana al irnos con tiempo nos han hecho esperar más de 40 minutos y nos han sacado una factura de Savoy café, del bar, que no era nuestra. Por culpa de esos 40 minutos hemos perdido dos vuelos y vamos a denunciarles. Más que nada porque use la factura no era nuestra, un cargo de 8000. Primero nos decían que era del día 1 de enero y ese día hemos enseñado fotos de que cenamos y comimos fuera del Hotel. Después nos han dicho que era de la cena del 31 de diciembre y esa cena está pagada con visa. Cuando se carga algo a una habitación, ese ticket debe ser firmado por el cliente con lo que ha gastado, porque si no cualquier persona podría cargar saldo a cualquier habitación, trabajamos en un Hotel y sabemos cómo funciona. Los nuevos vuelos nos han costado casi 13.000 pesos más una nueva noche de hotel aquí en la isla, y un día perdido de nuestro viaje. Espero que se pongan en contacto conmigo y me lo solucionen porque lo voy a publicar en todas las redes sociales y Booking, TripAdvisor y demás. Nos tienen que pagar los 13.000 pesos de los vuelos más la noche que hemos tenido que coger otro hotel. Lo más vergonzoso es que el guardia de seguridad no nos dejaba irnos ni subirnos al autobús ha sido vergonzoso!

Sir Bryan was so kind enough in touring our whole family, and the possible event venues. Savoy is a good place if you need little privacy and a breather. The staff service was also commendable. I love our overall stay, and will definitely go back in Savoy!

- MCollantesLim (10/5): Warm Hospitality from Arrival to New Year’s Eve - We arrived in Caticlan 45 minutes earlier than our expected time, and I was pleasantly surprised that the concierge team was already there waiting for us. Their warm smiles immediately made us feel welcome, and they assisted us with our luggage while informing us about the travel time to the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, Ali assisted us with the check-in. He clearly explained what to expect during our stay, including the hotel amenities and the location of the restaurant. He even personally escorted me to the all-day dining restaurant to assist with my inquiries regarding our New Year’s Eve dinner booking, which I truly appreciated. While waiting for our room, we took advantage of the hotel facilities. After getting tired, we decided to try our luck and asked if there was any room available. Thankfully, Chad from the reception went above and beyond to assist us. Despite the high occupancy and heavy workload, he remained calm, professional, and genuinely helpful. He made a real effort to look for available options and successfully found us a room earlier than expected. His efficiency, positive attitude, and willingness to help truly made a difference after a long and tiring journey, and we felt well taken care of because of him. The hotel staff were consistently helpful throughout our stay. The concierge even insisted on assisting us to our room, but I told them it was fine since we didn’t have much luggage and I understood they were busy with check-outs. I also forgot a few items back home and contacted Guest Services—Brayan, who delivered the items I needed, was very helpful and always greeted us with a warm smile. The lifeguards were also excellent. They greeted us every time they saw us and even assisted us with the beach chairs. Before I forget, I would like to commend Maddie from the all-day dining restaurant for always greeting me by name. Despite the number of guests during breakfast, she still managed to remember my name, which made the experience even more special. To all the hotel staff who worked tirelessly during New Year’s Eve, you all did a fantastic job! The food was great, and the fireworks were amazing. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay at Savoy Hotel Boracay and will definitely come back.
- Rosie (8/5): Great Christmas Getaway - The room and bathroom was great. I had the view of the golf course so I got to see the sunset as I you can see this from the pool. Kind staff and they were super helpful. If you want a place that’s removed from the hustle of the town then this is a great place to unwind. The food for breakfast was more than decent :). As I was in the 6th floor, the pressure for the shower was weak. Also I notice on my last night the balcony door wouldn’t lock.

С потолка будет капать вода, вся одежда будет мокрая, спать придется в мокрой постели. В гостинице явно проблемы с вентиляцией. Фото стен и зеркало прикреплю, так же фото потолка. Читайте внимательно отзывы. И это проблема не одного номера. Все наши коллеги жаловались на проблему с влажностью и кондиционером. Это базовые потребности которые должны работать исправно!!!! Если это работает плохо, как бы персонал не старался, все впечатление летит к черту.

- joferb2026 (10/5): Like a 5 star Hotel in Boracay! and Kudos to Lecel :D - We had a wonderful two-day stay at Savoy Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of it. The room was spotless and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. The staff provided excellent service throughout our visit—always friendly, attentive, and professional. The breakfast was delicious with great variety, and the private beach was a perfect place to relax and unwind. Special kudos to Lecel at the front desk for making my mom’s 60th birthday extra special. Even though she was working the night shift, she kindly accommodated my request without any hesitation and made sure everything went smoothly. Her kindness and effort really meant a lot to us. She is amazing, and we sincerely hope to receive the same wonderful service on our next visit. This stay gave us great memories, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.
- carolmX3177CI (10/5): Our new fave hotel in Boracay - We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at Savoy. It's the perfect place for some peace and quiet. Food is great and service is exceptional. The room is very clean and comfortable. All staff are friendly and courteous. Special shoutout to Ben, the staff assigned at the Concierge for conveniently booking us (even if we keep on changing our minds on the schedule) for the complimentary shuttle service to D'Mall every single day and for assisting us in taking the airport transfer service we got from Klook even if it was raining. We will definitely be back 💕

- Quaint Quests (5/5): Hotel which has potential - Savoy was nice a quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to dmall was really helpful as this meant you could have a more relaxing quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle but could easily get into the action. Unfortunately there was an hour delay for our check in. We were only in boracay for a short time and we had been on a early flight so waiting a long time for checking in (4pm) was not ideal. The staff did try to make it as accomodating as possible and it was not their fault. The rooms need a cosmetic refresh, a fresh paint even, it seemed as though upgrades in the hotel were rushed or not completed properly. For a 4 star hotel, the rooms were very outdated. The gym had very outdated equipment with some broken machines. There was also a leak in our bathroom next to our toilet.

- Nicolette (5/5): Overall, the stay was disappointing due to the remote location, dated and damp rooms, unreliable transport, and poor din - The room was “cleaned” everyday. While we enjoyed aspects of our stay, there were several areas that could be improved. The hotel is located quite far from the main road, making it around a 25-minute walk. Although a shuttle service is available, it runs infrequently and can be fully booked, which sometimes leaves guests needing to arrange alternative transport at additional cost. The rooms appeared somewhat dated and would benefit from refurbishment. There was noticeable dampness on the ceilings and a persistent musty smell, including from the sofas, which affected overall comfort. Dining was another area of disappointment. Dinner options were limited and service was very slow. We were advised that the dinner buffet operated between 6pm and 10pm and that reservations were required due to limited availability. However, despite having a reservation and arriving at 8pm, the buffet food had run out and we were told it would not be replenished. This was frustrating, particularly as walk-ins appeared to have been allowed earlier, and there were no alternative dining options nearby. The restaurant also seemed understaffed, with uncleared tables, long waits to place orders, and food taking over an hour to arrive. Additionally, seeing several untouched meals from other guests raised concerns about food handling. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again if visiting Boracay for the first time, as the distance and transport challenges made travelling to and from Stations 2 and 1 inconvenient. With improvements to transport scheduling, room maintenance, and dining operations, the overall guest experience could be significantly enhanced.

- 637jessym (10/5): I am definitely going back! - This was my first time in Savoy Hotel Boracay with my senior mom, I can very much tell you that the staff was so warm, thoughtful and friendly. They are the real reason why I would wanna go back again and why I recommended the place to my friends as well. Although there were some areas that needed improving like the first room they gave us had some problems and were lacking in essentials so we complained and they wasted no time in moving us to another room and provided us with the utmost care. Quick shout out to Maddie and Cheky who assisted us throughout our stay especially Maddie! I appreciated how she took down notes regarding my concerns and her genuineness was so refreshing! They also surprised us with a birthday cake for my mom back at our hotel room! I only mentioned it in passing that it was my mom's birthday and for them to take an extra mile to make it a lot more special is so heart warming to me and my mom. So thank you Savoy Hotel for having us!

Super Anbindung in die Stadt oder an die Strände mit Shuttles oder den sogenannten Atracs. Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Klimaanlage lässt sich nur ein- oder ausschalten, keine Temperaturregelung möglich.
- ArrianneJM (10/5): Lovely stay, and people around - Our stay at Savoy Hotel Boracay was good overall. The staff were accommodating, and the shuttle plus Hop-On Hop-Off service made it easy to go around Stations 1–3. Shops like 7/11 is very useful to have around the hotel. The pool is not so busy as well. So quiet and clean they always have life guards present and they give you towels to use afterwards swimming. The private beach has a great view of the Keyhole, though it can be windy and wavy, and the sand isn’t as fine. There are comfortable loungers if you just want to relax, and the area feels peaceful since it’s exclusive to New Coast guests. Special thanks to Cheky and Helen for their warm and friendly service — Cheky’s lovely smile really stood out. Lila Spa got lots to offer as well, had couple massage and was good. Suggestion: more nightly events like fire dancing or shows so guests can enjoy entertainment without going far.

- 431melodyc (2/5): Worst Customer Service - Hotel and location is nice. Stayed for 5 days 4 nights and have 3 rooms. Very poor customer service. Start with the housekeeping, they replenish all the toiletries and make up your bed but doesn't really clean the toilet. For how many days we stayed, our room smells like bathroom that hasnt been cleaned for days. I went to the front desk and asked for sevice, no one came. My niece called, no one came, my husband asked for bath towels, no one came. He ended up getting it from the housekeeping cart on our floor. Requested for ice bucket, no one came. asked a question at the bar regarding corkage, the staff cant give me an answer. She said, waiting for a manager but hours later, we didnt get an answer. Same with the dinner buffet, they said its roast beef, but its pork. All chaffing dish are empty. Took them forever to refill it. I guess you get what you paid for. Id rather spend more money and stay somewhere else next time. One good thing I can say, the pool guy and bell service are the only people who seems to know what their doing..

All of our requests were promptly and easily accommodated, and the free shuttle service made traveling to and from Boracay Port very convenient. Special thanks to our housekeeper, Bryan, as well as Sir Apol and Lelel, for always keeping our room neat and clean throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our 3 nights and 4 days anniversary vacation—it was very relaxing and memorable. We are looking forward to visiting again in the future with our twins! 😁 We are also very grateful to Mr. Tong for his generosity in allowing us to experience such a luxury living experience. - 697acc (2/5): Savoy hotel - felt unsafe and disappointed - I am giving this hotel one star due to a very unpleasant and poorly handled incident that made my family feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The hotel advertises having a private beach, but in reality, the beach is shared with multiple resorts and is located quite far from the hotel. While there is a shuttle going to the beach, there is no shuttle service for picking guests up, so you are required to walk back. This may be manageable for some guests, but it is not suitable for senior citizens or families traveling with elderly parents. During our visit to the beach, my family stayed under a coconut tree for shade due to the strong sun. We did not invade anyone’s personal space and maintained a reasonable distance from another couple nearby. As this is a shared public beach, we believed we had every right to sit there. Unexpectedly, the woman from the other couple began acting erratically and hysterically. Despite calmly explaining that we only wanted shade—especially since we were with our senior citizen parents—she escalated the situation by sitting on our towel and throwing a tantrum. We reported the incident to the lifeguard, who witnessed what happened and advised us to escalate it to our hotel’s security team. The security officer showed concern and referred us to the manager on duty (December 21, around 11:00 AM). Unfortunately, the manager did not take appropriate action. We requested a dialogue to resolve the issue, but this was not supported. Instead, we were told that nothing could be done other than “talk to security,” and shockingly, the manager suggested that we should just “pray” for the other guests. This situation required professional action, not prayers. The manager did not listen to our concerns, and her response made us feel unheard and unsupported. After this incident, we no longer felt comfortable staying at the hotel or returning to the beach. If privacy is important to you, I would recommend staying at Crimson instead, as this resort does not provide the level of privacy, guest support, or comfort—especially for families with senior citizens—that it claims to offer.

- Benson (4/5): Savoy Hotel Boracay Newcoast – Disappointing stay - nothing really We stayed multiple nights and experienced persistent musty/mouldy smells, especially when the air-conditioning was on. Our first room (4th floor) had a strong sewer smell from the toilet and visible black spots on the hallway ceiling that looked like mould. We were moved to another room, but the mouldy AC smell and sewer odour when flushing continued. The hotel also advertises a private beach, but it’s actually a long walk to Newcoast Beach and feels isolated. While staff did move us, the maintenance and ventilation issues made the stay uncomfortable and not worth the price.

The first thing we experienced after arriving is that the staff there were very friendly and have great personality and welcomed us warmly. Arriving at the room we were surprised together with my wife that they had a litte welcome present for us which we were touched by their gesture, secondly the view from our room was amazing! seeing the beautiful sunrise by the balcony shimmering in the horizon. The room was splendid, it was comfortable and cozy and specially the food. It was great. Overall 10/10 It was a memorable experience if I had say and I am thankful for it and specially for the the staff Lecel, Allestir, Chad, Christine, Apol, Nurse Michael and Nurse Z for their wonderful service.

Location is not in main high street but there is a shuttle bus service or E trike but with small charge as this is not Savoy provided. We come and stay here in Savoy every year. Fantastic customer service and manager, Chad particularly is offered excellent customer service and his team. Thank you so much from us all. Well recommended hotel.

The customer service was top notch, Lecel at the front desk was very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as good as it couod be! The hotel is kept very clean. The rooms are well insulated and noise was never an issue for us. The private beach was a huge highlight for us. There are vendors on the way to the beach as well as at the beach itself. If that wasnt enough the hotel is priced very well.

All of the front desk staff were incredibly helpful whenever we needed a shuttle, it was organised straight away. The security team were very friendly and always helpful when getting in and out of the shuttle, making sure we felt safe at all times. The level of safety at this hotel is outstanding. The breakfast staff, especially Maddie and Cheky and the rest of the staff. provided exceptional service. They were always attentive, offering coffee and anything else we needed, and made our mornings even more enjoyable. Overall, the experience was amazing, and we would absolutely love to come back again next year.

All the staff from the departments are accomodating, but Miss Maddie and Cheky from the Breakfast buffet section stood out the most. They were able to serve with smiles on their faces and showed that they really value customer service. The hotel rooms were okay for the most part, it was just that I think they had a leak with one of the sewages causing our bathroom to smell a bit. They did offer to move us to different rooms, it was just a bit too much of a hassle considering the time we had before they asked us. The hotel amenities and shuttle provided were sufficient and the hotel was located in a quiet and relaxing place.

We we're not only greeted good morning but was given exceptional service from Maddie, she brought us to our table and we we're treated well all through out the breakfast. All our requests we're granted swiftly and every dirty dish was taken away immediately . These actions shows attention to detail and accommodating service. ❤️ We'll surely come back.
