• Emanuela (10/5): - Ottime indicazioni per arrivare. Stanza pulitissima , così come tutto il palazzo che ospita la struttura . Bagno spazioso , letto comodo e confortevole. Buona la posizione per arrivare nel cuore della città, con una mezz’oretta di camminata, a passo svelto. Tornerò alla prossima occasione. Lo consiglio vivamente .

• Fernanda Gabriela (10/5): Hotel, anfitriã, localização, tudo perfeito! - A localização era ótima, pois tinha paragem de autocarro bem na frente, ruas lindas, como fizemos tudo a pé, foi tranquilo caminhar 30min até a Fontana de Trevi e outros pontos turísticos, fora que é perto do Jardim Borghese. O horário do check-out, mas isso é uma crítica geral para as redes de alojamentos, acho uma injustiça a pessoa pagar por 1 noite, 24hrs e não usufruir do horário. O check-in às 15h00 e check-out às 10h00, sem condições 😔🥲

• Jelena (10/5): - Odlična lokacija - dovoljno blizu centra, a opet dovoljno daleko od gužve i buke. Soba je bila čista, prozračna i pažljivo opremljena (aparat za kafu, čajevi, sitni slatkiši; posuda za četkicu za zube, dovoljno vešalica u ormaru, fen, pegla, mini frižider koji ne pravi buku - sve što je potrebno za udoban boravak). Krevet je udoban, sa dve različite vrste jastuka. Soba je svetla, sa visokim plafonom i gleda na ulicu. I hvala vlasnici Elisabetta što je bila veoma pažljiva i brižna!
• Lidia (8/5): Eine gute Option für eine Übernachtung in Rom - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe und, obwohl die Straße sehr belebt ist, in der Wohnung ist es ziemlich ruhig. Für eine Übernachtung perfekt. Es ist eine große Wohnung, in der einzelnen Zimmer vermietet werden. Wenn man Pech hat, erwischt man sehr laute und aktive Nachbarn im Nachbarraum, es ist sehr hellhörig.

• Alex (9/5): אחלה תמורה למחיר, נוח ונקי, יחסית שקט אך קצת רחוק מהמרכז. - מקום מאוד נקי ומסודר, מנקה שבאה באופן יומי לנקות ואם לא רוצים אז יש שלט שניצן לתלות שלא יכנסו לחדר, מקלחת נהדרת עם זרם מים טוב ומים חמים (באיזור ספטמבר) - מיטה מאוד נוחה ובסך הכל אחלה של תמורה למחיר. הקירות מאוד דקים ושומעים כשמישהו מתקלח בשיא העוצמה וכשמישהו נכנס הביתה, אבל מלבד זה לא שמענו דיבורים או רעשים יותר מדי. המקום קצת רחוק מהמרכז ולכן נדרשת הרבה סיבולת להליכה או תחב״צ אבל בסופ״ש (שישי עד ראשון) כמעט בלתי אפשרי להדחס לאוטובוסים, לכן לא לכל אחד, הליכה למרכז העיר בערך חצי שעה ברגל, באוטובוס משהו כמו 20 דקות בקו הרגיל ורבע שעה בקו מהיר.

• Ioanna (10/5): Totally worth it! - Sptotlessly clean , very quiet, very beautufully decorated. The high ceiling gives to the property an air of luxury. Elisabetta is very profesional in every aspect. A very postive experience over all. I would definately come back! A bit far away from the historic centre but even so I would prefere it to escape from the noisy tourists.

• Victor (8/5): Good place in a good region and interesting building - Comfortable, clean and very nice staff/management, good location too, not far from the city center, everything went well The only thing I didn’t like is the inexistent noise cancellation to the room next to ours, we could hear the persons from that room snoring and using the toilet, a bit embarrassing but luckily we weren’t disturbed.

• Hoxha (10/5): We only stayed for 1 night but we wish we could come again, the apartment was amazing and it was a perfect place to rela - Everything was clean and tidy, the place was warm cozy and comfortable and the location was great, we accessed everything by walking. The main attractions are within 30-40 minutes of walking which also gives you the opportunity to view the architectural design of the city and not only the specific tourist attractions. We really enjoyed it and we wish we could’ve stayed longer! Nothing, it was great!

Neither of us got a good nights sleep any of the nights we were there. 2) the shower was extremely small. Don’t drop the soap because you can’t bend over to get it. 3) the room could use a floor or desk lamp and another chair so two people can sit.

• Anne (8/5): Great place to stay!! The street is loud at night though... - I lived above one of the best cafes in town. Beautifully furnished room. Very roman street, which I loved with good restaurants nearby. It was close to the vent location of why I came there and the beautiful Parc that I love. Great communication via whatsapp. Could have been cleaner. I cleaned the towel drying rack with toilet paper. The shower is mouldy. There is a huge layer of dust on the bottom of the heater. The street is rather loud, I sleep with open windows... On the last full day I was there I came back from my event in the evening and found my room door wasn't locked and the cleaning lady had left it open with her key inside. I didn't find that very great, but thankfully nothing was missing. Also when you leave the room and lock your door it is very dark in the corridor. A movement sensor that puts on the light would be great. because there is no light switch anywhere that i could find on that end of the corridor, I nearly fell over a step in my heels once...

The neighbourhood was quiet and clean with the bus stop only a short walk away. Elisabetta is a great host. We will definitely return on our next visit to Rome. Everything was great, no complaints from us.

At the same time was close to the center. The apartment had all necessary equipment for a short stay. The bed was confortable and shower worked well. Our stay was pleasant so no complaints at all
