• Eifion (1/5): Crap don’t book - No staff at property phone number but nobody answered you get a text message with a code and room key in door not safe and if you don’t get text you are left outside as nobody answers the phone not a good place not safe very disappointed Nothing shit hole

• Gary (1/5): Disgusting place avoid at all costs - Location was good No staff on reception- had to call to get access which took 35 minutes for somebody to answer the phone. Room door broken and splintered unable to fully open - carpet ripped and dirty - radiator ripped off the wall - room and bathroom dirty and mouldy When toilet was flushed the whole bathroom flooded with water gushing out from the waste pipe- called the number again to be told they could not get any Maintenace out to fix the issue as it was Bank Holiday Had to use the available towels to try to soak up the water We’re booked for 2 nights but it was so bad we left after 1 night and booked elsewhere. - we will be requesting a full refund Booking.com should not be using this facility- no presence on site and dirty and unsafe
• Suzanne (6/5): Nice stay but terrible communication - The room was comfortable and in a good location with nice views and rhe bathroom was nice There was no kne there to greet us, we were caught in the rain and tried calling the out of hours bomber kn the door but no kne answered, after 20 minutes being stiff in the rain we were soaked and had heavy bags with us, eventually another resident heard us knocking and let us in, she explained there was an email with the door code and room number on but I didn't know this prior. I would suggest a reminder email be sent prior to any stays or at least a sign kn the door instructing guests to refer to their email for the door code and access.
• Parkinson (1/5): Not as described!! £263 for 2 nights in a hotel with non of the facilities we needed! - The location No staff present. No working tv. No working WIFI. No shower. No fridge. No kettle or pillow cases on arrival. Broken bed which dipped in the middle. No reply back to messages sent.

• Brian (5/5): - The room definitely needed some work, but it was clean and tidy. Could not get into the building when I arrived. There was no staff on reception. I phoned the hotel and then the mobile number several times before getting a reply and finally getting the code to enter the building. I was close to cancelling the room and going elsewhere. Other guests had similar experiences during their stay.
• Suzanne (1/5): Short stay one night barable didn’t sleep as room wa dirty and dusty - The location and the hot water Room was supposed to be a deluxe room The decor was disgraceful broken windows with gaps at the top like a building site dirty carpet dirty bathroom it did say passable I won’t be staying at the Llandudno hotel ever again Even the fire doors on the rooms were not up to standard . Dont stay here like faulty towers!!!! Old buildings I know but very run down Our room for the night had no kettle as advertised Shocking standards for booking.com

• Marie (4/5): - Lovely area to stay in room was very disappointing very out dated no staff on premises. Carpets in our room were all thread bare bathroom floor was all sticky cigarette burns 🔥 on bedside table ..no shampoo or conditioner although they had bottles in the shower but all empty ..hairdryer went on and was making a noise and then went off ..no remote control for TV and also it wasn't working .we only stayed the night but it would of been nice to put the TV on to watch after getting back late from being out all day and night ..considering we paid £66.00 for the night it wasn't worth it ..my son and daughter in law were staying in a hotel not far from us and only paid £60.00 per night there room was amazing. but they had no vacancies left when we booked ours .so unfortunately we will not be staying there again unless it has a revamp ..the bed was the only cleanest thing in the room .sorry for being so blunt .and we forgot to take pictures to prove this The room

• Pearce (9/5): - The amazing location, central to everything you want to see and do in Llandudno. The top floor apartment has a stunning view of the town. The toilet was difficult to flush.

Friendly staff and dog friendly and the fact it is in Llandudno was nice but don't think we will stay there again unless it is fully refurbished to be honest I was gonna take photos but didn't

• Debbie (1/5): Very disappointing - Breakfast not provided, location good Not enough space here to put how bad the facilities and customer service was. I have made a formal complaint to the hotel via direct email to them. Including the hairdryer setting on fire.

• Chloe (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE. Unsafe, unclean, unprofessional. - There was no breakfast. Location is the best part of the hotel as it is central to most attractions. The facilities were not safe to use and the owner is not equipped to manage a hotel. The shower was broken and either too hot or too cold to the point that I was burnt by the water as it would shift in temperature without touching the dial. I alerted staff who spoke to maintenance on the phone who stated the shower was “temperamental”. I was told to request a refund from Booking.com which I did but went unanswered. I contacted them directly to then be accused of lying by the owner. Completely unethical, unprofessional and immoral. Do not waste your money here. I also raised other issues which were again ignored. It should be shut down.

• Miriam (1/5): - Teníamos la reserva pagada y cuando llegamos al hotel nos dijeron que no había ninguna reserva y que teníamos que cancelarla. Nos dejaron sin alojamiento y sin ninguna ayuda. Tuvimos que contactar a booking para que nos hicieran el reembolso y buscar otro alojamiento nosotros mismos. Fue una experiencia pésima. No recomiendo este alojamiento. La atención al cliente y la manera de gestionar el error por parte del hotel.
• Stuart (1/5): - Nothing about the hotel Dirty room, wallpaper hanging off, dirty grease marks next to bed, no headboard on bed, windows where rotten and rattled in the wind, no housekeeping at all, never had towels or bedding changed, no room cleaning, enough tea sugar and milk for one day then was never topped up, worse hotel ever been in, no staff at all on duty for all of my stay, really crummy , dirty place, shower was filthy and door wouldn't stay shut

• Guest (10/5): Was my birthday and I loved it. - The hotel was dated and very retro. Me and my friend was in our elements looking at all the retro things. Close to all the facilities you needed. Beach round the corner. Amazing view of the Great Orme out of our window. Owners amazing good communication with them. Will be returning xx thank you for my birthday drinks xx We loved it.

• Christopher (1/5): Llandudno hotel - There was nothing to like about our stay as it was disgusting No heating in our room number 12 no hot water for a shower broken glass windows in room would never stay there again shouldn't be allowed to have paying customers staying in that room would have checked out if could have found somewhere else to.stay
• Jenny (1/5): - We woke up in the morning with water dripping in several places in the room from a burst pipe. Very friendly staff Water dripping in are room this morning from several places. Clothes was soaking wet.

• WOOD (3/5): If the facilities in the hotel will better then this has potential however currently in my opinion it’s one to not retur - The property is in a great location just a short walk to the seafront and round the corner from the town centre. The television in the room didn’t work and we needed to go get one from another room. Also, the shower wasn’t working on myself and three children were unable to shower at night or in the morning, there were no other showers available as all the rooms were taken.
