• GLORIA (2/5): I didn’t enjoy my stay. I left to a different hotel the next day. - Breakfast was basic. Not a lot of options. Staff was lovely The wifi was good. First experience- room was terrible on arrival. I communicated my arrival time to the staff as my flight was late, I checked in late. They said I had to pay before arrival as I was coming in late, I paid, yet my room was not clean. Dead ants on the bed and scattered on the floor. I called the staff and requested for a clean and linen change which they did. I booked a bigger room so it was a good size. Bathroom state was terrible, old and worn out shower head. Hot water on and off. I had to boil water to have a bath with a bucket cos hot water didn’t work. I left to another hotel the next day. Staff was lovely, but the state of the hotel needs to be improved.

• Mrs (5/5): My stay was not as expected but comfortable. There was no working lift and they put me on second re - Breakfast was rubbish. I declined because they were offering spaghetti with boiled eggs or tea with slice bread. It is a Nigerian hotel in Nigeria, breakfast should be local diet not foreign food that they don’t even know how to prepare it.

• Okechukwu (8/5): Doing well for Class but has great potential for easy improvement. - The proximity to the airport, local and international, is great. Connecting to early morning and other flights into or out of the country is free of the hassles of traffic and fear of missing your flight. While the products of the rooftop restaurant (which offered room service almost traditionally) were largely tasty meals, the wait time can be quite depressing. And don't be fooled by the time estimate they give you. It is largely arbitrary and not researched or real. Not that they choose to deceive, just that when they say they'll "be there/ready in 5 minutes", it may take another 20-25 minutes (if you're lucky. If not, you may need to call them again and again to follow-up (mainly, not usually to remind). A few of the props could with an upgrade or at least tidied up. The faucets in the bathroom could be cleaned/ burnished or replaced with new unstained replacements, same for toilet seats a little touch of maintenance will go s long way. Some portions just need a reclauking of the seams. While it is understandable that outlet adaptors are not obtainable from the front desk because "guest used to or have taken away the ones we used to have", it is unsatisfactory to default to this stance. Guests who come in from locations that used other outlet types should not have to suffer inability to,say, recharge their phones /devices because they can't " plug in their chargers. Here's a win-win idea, have the adaptors available from the front desk for those who may need it for 'refundable lease' i.e. guests needing the adaptors deposit a sum at least equivalent to the cost of replacing one and get refunded their deposit upon returning it undamaged at the end of their stay (or use of it). Just my 2 cents.

• Endurance franco (8/5): Amazing 🤩 - The property is in a good location and is very easy to access from the airport, just 5 minutes away from the airport For me everything at the property was alright apart from the AC unit not working. The AC is bad doesn’t cool 🥶

• Masengo (7/5): It was a good place for a short stay such as when one wants to be near the airport. good value - good location near the airport, spacious room and confortable bed, quite affordable Breakfast is basic and served in the rooms, no dining area to go have breakfast.
• Silke (4/5): Unprofessional payment experience - Convenient location close to the airport I made a reservation at this hotel via Booking.com on behalf of a colleague who was travelling for a conference and were paying for them from a country in Europe. This was the second time we made a payment, as our colleague stayed at this hotel both on their way to the conference and on their way back. This was an incredibly difficult experience. To begin with the hotel states that they take payment in many formats and card types which is not true. When we called the hotel to make the payment over the phone on the day of our colleague's arrival, the staff were very uncooperative and even threathened to cancel the reservation if the money didn't reach the bank that same day (even though we were paying with an international credit card). They refused to issue us an invoice (the second stay) until we confirmed that the money was going to be paid in Naira currency so that they would recieve the money the same day. We are dissapointed with the unprofessionalism and would advise any foreigners to avoid staying here. It would also be best if the hotel removes the misleading payment information from their profile on Booking.com.

The AC in the room we were checked into was leaking and that was their most expensive room. They had to change our room to a lower priced room but we were not refunded the balance
