Eva (3/5): Disappointed - It was not far from my daughter's home. The stairwell was reeking. The carpets on the stairs were sticky and dirty. Also, I noticed that the owner accused visitors, who criticised, of being liars. That is why I was reluctant to post a review. I myself had two high-end apartments in Edinburgh"s Old Town until last year. I know about cleaning and hosting. I found it petty that the washing machine was LOCKED, because there is an extra charge for the use. The bathroom was grubby, the extractor fan was choked with dirt, the walls had cracks and marks, the floor covering needs to be replaced. No bedside tables in the bedroom, the 'cutlery drawer' was a grubby plastic thing, stuck under a cupboard, labelled, mis-spelled ''CUTLERY DRAW'. For the price I expected a better accommodation. And no, none of this is exaggerated.

Sara (9/5): Superb - The main draw for us was the sea view and the location. Three of us stayed there for a long weekend and found it really comfortable. It's very well equipped, we especially appreciated that there were both blinds and lined curtains on each window. The good quality pots and pans and fun pictures on the walls.were great too. I also had very good communication with the owner. The lounge window is very hard to lift and doesn't stay open It's really minor, but it took us a while to figure out how to switch the shower on (there's a pull cord on the ceiling.near the opposite wall).
Hannah (7/5): Good - There wasn’t additional things like bin bags or kitchen towel. Windows didn’t open fully. Had rather a lot of correspondence from flat owner.
Lisa (9/5): A lovely quaint seaside resort - I picked this apartment for the view as it looked out to the seafront. The apartment was lovely but we struggled with the stairs, but it was worth it for the view. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Good on-site parking. And it is dog friendly so bringing my little dog was great. Lowestoft is a quaint seaside town. Very relaxing and nice and clean. It is a nice walk along the promenade up to the marina.We hired a beach hut for the day and we loved it. The best thing though was the Ice cream! So many different flavours….divine! I would recommend staying here if you would like a nice chill out holiday.
