Bradford (2/5): Disappointed Overall stay was very unpleasing and the dining felt cheap and overpriced - While our stay we had an ac unit that was making a growling rattling noise all night, and a toiled that make this like fingernails down a chalk board sound when you flushed it. Tired from traveling needed rest got none. Asked for a room with a balcony didn't happen. Ordered food from the inhouse dining was god awful chicken tenders with fries pretty simple got 2 tenders and about half an order of fries with no dipping sauces whatsoever. The service area for the dining must be out of napkins also. We have stayed her previously and had no issues and visit Paducah Ky often we will be rethinking our place of stay going forward. Very unpleased and disappointed. Thanks

Power went out while someone was in the shower causing the water to shut off and no emergency light so it was completely dark. Air/heat was very loud in the room, sounded like a truck idling every time it kicked on.

I was able to take a bath and that was a great experience because I don’t have a tub at home. The staff were very complementary I needed to make an adjustment because I drove in and I was able to check in digitally so that was really important because a portion of my family was coming in with the baby and I wanted them to be able to get in so everybody was very accommodating and I really appreciated that. She greeted guests and informed other staff members of things that needed to be cleaned or attended to. Great experience overall. Can’t think of anything other than maybe garment bags in the rooms for guest (dirty clothes).

The breakfast buffet was incredible w/ a lot of options and the VermontCheddarBake was hands down my favorite. Highly recommend!! Amethyst at the front desk was extremely helpful w/ my reservations! I’m new to the IHG program and she is very knowledgeable in answering all my questions. All the staff made our stay very special!! Looking forward to going back to Paducah, Ky and staying again!

We were so happy to see a nice restaurant in the hotel. The food did not disappoint!! (A burger for him and salad for me) And the service was great! We ate at the Hotel Restaurant, Burger Theory, two nights in a row and Misty waited on us both evenings. What an awesome waitress! She was welcoming, made great suggestions (those fries WERE delicious), and hustled because it was busy during our first dinner! We enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

I4043DZkurtb (10/5): This lady was great! - Misty was wonderful! We asked a number of questions about the menu and she was very patient with us and she gave us accurate information about the menu. She also sat down next to us and spent some time helping us with directions since we were travelling from out of town. We’d give misty a 5 of 5. Hope you give her a raise!
427ikep (10/5): Great stay - Stayed for work. Nice hotel good food and good service at the restaurant from Chelsea. Right on the river but my room was on the other face of the hotel unfortunately.
karolw755 (10/5): Kentucky charm at a hotel chain - Our room was very nice with a lovely view of the river. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone and was well-managed by Charity Jo, who was very attentive and engaging.
