Claudia Yvette (8/5): - The location of the property is in the heart of Tel-Viv, it’s amazing. however when we arrived we had no toilet paper, the heater didn’t work very well, room isn’t cleaned through out stay. It is an apartment basically. The most important I believe it’s not advertised as it should. It is not a 2 bedroom our room had a curtain that separated the room so we were taken back a little by that.

Calli (10/5): - This is a fantastic property to stay at in Tel Aviv. It is seconds from a fabulous square with loads of cafe's, sweet shops, banks, grocery stores and a shabbat celebration every Friday night. It is a 15 min walk to the fabulous Tel Aviv beaches down fabulous streets to take in all the fun of Tel Aviv. If this property is available take it - look no further - it is fabulous! It is a clean, modern apartment. Our suite had 3 bathrooms for our family of 5! It was spectacular - our 3 teenagers loved it.
Iris (8/5): - The apartment was large , clean and in a great location , right off of Dizinghoff Square . The manager was always on hand to quickly take care of any problems we had. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor which is not unusual in Israeli showers. He was quick to respond but was unable to fix the problem. We received as many extra towels as necessary throughout our stay . Be aware that the washer/dryer is not in the unit. It is free , equipped with detergent and in a common area. The only problem is that other people using it left their clothing in it for hours at a time ( we removed it and replaced when we were done ). Also, a priority for us was having a balcony. We were very disappointed by the small round balcony which sadly was not useable as the stools were too high ( felt like we would fall over the railing) and uncomfortable ( a small bistro table and chairs may have made it useable if one would fit the space ) we used it only for drying clothes on the rack. I would still recommend Reines5 . Next time I would be sure that we had an apartment with a larger balcony ( not the round ones pictured on the right side of the building ).
Guy (8/5): - This was a very clean apartment and a communicative host - it is nothing like a hotel and very much like hiring an apartment on a flat sharing app. There are no hotel facilities (and that is a good thing you may like). The check in arrangements are easy as you get in to the building and flats using numbers e mailed in advance. The area is central. The building is a pleasant one. My only feedback to the owners would be at the price you’re charging you should be supplying guests with large towels not very small ones where you need two to cover your body. This would have made the experience nicer. I think too it would be nice to leave guests with something small to welcome them on arrival like some still water or a drink. Just little touches which would make the experience nicer and are not that expensive for you. Other than that this is as it says on the tin and nice apartments from which to enjoy tel aviv from in a central area.
Hannes (10/5): Stellar location, super quiet and nice - I stayed for 7 nights in apartment 11 (3rd floor), the place is fully equipped including the kitchen. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location couldn’t be better, I’ll definitely recommend Reines 5 and will stay here again.

Kitchen had all the basics of what you need...dishes..., coffee maker, microwave, fridge. Washer/dryer on site. Plenty of towels. Management was excellent & responded immediately with any concerns or requests. Would definitely stay there again.

Christine (10/5): Perfect vacation rental - This was our second visit to Reines 5. Both apartments we're fabulous. Beds are comfortable with good linens. The whole place is spotless, showers are powerful, plenty of complimentary toiletries. The kitchen is well stocked with the added benefit of a Nespresso machine for great morning coffee. The staff are welcoming and can't do enough to help. The area is great for bars and restaurants, plenty of local supermarkets and shopping. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. Overall a fantastic place.

Cynthia (8/5): Not as advertised. - The hotel is clean, in great condition, the location is perfect, and the property manager is very nice. However, I was not happy because the listing says - self parking, which I interpreted as no valet. There is only one parking spot available for the entire building which you need to pay extra to reserve. Parking in that neighborhood is very expensive and difficult to even find. In addition, the comfort suite with one bedroom was one room with a curtain separating the 2 beds. My city view was a view of a wall. I complained to Hotels.com and they refunded me for part of my stay, but there was nothing else they could do and I was booked for a week. I felt the listing was not accurate, and what I got was not worth the price. Also, be advised that this is a building with apartments, not a hotel as such. There is no housekeeping, although you can get extra towels from the very nice property manager.

Verified traveler (10/5): - We had a great experience here. The apartment was spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped with cooking supplies and basic staples like oil. The beds were comfortable, and the windows had blackout blinds, which helped make for a restful night's sleep. The owner of the hotel was friendly and accommodating, and he made sure we had a crib for our baby and could check in early so that we could put the baby down for her nap. Also, the property is only about a 10-minute walk from both the beach and the Carmel Market, both of which we loved. The only drawback to this property is that it is in a noisy location, and we heard a lot of street noise at night. Nevertheless, we would absolutely stay here again.

Karen (10/5): Great place!!! - We stayed at this property for the last two nights of our two week trip to Israel. The place was wonderful. Very spacious with all of the amenities we needed. It’s an apartment with a living room and a full kitchen. I loved that each room had its own heating/cooling unit so each person could be comfortable. The building is secure and located right near the heart of Tel Aviv (the big roundabout)! Yarov with whom I booked the place and Haigi, the “go to” man on site, were absolutely wonderful. They provided helpful info, were very responsive and accommodating, and overall, helped to make my stay wonderful. They arranged for airport transportation for me too. I would definitely stay there again.

Christine (10/5): Great location - Beautiful modern apartment in fantastic location. Check in and out could not be easier with entry codes for both building and apartment (no chance of losing keys). The apartment was equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's right on the doorstep of one of the best streets for shopping, bars and great restaurants. Plus it's only a ten minute walk to the beach. The onsite manager was always available for extra towels etc. Loved Tel Aviv and and definitely plan to return staying at Reined 5.

Sry basic apartment. No views, no parking. Just two rooms and two beds. Cheaper than a hotel. Was easy and quick. Easy to find. Would use it again.
Verified traveler (10/5): Great Place - Beds are great. Beds are queen size. Great layout for 2 couples. Elevator is helpful if you can't do stairs or have a lot of luggage. Onsite washer and dryer. They even have the laundry soap. Location nears lots of restaurants and bus runs right out front. Only negative is that if you are a light sleeper it can be noisy from the traffic and other guests. Either bring earplugs or run the fan on AC unit. Great place to stay. If I return to this area would book here.
Miriam (10/5): Wish we had more time - This was my second time staying at Reines5 TLV and once again, I was only disappointed that we did not have more time to enjoy this amazing apartment. Our family stayed in the courtyard apartment, which was beautiful and spacious. The building is close to everything: the shopping district, Allenby, Carmel Market, and beaches. The host was kind and receptive, helping us with with everything we needed. Our trip to Israel did not give us the chance to be in Tel Aviv for more than one night, but when we come back we are certain to look up Reines5 TLV for our place to be.
Diane (2/5): Horribly disappointed - I never got to stay as they switched me to another place while I was entire from Canada to Israel. The other place was a complete dive, black mold, old...just discusting. Yaron had even said it was comparable to Reines 5 and that he would give me a disclunt. Have me a 2nd. Charge on my Master Card is what he did. There was absolutely no comparison. I asked for a refund, provided proof that there was the 2nd charge. Haven't heard from him since.
David (10/5): Excellence - Wonderful historic building tastefully remodeled & modernized. Comfortable beds. Soft linens. Yaron and the staff were very helpful informative & accommodating. I highly recommend.
Dale (10/5): Apartment met its high ratings - Spent 8 nights and we were very satisfied with our stay and the quality of our apartment. Great location near shopping, restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. Staff was helpful and responsive. Attractive kitchen, bath and bedrooms. We had high expectations and this apartment met them.
christie (10/5): Great spot in Tel Aviv! - The place was very spacious -- 2 bedrooms on opposite ends of the apartment. Very clean. The location was very central, we walked everywhere and ran along the beach every morning! Management was very helpful and extremely responsive. Highly recommend staying here!
stefan (10/5): Cozy apart in the heart of Tel Aviv - Beautifull cozy apartment in the heart of Tel Aviv, close to everything, bars , restaurants, shopping areas. Confortable beds and well equiped kitchen. The only minus is the lack of parking places but is something normal for Tel Aviv. Definitely i wil come back here!
Doron (10/5): Wonderful - Wonderful place. Very comfortable, very clean, very well styled. It's not a hotel, so no staff manning a front desk or breakfast, but not having those services keeps the cost down and then translates to amazing value. I've researched a lot of accom in Tel Aviv and you don't get close to this quality or space for this price anywhere. I've stayed twice now and will return.
Sebastian (10/5): Perfect apartments,10 minutes walking to the beach - Apartment is equipped in what you might need for your stay - hairdryer, iron and board, tv, free wifi. Really clean. The apartment staff was also helpful during checkin and checkout and if we had questions. Would recommend it for everyone.
Miriam (10/5): - We only were here one night but so wish it could have been longer. The place was perfect and close to everything.
