• Aufrida (8/5): - The hotel is clean and staffs are friendly. The restaurant has different food everyday and the tasty are good. We stayed on the second floor Junior Flat 2 Bedrooms, unfortunately it's quite noisy with the sound of cars, scooters and motorcycle from the street outside.

• Atiquah (10/5): - Everything was fantastic, from check in to the service, to the food and facilities and even check out - they wanted to give me a cake upon my leave as it was my birthday but I insisted not to as I was rushing out. The thought and gesture itself was so heart warming! Very friendly and attentive staff all throughout my stay - would definitely stay here every time I need to be in the area. Honestly, very rare for me - but nothing :) everything was perfect alhamdulillah

I can’t fault the hote - The location in the heart of bintaro The hotel is quite old with little maintenance of basic linens, towels etc. Clean towels still had old stains. The bedsheets were terrible

But it really needs more attention to the cleanliness and hygien - The location The cleanliness, especially for the bathrooms need bigger improvements. We stayed at 2 bedrooms apartments, and most of the complaints from my families, was the bathrooms were dirty and clogged. Need more attention to them.

• Russell (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed here for a week while we packed up our house and prepared to move. Clean, comfortable apartment. Good location, good facilities, nice breakfast. My 7 y.o. daughter enjoyed feeding the rabbit and birds. Staff was kind, friendly, and accommodating - quick to help. Internet wasn’t working well on our first night. I phoned the front desk and they arranged to have an access point installed directly in our apartment the following morning. The I nternet worked perfectly afterwards. Everything good

This was the noisiest hotel I've stayed in for a few years. No noise from other rooms; only noise from people entering/exiting elevators and stairwells, and some traffic noise.

But unfortunately all the food when i got into Suhoot time all cold.. so i couldn't enjoy thr food for my suhoor. I tried some of the food from a to b c and other but unfortunately I couldn't even finish it all.. please make sure that the food is not cold while they served the guest The buffet for Suhoor. I was amazing btw but a cold not even warm so sad. I tried from this to that but still i couldn't enjoy. Sorry to say about it. The room and services from the staffs are beyond and I love it. But it turned info a disappointment when i got the suhoor meals.

Breakfast is superb with a variety of Western and Oriental dishes. Free parking Rooms on the 7th floor with street view were very noisy because of the main road in front. Unfortunately, there was an annoying smell coming out of the sink and a clogged shower drain (which was fixed by engineering staff later). The towels are a bit old and have stains

• Tyffanie (6/5): - It was a nice stay. The pool and bar isn’t as nice as in the pictures. My room had a balcony but the door to it was locked and there were boards covering the view. That was terrible The staff were amazing! Even with the language barrier they made sure all of my needs were met!

Gym facilities were good and the swimming pool was a good size and child friendly. The room we had was a great size for a family and had everything needed. Staff were excellent at all times, friendly and always willing to help. Cleanliness of the floor in the room could have been better, our boys would be very active around the rooms and we needed to clean their feet often because of this.

We didn’t hear the call to prayer once. The room was decently sized, clean and modern. Restaurant was okay and the staff always courteous. Overall, a decent hotel in the area, where options are quite limited.

Since this is the second time staying in this hotel, it must be the design fault of the sewer line for not having floor traps installed.

I dont know what his name, because when the first time we came, his behaviour looked not really good. Always looked for us and the worst was he came and said that our luggages , he would be asked security to help him. And he keeps stand near us. Me and my husband was thinking he might be expecting money. But we gave him already. The second one when we were waiting at the lobby, he sing a song. We heard that. I was worked in hospitality before 5 star . And I know the rule become a Receptionist or Reception. We must be have a good behaviour in front of our guest. The first impression from the guest is RECEPTIONIST Thank you 😊
