- Michelle (10/5): Gemütliches, modernes Hotel in dem man den perfekten Urlaub verbringen kann - Unheimlich schön gestaltete und gemütliche Zimmer. Mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker. Man konnte am Tag vorher schon wählen, was man gerne frühstücken möchte. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Der komplette Außenbereich war schön angelegt und man konnte super gut am Pool entspannen. Alles war perfekt.

- Joanne (10/5): A perfect stay with amazing hosts, delicious breakfasts, a relaxing pool, and a fantastic location! - Maria & Vangelis were incredibly hospitable and did everything to make our stay perfect. They answered all our queries about Naxos & gave us local bus times and arranged a taxi transfer to the port. We are extremely upset that we can’t eat any more of Maria’s incredible breakfasts! The sweet of the day was always a treat to look forward to! Our room was kept spotless with fresh towels given daily & the cleaner was so friendly whenever we bumped into her. We also had a beautiful view of the sunset from our balcony. The pool was such a chilled and relaxing spot with lots of comfy sunloungers and a great size pool to do lengths in the gorgeous greek sunshine. It was an added bonus that we could order food and drinks to the sunloungers which we thoroughly utilised! Location was great. Really close to nearby restaurants and the beautiful beaches. - Karima (10/5): Perfect and relaxing stay - Had a lovely stay at Ktima Lino! The hosts were so nice and made sure that we had a very comfortable stay all days. Sweets and lemonade was served on the arrival and the breakfast was amazing, there was everything you needed. Pool area is also super nice and relaxing with nice temperature on the water. Can definitely recommend Ktima Lino.

- Antoinette (10/5): Five Star Serenity close to Agia Anna Beach - Ktima Lino is truly one of the most tranquil and special places my husband and I have stayed. From the moment we arrived, weary after a long journey from London (via Piraeus), we were warmly welcomed by Maria, who served us homemade lemonade and chocolate biscuit cake on the verandah of our room. The accommodation(B3) was perfect, with a gorgeous view of olive trees, grape vines and the hills and countryside surrounding Agia Anna. Vagelis gave us lots of tips on where to go, and always had time for a chat. But it was the pool area that really added to the serenity of the hotel. We will always remember the magic of watching swallows swooping down and dipping their heads in the water. Ktima Lino has captured a piece our hearts. We will have to return someday to reclaim it. Everything was perfect.

- Christine (10/5): A warm and welcoming homebase to explore Naxos and relax and recharge. - My daughter and I stayed for 5 nights in late June at Ktima Lino in Naxos. This was a perfect fit for us and exactly what we hoped. Just a 5 minute walk down a country lane to a busy beach area with shops and taverna (Agia Anna), and an easy 20 minute bus ride to Naxos Town. The property was tranquil, beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained with a welcoming pool. The hotel itself was modern with Cycladic architecture and impeccably clean. The birdsong, occasional rooster and donkey bray heard from our pool loungers were a fitting backdrop for this welcoming retreat. Vaggelis and his wife, Maria were our wonderful and hardworking hosts during our stay. Vaggelis arranged our airport transportation, offered suggestions for restaurants, and advice on car rental and places to see outside of their beautiful coastal location. Maria was our first welcoming face when we arrived, and she settled us in our room after a very long day of travel with fresh lemonade and homemade cake. She was responsible for our delicious daily breakfasts including choices of: omelettes made to order, eggs, yogurt, fruit, cereal and homemade treats with fresh squeezed orange juice and coffee (filtered, Greek or espresso) and the additional poolside drinks and sandwiches if we found ourselves looking for a simple midday meal. Both Vaggelis and Maria were so warm and generous with their time; we deeply enjoyed our conversations and felt we got a glimpse of what living on Naxos was like from people who loved and respected the land and its history. We rented a Superior Queen Room - very comfortable and spacious for the two of us. The A/C worked well and the balcony overlooked the landscaped yard, with flowering hedges, olive trees and grape vines, and the adjacent fields. Our room was kept in top shape by our housekeeper, Lia, and was reset daily with fresh towels and water bottles in the minifridge. Thank you all at Ktima Lino for our beautiful into to Greece. We will be back! Nothing, we love it.
- Naomi (10/5): The hosts are gorgeous! Vagellis and his wife Maria are dedicated to making sure you have a wonderful stay. The breakfas - The property is not very old and has beautiful decor alongside being very clean. The pool is quite big compared to the other properties in the area and there are plenty of luxurious loungers for all guests. The location is very peaceful and out of the way of the other hotels and restaurants but it is only a 5 minute walk down to Agia Anna beach. Nothing it was all fabulous!

Vaggellis and Maria are like the cool aunt and uncle you always wanted. They are exceedingly kind and hospitable. It's no surprise if you read other reviews here that these two are the latter. They really are gems in a country of understandably tourist-fatigued hosts. Ktima Lino, however, felt like being a truly welcome guest. I'll never forget how good the Naxian yogurt with honey was! The rooms were superbly cleaned every day, the breakfast was amazing, and the location was perfect. Before booking we were slightly worried that we would be too far from town, but it wasn't at all! There is roughly a 5 minute walk to the main strip, but it was actually one of our favorite memories walking down the little road listening to the wind blowing through the trees as we walked to dinner. This place was quiet in all the right ways, but never felt dead. Don't let the fact that it's off in it's own little area dissuade you. One day we will find our way back to Naxos and come back to stay at Ktima Lino. Thank you for the incredible memories! Nothing! Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

- Sacha (10/5): The most relaxing and beautiful place to experience - What's not to love in this beautiful hotel? I could not recommend this place enough. Everything is thought out so that you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest. It's ideally located but still in a tranquil area. The hotel looks brand new and is designed with taste. Vangelis and his wife are the most amazing hosts! The fresh food they serve onsite is absolutely delicious, fresh and unforgettable. Rooms are clean, spacious, relaxing. The pool was our favorite place (it was hard to go to the beach while having this gorgeous place to relax)! Vangelis had so many recommendations of places to visit, restaurants etc. I hope we can visit again! Nothing!

The owners were friendly and so eager to please and assist- setting up taxis, letting me stay late, storing my bags. Lemonade and cake upon arrival, and brownies were left in my room the second day. Daily towels and cleaning. The property is gorgeous. There is an outdoor bar for the pool and they play chill out music all day. I loved Naxos, and I will absolutely stay again when I return. Nothing.

- Kelly (10/5): Exceptional - I loved this hotel. Vaggelis and Maria were very sweet and accommodating and answered all of our questions. When we arrived, we were greeted with lemonades and a sweet yummy dessert made by Maria. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. The hotel is situated an a small farm that’s just a 5 minute walk to the beach, but still feels quiet, remote, and peaceful. The beach near the hotel can be a little crowded, so we rented a car and explored the other villages and less crowded beaches during the day and stayed in town during the evening. The hotel grounds and landscaping are lovely and the pool area was very relaxing. Maria and Vaggelis were super accommodating and even helped us set up laundry service, which was a lifesaver. I cannot say enough good things about this place and this family. They take so much pride in their hotel, and made us feel so welcomed. Thanks so much Maria and Vaggelis. Can’t wait to come back! Can’t really think of anything I didn’t like. Since we drove, the location was a little hard to find a first, but we eventually figured it out.

- Olivia (10/5): Couldn't ask for better! - Our stay was fantastic. The hotel itself has been beautifully done, with lovely grounds and a great pool area. Our room was very comfortable and thoroughly cleaned each day. We particularly enjoyed our breakfast everyday. Vaggelis and Maria were absolutely wonderful hosts and we were well looked after. They were very helpful in arranging our taxis to and from the port. The hotel is also walking distance from Agia Anna and we enjoyed several dinners on the beach. Nothing! The hotel will be even better when the pool bar is finished. We also had to cut our trip short by two nights (one either side) due to flight delays and ferry issues to and from Santorini. We wish we could have stayed at Ktima Lino longer!
- Joshua (10/5): Naxos oasis - An excellent place to stay if you are looking for a quiet oasis. Very quick walk into town to enjoy the beach or delicious restaurants. Extremely accommodating by helping us get a rental car and allowing us to stay an extra night when our ferry was cancelled. Maria's breakfast every morning was certainly a highlight. Highly recommend anyone to stay here while staying in Naxos.
- Erik (10/5): Wholesome experience in Naxos - Vagelis and Maria were fantastic hosts. The location is a close walk to the beach but secluded enough to enjoy the quietness of the island. Breakfast at the property was the best with fresh bread, juice, yogurt and amazing eggs made by Vagelis. Nothing, everything was spot on. You can see that they are slowly working on making it even a better place for future guests with a few additions to the property. We’ll have to visit again to see the finishing touches.

- Manfred (10/5): - Ktima Lino ist nur ein paar Minuten fussläufig vom Strand und vom Ortszentrum von Agia Anna entfernt. Den besonders schönen Plaka Strand erreicht man in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders auffallend war die Sauberkeit in der gesamten Anlage. Sehr schöner Garten mit Pool. Maria und Vaggelis sind äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Insgesamt sehr zum empfehlen!

- Jon (10/5): A really perfect place to stay in Naxos. 10/10 ! - We found Ktima Lino perfect for a wonderful holiday in Naxos in late May. The rooms were exceptionally well fitted out and the location is very quiet as it is set back from the seafront development, yet only a few minutes’ walk to the beach. Our hosts were lovely and the home made breakfasts provided were really special. 10/10 on all aspects of our stay!
- Marco (10/5): Perfect stay! - Vaggelis and Maria are just wonderful! The hotel is fantastic, the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Furthermore the rooms are spotless and very clean. Having breakfast is nothing short of a treat as Maria prepares your breakfast fresh every morning. Also the „sweet of the day“ option for breakfast is like a nice present every morning, baked by Maria. The pool area is lovely and the sunbeds are really good. For the pool you get separate towels. From the hotel it is just a 5 minute walk to agia Anna and 10 minutes to agio prokopios or plaka. All very recommendable beaches to visit. Naxos can be easiöy reached by bus or car. Would definitely return to this hoteö for a next stay on Naxos island. There is nothing that we did not like.
- Janelle (9/5): Like staying on a farm - but a short walk to beach - The property is about 5mins walk from beach past sheep and donkeys - making you feel like you’re in the country. Beautiful property with gorgeous pool and gardens. Room was spacious and cosy and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Maria and Vagelis are wonderful hosts. We had to ask for a blanket as only sheets provided. Also a bit of noise from other guests woke us up - not the fault of the owners but the rooms are not completely soundproof.

It was more like a hotel than a rented apartment, a hotel with a very personal touch. The apartment was cleaned every day and fresh laundry provided. The windows had insects screens. For an additional price we got excellent breakfast, prepared according to each guest's wishes. Nothing.
- Zena (10/5): Exceptional - Everything about this accommodation is perfect! Vagelis and his wife are the most wonderful hosts, who work extremely hard to make your holiday as perfect as possible. Our room was well equipped, so comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is to die for - a large selection and all locally sourced. Our balcony overlooked rolling countryside and the beautiful hotel grounds, with Naxos Town in the distance. It is only a short walk down a well lit track to the wonderful beach, tavernas and restaurants of Agia Anna. The bus stop is also at the bottom of this track, with frequent buses to Naxos Town. Thank you Vagelis and Maria for making us feel very special - we will be back! Nothing, it was all perfect.

- Danielle (10/5): Magical stay in Naxos - This is a beautiful place to stay, 5 minutes from Agio Anna beach. We had a sensational time here. It’s peaceful and tranquil and close enough to all the restaurants of Agio Anna. It is also 5 mins from the bus stop, which gives great transportation from the port/Naxos town all the way down south and around the island - we’d recommend using the bus, they’re every 30 mins and €2 a journey. The room is bright and spacious, with enough space for us to unpack all our things for the week. The bed was very comfortable, and the shutters keep out the morning light. We had a couple of nights in, one spent on our balcony watching the sunset, another chilling watching Netflix; both with local food we’d bought in Naxos, and prepared in the small kitchen area. We swam most mornings in the pool, which was very quiet. The pool was bigger than expected, and great for doing some lengths! We’d highly recommend having the breakfast here, it was so delicious! Maria is an exceptional baker, so if there’s an opportunity to try one of her cakes - do it! Vangelis is the perfect host, warm and helpful with great knowledge of the island. We hired a car one day to see the local villages and he gave great insight on what to do and see. We had the most magical time here, would stay here again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend others to stay here too! 💙 Having to leave!

We received cakes from Maria every second day . The pool area was gorgeous with great sun beds and umbrellas . You could have breakfast each morning and there was plenty of parking spaces. Vagelis was an informative host . You could walk down the lane to the village and beach . Greet restaurants in short driving distance and lovely beaches Perhaps a sharp Serrated knife for bread or tomatoes etc

Perhaps a chest of drawers as we had to keep a lot of our stuff in our suitcases. This is a small point however as we would not hesitate to return!

It’s in a great location about 5/6mins to the beach at Agia Anna/shops/bars etc. It is a modern property with brilliant attention to detail in the rooms , such as Water and Maria’s cakes on arrival and during the week too! I have to mention the pool, we had it to ourselves quite often and it is clean and has comfy sun beds , towels are provided. Finally, a nespresso machine so we could have a coffee every morning on the balcony ! Great stay, definitely book this if you’re thinking about it . Nothing !

Location was only 5-10 minute walk (or short drive) to an area with chill beach town vibes and restaurants, away from the noise of Naxos town. Well positioned to drive to other great beaches like Alyko Mikra, Mikri Vigla, and Plaka, or the mountain villages. Vaggelis and Maria were incredible hosts. Breakfasts were a highlight to start each day with great espresso coffee, scrambled eggs, and a daily homemade sweet that was always a treat. Nothing.

- Faye (10/5): Hidden gem of a hotel, amazing stay. - A hidden gem of a place. Photos don't do it justice. Vagelis and Maria put so much care and attention to detail into the hotel from the amazing breakfasts, to the homemade lemonade on arrival, to the beautiful gardens. Vagelis genuinely wants to ensure you have a good stay, and Maria's baking and her father's home made bread are simply delicious! The pool is a really good size and when we were there in August it was a perfect temperature. I stayed with my 11 year old son who spent hours in the pool. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach but it's away from the crowds - quiet and peaceful and great to come back to after the busy beach. Good sized rooms. All in all can't recommend it highly enough. Nothing to add here.

Communication was great and Vagelis helped arrange transfers to and from the port. Breakfast was excellent. Room was very clean, comfortable and decorated to a high standard. Pool area was quiet and provided a great place to relax. No pool bar, however, food could be ordered and was prepared when ordered resulting in a much better quality. Location provided an excellent balance between seclusion but also a short walk to beaches, restaurants and bars. Nothing.
