- susan (8/5): I hope to stay with you again. - Room was the studio. Very lovey. View was awesome. The swimming pool was very dirty. You could see all the sand on the bottom. And there were so many leaves and bugs floating on top of the water. Not sure how often it gets cleaned bit it should be every day.

Only issue is I left my bag with my keys in it and the house cleaning took the bag and left the keys. The bag held medication and other items that were thrown away only the keys were turned in.

The neighbours next door were cooking a lot so the smell was a little off putting but we were out most of the day anyway

- Tashima (9/5): Stay was great!! - Great Location! Lots of parking! Right next to a casino and lots of amenities. Housekeeping should pay more attention to deep cleaning as well. The curtains had some stains on them that look Ike either food or throw up from previous guests.

- Sheila (10/5): Loved it! - After a few days in Zion and Bryce, arriving in to The Berkley to find a washer dryer and some detergent waiting was like Winning the lottery! Staff were lovely, facilities were perfect and it was beyond comfortable. That we just had one night
- Frank (10/5): - Very nice executive suite. Pretty confusing to find via Google Maps. As we were looking for the Berkley, the building is not labeled accordingly. It’s labeled as the Silverton. Took us about 10 minutes to find out they are one and the same.
- 996adamp (10/5): Not kind staff - Hotel is great, a large rooms, bathroom, excellent to rest. Unfortunately staff from reception except kind gentleman, wasn't to kind. Especially one woman wasn't nice, no smile, process of the check in wasn't nice, we was feeling like an 'unexpected' guest. In other hotels we been welcomed with kindness. Even when I want to give a card from room and I asked her, she turns and walked out. I don't want to describe this person but those kind of people shouldn't work in higher standard.

- Rene (7/5): Knappe accommodatie op een mooie locatie maar service is wel om te janken - Locatie was goed vlak bij t vliegveld en de kamers waren mooi groot Bij aankomst waren we wat vroeg. De vrouw van de receptie was niet heel erg vriendelijk en gaf aan dat we 65,- moesten betalen. Alleen geen idee waarvoor. Bleek om het uurtje eerder inchecken te gaan. Dat hebben we niet gedaan. We hadden een 4 persoons kamer geboekt maar er was maar 1 bed opgemaakt. De bank wat het 2e bed was moesten we ‘s avonds laat zelf maar opmaken omdat er niemand meer was om hem in orde te maken. Excuus doen ze blijkbaar niet aan in Amerika

- Stephanie (10/5): I love this property so much. Will definitely stay again. - It was of the strip and away from the craziness, but there was a dispensary and smoke shop in walking distance. The target was the liquor store and the grocery store. The staff was amazing, the room on the 14th floor had an amazing view of the city. I was over joyed with the property. Definitely a 10/10 will definitely stay in the hotel again. I didn’t like that the pool was in front of the hotel but all property was utilized beautifully.

- Zeller (8/5): It was good. We would stay there again, only a few minutes from the strip, but much more quiet - The property is set in a great location. Right next to Bass Pro Shop and there's plenty around to meet all your needs - food, shopping, casino, etc. The rooms were spacious and it was nice to have a full kitchen to be able to cook. The trashes out front of the property were overflowing. The elevators always seemed to be backed up with people trying to get to their rooms. There was a very large event going on in the west parking lot on Saturday and the hotel parking lot was utilized for all, which meant guests had to park very far away. We had to park over a 1/4 mile away just to find a parking space. The parking lot should have been reserved for guests at the hotel first and foremost even when there is an event.

- Brad (10/5): Always great! - The rooms are what make this place great. The rooms are like a home away from home especially if your plan is to stay several days. We will definitely stay again. Check in staff both times we stayed could have been a lot more friendly. Maybe it is the time of day when check-ins happen and the stress level increases so I give them the benefit of the doubt. Just think DMV and you will know what I mean.

- Marcel (10/5): Top Unterkunft kann man jedem empfehlen. Würde ich immer wieder hin wenn ich nach Vegas fliege. - Perfekte Unterkunft. Hat alles was man braucht. Zwar ein bisschen zu fahren zum Strip aber das war für uns kein Problem. Würde ich immer wieder buchen. Es ist 2x die Sicherung geflogen. Somit war kein Licht in den Zimmern. Nach einem kurzen Anruf war das Problem innerhalb 10 Minuten gelöst. Daher kein Abzug der Bewertung.

- Bruno (10/5): Apartamento completo para viagem - O atendimento e a estrutura são excelentes. Um verdadeiro apartamento para quem quer ter toda estrutura e conforto na viagem. Embora não seja na strip, se você estiver de carro isso não é um problema, pois o local conta com estacionamento gratuito e você pode parar no cassino treasure island que é bem central e não pagar nada também.
