During my stay, the hostess Fifa made sure I had coffee every morning and that all my needs were met. Fifa definitely deserves a raise for all her hard work and dedication. N/A
• Sanites (1/5): Bad - The staff were very nice and helpful. 1. Lack of Hot Water: Since I arrived, there has been no hot water available for showering. This is a significant inconvenience and needs to be resolved as soon as possible. 2. Cockroach Infestation in the Kitchen: I have noticed a significant number of cockroaches in the kitchen area. Despite maintaining cleanliness and storing food properly, the infestation persists. This poses a health risk and is unacceptable. 3. Dangerous Cooker: The cooker in the kitchen is extremely dangerous. When turned on, it produces an abnormally large flame, creating a fire hazard. This issue needs immediate attention to prevent any potential accidents. .

• Brad (10/5): Excellent - I loved the property in Boca Chica. It had a great pool and was really close to the beach and the Ole supermarket. The friendly security guard at night made me feel safe, and the place was cleaned regularly. FIFA and Diana were part of the excellent staff, and the free breakfast with good coffee and well-cooked food was a highlight. There wasn’t much I didn’t like about the property.

• Hernan (4/5): - We arrive late, they could not find our reserve, the bed was smaller than reserved. There was not drinking water in the room (they provided later after claim it). The watchman was always with a gun (I really don't like this). There was not water in the bathroom in the morning.

Lack of cleaning, bathroom full of mosquitos and broken door so I could not close the door to avoid the mosquitos going in to the room. The area does not feel safe and the beach is the worst in Dominican Republic.

• alj174 (8/5): Vacation at Tronco Inc. Hotel - First I have to stay that I enjoyed my stay at the Tronco Hotel. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The beach restaurant food was great ! Friendly service. This was a working vacation for me so I needed at least 4hours of internet service daily. It pretty much worked out. There were blackouts and it took time for the power to come back. If I was a casual traveler and needed only few minutes out of the day for internet service then I would say internet service was great. Internet is not strong in the hotel rooms so I had to do most of my work outside the room which was a mild inconvenience. AC works great, which was very much needed. The hotel was always clean. The only thing I was not happy about was the hotel day manager, Evens. I got the impression he went out of his way to make me uncomfortable. I had to constantly ask for extra things in the room, such as a towel. I asked for breakfast, he subtly made sure I didn't receive it on time. His tone with me, at times, suggested he needs more customer service training. The night manager gave me more customer satisfaction than Evens. If it was not for Evens, the day manager, I would give the hotel a 5star. Other than, I highly recommend this hotel. When I return I would book this hotel again.
