- al3gil (5/5): - القرب من الحرم الاثاث والموكيت قديم الغرف صغيرة وضيقة طلعت من الفندق الى فندق آخر لهذا السبب لم يخبرني الاستقبال ان المواقف برسوم السداد من الاستقبال ب 120 بينما عند بوابة الخروج من المواقف ب 168 وهذا غلط الفندق اللي ذهبت اليه قال لي من البداية المواقف برسوم وسعره مناسب اليوم ب 57 ريال فقط وهو اقرب للحرم وانظف والغرف اوسع وبنفس السعر

- SALMIN (10/5): أقامه ممتعه - كانت اقامتي ويكند مع الفطور وصلت العصر دخول سريع موقع ممتاز مقابل باب النساء وتحت موجود مطاعم وايس كريم ورد بوفيه العشاء مقارنة بسعر والجوده ممتازه ولذيذ والفطور متنوع الموظفين بشوشين ومتعاونين والنظافة ممتازه والغرفه كبيره ل 4 اسرة وان شاءالله نرجع لكم مره ثانيه لا شي

- Hayat (6/5): لن نكرر الإقامةفي هذا الفندق مرة أخري لارتفاع سعره ولتعنت موظفوا الفندق وعدم تجاوبهم لرغبات النزلاء - قربه من الحرم طلبنا غرفتين متجاورتين لعائلة مكونة من أربعة أشخاص وتم اعطائنا غرفتين بعدتين عن بعضهما وطلبنا ان تكون الغرف على واجهة اماميه وتم اعطائنا خلفية على موقع تحت الإنشاء مزعج جداً لوجود سيارات و اجهزة الحفر

- SADEQ (7/5): ما راح اسكن فيه مره ثانيه لان توجد فنادق مجدده وبنفس السعر وممكن اقل - القرب من الحرم تحتاج ان تعبر الشارع الاثاث قديم والزل قديم والحمامات قديمه باختصار الفندق يحتاج الى تجديد
- عبدالعزيز (8/5): الفندق ممتاز لولا ارتفاع اجرة مواقف السيارات - القرب من الحرم المدني كواية الملابس اللي بالغرفة سيئة جدا حيث ان فيها بقايا مواد لاصقة بلاستيكية أتلفت لي ثوب جديد بسبب انها غير نظيفة علما بأني وضعتها على درجة الحرارة المناسبة للثوب

- نايف (10/5): مكان جميل ونظيف ومريح ويستحق تكرار الزيارة - الحجز عبارة عن غرفتين رباعية + سرير كبير لم يكن متوفر في نفس الدور وتم الصاق سريرين مساحة الغرف + النظافة لكل شي + توفر المصاعد تعاون الموظفين موظف تسجيل الدخول الأستاذ يوسف تقريباً والأخوة حراس الأمن وحاملي الحقائب وعند تسجيل الخروج تم تمديد الخروج من قبل مدير الاستقبال الأستاذ مروان محمود انسان راقي ومهذب ولبق قام بتحديد وقت المغادرة بكل رحابة صدر وتعاون عدم توفر مواقف سيارة

- hessa (9/5): - Very clean. From towels and from the rooms and toilets. Smell really good rooms and reception.. eveb the welcome coffe, dates and tea. You have to walk for ladies rowdah alot.
- Thamer (10/5): - الصراحة الفندق قمة في روعة العاملين على الفندق ودودين و متعاونين اشكر المدير خاصة على رقي التعامل خاصة في اخر يوم 26/4/2025 و الاستقبال جداً رائع يجزاهم الف خير افضل فندق في المدينة و القائمين عليه لا شيء

- Abdullah (3/5): لن تتكرر - المكان نضيف وقريب نوعا ما من الحرم حاجز غرفتين عطوني وحد والثانية بعد صلاة العشاء الابواب فيها مشكله ماتفتح بسهوله يوجد موظف واحد في الاستقبال وزحمه دور عليه المشكله الكبيره ازعاج البنيان بجنبه لم استطع النوم انا والعائله

- عبدالله (9/5): اشكر ثم اشكر الموظف الحبيب الطيف الجميل الشاب احمد الصاعدي موظف الاستقبال ( مميز محترم اسلوب محترف وادب وخلق - الموقع المميز والمكان وسهولة الوصول بعض الشي السبب فيه افرع للفندق نفس الشي للاسف المواقف لديكم بفلوسس حتى العميل او النزيل لديكم يدفع قيمة الموقف ال 120 ريال برغم اني ساكن الطريقه سيئة جدا سكن مدفوع الثمن موقف سيارة مدفوع الثمن غريبة عجيب الوضع

- AHMAD (9/5): روحانية واسترخاء - الاستقبال متعاون ومريح وجميع الموظفين متعاونين وودودين وحارس امن هناك لطيف جدا في مكان قريب تحت الانشاء وهناك ازعاج شديد. بسبب ذلك صحيح الفندق غير مسؤول عن الازعاج لكن كنت اتمنى معرفة الوضع قبل الحجز برسالة من مكان الاقامة الحمد لله صادف يوم الجمعة لايوجد عمل ارتحنا صباح الجمعة تأخر في تنظيف الغرف رغم الطلب
