- Dawn (10/5): Concert overnight stay - It was just an overnight stay with my daughter. We were up in Madison to see Ty Myers at the Sylvee. The hotel was very clean. The man that checked us in greeted us with a smile and was very friendly. The room smelled fresh and clean. The bed was very comfortable. They do offer breakfast and we did take advantage of that. They had very good options. I would definitely stay again.

- Tim (6/5): - The pool was closed which was really disappointing for my kids. The gas fireplace features on the patio did not work. This seems like it was a nice hotel when it was built (which doesn't seem that long ago), but we got the impression that they aren't maintaining it like they should which is unfortunate since the hotel has a lot of potential.

This trip was a little different - we were there 3 full days (with big spans of time out of the room) and no one came to bring us towels or soap. We ran out of towels and hand soap and because there wasn't a place to hang towels (last time there were hooks in the bathroom and a ring for the hand towel) the towels ended up wet on the counter and feeling dirty. So that was a bummer. But overall we really like staying here and appreciate the free breakfast and the overall cleanliness of the suites! We will be back :)

- Alicia (10/5): Separate Rooms are Nice! - Stayed here with my husband and adult sons. It was very comfortable and I loved having the separate rooms. Everything was really nice. The only thing it was missing was a hot tub! The person cleaning our room must have forgotten to check the tissue box because we went without tissues for two nights. We were also missing spoons from the silverware drawer but they gave us some plastic ones.
- Kimberly (10/5): Concert Stay - Best bed I’ve slept on in a while! Tons of space. Everything we needed. My only complaint was the ironing board needed the center screw replaced. If that’s the biggest complaint you know it was pretty great.

Gave off the vibe that they hate their job -or that my question was an inconvenience. Cleaning staff I encountered in the hallway were friendly and helpful.

Management very difficult to deal with, they are truly only interested in getting every dollar they can out of customers and their respective organizations. Don't stay here!

- Brooke (8/5): - We stayed for just one night ahead of an early morning of gymnastics. The pool was small, but sufficient. The lobby area worked well for many girls and families to spend time together. The biggest bummer is that their breakfast didn't begin until 7:30, that was too late based on arrival time for her meet, and later than all the other places we've stayed. I think for the cost and touting a continental breakfast it should be available for early risers, beyond the meet, we are a family that is up early and active in the places we travel to so an earlier option would have been nice and more acceptable for the cost.

I had specifically requested a king suite and got a double bed room. When I emailed the hotel, there was no response.

- Joseph (2/5): - When we arrived with our two teen sons, we were given a room with one bed. We had ordered and payed for a two bedroom suite. We asked for a room that had two beds, and the desk person told us that he would have to ask his manager because they were full. Then, he had to ask a person who had a room booked if they would be willing to trade rooms with us! Nobody ever asked me if it was ok for us to sleep in a room with one bed and four adult sized people! Thankfully, after waiting in the lobby for about twenty minutes, the other guest was gracious enough to trade rooms with us. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION. Not looking out for the best of paying guests. I have never had such an experience.

IHG customers come first.
- 477lancep (4/5): Front desk personnel need training. - The front desk personnel are simply a mess. It all comes down to communication. I personally called in advance to ask about an airport shuttle. I was told they had one. Great. I arrive at the airport, call the hotel and hear that they indeed don’t have a shuttle available because I didn’t reserve it earlier. Ugh. They could have mentioned that, I was worried about the flight arriving late. For the return trip home, I approach the front desk in person to reserve the shuttle only to find out that I have to book with Icon (I used travelicity) to get a shuttle. It’s $45 plus tip each way using Uber. I ask them to communicate the shuttle information more thoroughly in the future and I swear to you that I was told to ask for shuttle limitations myself in the future AND I was told by the clerk that since she was working the desk the day I called before leaving on the trip and she doesn’t remember me calling, that I indeed didn’t call in the first place! At that point, I walked away. Terrible service.

- Van (8/5): - Stay Bridge was a nice hotel to stay in for a family wanting some space and a kitchen. I appreciate having Target, Hyvee and ALDI as well as other restaurants nearby. I do wish there is a door separating the bathroom vanities from bedroom space. My family don’t all go to sleep the same time nor wake up at the same time. It was hard for me to get myself ready early while my family is still sleeping. The noise of running water, lighting up the vanity area to do make up woke my family up. There need to be better separation.
- Michael (10/5): - First time staying at a Staybridge Suites and was very impressed with the hotel, the room and the price. Will definitely use the Fitchburg location again and seek them out when we travel elsewhere.

- michaelcX8297JH (6/5): Unreliable Transportation - Honestly, hotel is nice but I’m fed up with the transport service to Epic. Morning one leaves fine. But from Epic? The story keeps changing. First management claims it arrives at Epic twice and will leave from Epic at 5pm and 5:45. But then the story keeps changing. The numbered location changes. Then when we waited for over twenty minutes passed the 5pm (while getting here way early to wait), nothing shows. Called two days in a row. First it claims it left without us because we weren’t here (yes we were but no vehicle) at 5pm. Then called again the second day and management claims oh no no, they leave from the hotel at 5pm and 5:45 to GO to Epic. So finally a transport shows after we called. And the driver claims he is waiting to 5:45 before he leaves Epic. Also states last of the night. So where is the 5pm transport we signed up for? How many times do we have to CALL before a transport gets moving to come get us? Finally the driver shows and states he was here. No sir you were not - there were FOUR of us waiting in the rain. Hotel isn’t bad but I’m at the point where I will not recommend this to my coworkers for in the future. Ever.

- Kuldeep (10/5): - Staybridge is conveniently located by a variety of grocery stores and restaurants that I was able to walk to and from the hotel with ease. My first night I was there, there was a party outside and a social gathering in the lobby the next night. I was not bothered at all by either. I was amazed at the fact that I couldn’t hear anything from my room which was located literally by the front desk. I only knew there were social gatherings because I came out to refill my water bottle. I felt safe, the cleaning staff were kind and accommodating and the front desk were kind and always willing to help. 10/10 from my family and I.

We’ve been coming here for years and the service has gotten worse over time. Nickle and dime every single thing, even when it’s their error.

The three areas for improvement is that the room should have been attended to daily (garbages emptied), we could hear people walking on the floor above us and the people adjacent to our room. Otherwise, the hotel and room were very nice, clean, comfortable, and our stay was great.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Excellent suites, misleading charges. - Beautiful facility, suites were spacious and quite comfortable. Only concern is that we were charged$40 for "incidentals" over the confirmed price and had to ask for that to be removed at checkout. Two days later the charge still appears on credit card statement. Hopefully this will be credited soon.

- 140kittyp (8/5): Nice with a couple exceptions. - Most everything was great. However, why have a coffee maker, coffee and the fixings and no coffee filters? There aren't any USB ports either. The other amenities like Happy Hour food and the breakfast are good.

- bethmK4748YY (2/5): Never again, poor customer service - The hotel is reasonably clean & well-kept. Breakfast is good. The problem came when we requested & were granted a late check-out from the front desk clerk the evening of our stay. He made a note. The next day, we left my elderly mother & our 5 year old in the room while we went to an event, with plans to return at/around check out time, but not rushing to be back by 11, based on what we’d been told. Well, at 10:30-ish, one of the morning desk clerks (Gabriela, we believe) calls the room to tell my mom she has to be out by 11. My mom wasn’t equipped to deal with luggage for 4, plus a 5 year old. She called AGAIN to say they had to have the room, people were waiting NOW. That makes no sense to me, as check-in isn’t until 3?? So my mom calls us panicked & we had to drop what we were doing to get back. I asked the 2 front desk people for an explanation for why we were told we had a late check-out, but yet they’d told my mom to vacate. The male clerk said it was a mistake on the front desk’s part, there aren’t supposed to be late check outs on weekends, but it would be fine for us to be a late check out, since we were the only late checkout in the whole hotel. Gabriela stood silent, even though she was the one who, we believe, had pestered my mom. I indicated that my mom was very worried, which isn’t great at almost 80. He just said it would be fine if we needed more time. However, the actions of the hotel had ALREADY made us rearrange our plans, rush back, and freaked out my mom, who also overexerted herself trying to deal with the remaining luggage. We would have planned differently if we’d simply been stood a late checkout wasn’t available in the first place. I cannot recommend the location due to the business practice, as it clearly WAS NOT urgently needed, as they backtracked as soon as I asked for an explanation. I didn’t really even get an apology for it and I would definitely not stay there again.
