Stanza e bagno spaziosi e dotati di ogni comfort. Ottima anche la pizza con servizio in camera. Essendo la mia stanza al secondo piano la vista non era granché.

- Saeed (1/5): I rate the hotel 2/10 and the two goes only for the location - The location only,maybe? After staying at Mandarin Oriental Tokyo and Waldorf Astoria Osaka, I was surprised that this hotel is rated five stars as them.In my opinion, it did not meet the standards I would expect from a five-star property. There was no room service or food service available, and the overall experience did not match the rating. The most disappointing part was the gap between the hotel’s reputation and the actual stay. Overall, it was not a satisfying experience for us.

- Hans-Peter (10/5): a wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel with great service and good location. - The personnel at the concierge, front desk, cleaning staff, and especially at the restaurant for breakfast were very helpful, friendly, courteous, accommodating and competent. The room was clean and comfortable and had a nice view, as did the restaurant and breakfast room. Both the train station and subway stations were about a seven minute walk away and convenient to reach. Many tourist sites and shops were easily reach on foot or by the subway. Everything was quite good, so it is hard to say that anything did not please us, or to make any recommendations for improvements. The staff could be a bit better acquainted with the subway plan though.

- Cozmin (5/5): Perfect for a 3-3.5 stars hotel. Not even close to a 5 stars. - I truly appreciated the friendliness of the restaurant staff during breakfast. The Japanese breakfast was delightful, especially paired with their coffee. I also enjoyed the cleanliness of the dining area and the hotel's convenient location. The staff judges you by the way you are dressed, completely unwelcoming you after a 12 hours flight ( they can see potential see that from the reservation) $30Cad for a breakfast is extremely high for the choices provided, ( not worth it) the interior is old and the fact that the lighting is low is making it even worse etc etc. way overpriced . Except the location, the cost might should not be more than $400/night including breakfast. You have three choices for breakfast-Japanese ( very good) French toast or American (sausage and eggs). Outside food has much more to offer

- Mauriciorramos (10/5): - Localização é ótima. No meio de Ginza e colado em uma estação de metrô. Fica muito próximo também da estação central de Trem para pegar o Shinkansen. O quarto menor é bem espaçoso e dividido, além de moderno. Funciona bem para quem vem com muitas malas. O staff é muito prestativo e amigável. Padrão japonês. O café da manhã é excelente, mas por não ser buffet, acaba sendo limitado aos menus fechados tipo Americano, Francês e Japonês. Eu prefiro algo mais flexível para poder selecionar o que mais gosto. Mas é um excelente café da manhã da mesma forma.

- Aleksandar (10/5): All you need for a perfect stay 😊 - Since you enter to the hotel you feel calmness and positive vibe. The room is so cosy and you feel so relaxed, comfy bed and pillows… The breakfast is served with a wonderful view, and the restaurant serves great alacarte dinner options… All the staff supportive, willing to help without being overwhelmed. The hotel is a perfect choice for enjoyable stay in Tokyo!

- Steven (10/5): Excellent option if you want to splurge on a fancy hotel - The Celestine was definitely a splurge for us, but it was worth it given that it was our first hotel in Japan, and we had arrived with my in-laws, who are in their 80s. The hotel provides all necessary amenities. The rooms were super clean and came with fancy robes to boot. We felt very pampered there, and everyone was so kind. Beds large and comfortable. Also, location was great in the heart of Ginza. The only drawback was that we couldn't get the room temperature below 20 Celsius and the windows won't open, and the bed sheets are very warm, so it was a bit too warm for us at night on the 11th floor (heat rising from lower rooms maybe).

The best ever french toast for breakfast Very comfy bed No onsen like at the Kyoto Celestine. Given how nice the Kyoto Celestine is, I was a bit disappointed that the Tokyo one wasn’t quite at that standard No train station shuttle like Kyoto Celestine Tiny lounge area No gym Rooms are very small Construction work in adjacent building neccesitating relocation of room due to night noise
