Camera molto grande, mancava solo una cucina per essere considerata un appartamento abitabile, con frigo tavolo divano, tutto molto curato,siamo rimasti molto colpiti in positivo perché non ce lo aspettavamo. Terrazzo molto bello e ampio con vista sulla città. Il proprietario é stato molto disponibile e check in e check out si sono svolti senza problemi. Nel complesso siamo molto soddisfatti e se dovessimo soggiornare di nuovo ad Olbia lo prenderemo come punto di riferimento. Parcheggio piccolo sulla strada ma comunque abbiamo trovato posto.

- Curtis (10/5): - Great location close to the airport with walkable places to eat at and a nearby grocery store. The room was quiet and clean and very restful with great air conditioning and a surprise.. nice big balcony. It is a wonderful place for the price! Very happy with my choice.

- Camilla (6/5): Deception - Notre chambre (la n°13) était propre et avait un petit balcon. Nous avons choisi cet emplacement car il était proche de 'l'aéroport, qui est joignable avec le bus 10 et 2, dont l' arrêt n'est pas loin de l'établissement. L'établissement est difficile à rejoindre. Nous avons pris le bus 10 depuis l'aéroport, et nous sommes descendus à un arrêt proche de l'établissement. Nous avions 3 bagages, dont une valise très lourde. La via Grazia Deledda était à 5' de marche de l'arrêt du bus, mais l'établissement n'est pas joignable depuis cette rue, qui est divisée en une partie basse (celle où nous nous trouvions) et une partie haute. Au milieu, il y a un gros rocher qu'il faut soit escalader, soit passer par un petit chemin très étroit et non battu, soit faire un detour sur la voie de gauche (qui monte en montée), faire le tour d'un autre bâtiment, puis tourner à droite et, au fond de l'impasse, trouver le guest house. Le numéro 62bis de la voie indiquée, est inexistant dans la partie basse de la rue G. Deledda, laquelle tourne à droite et se termine au n. 42. Heureusement nous avons demandé des indications à des personnes habitant le quartier, qui nous ont indiqué le chemin. Tout cela n'était pas indiqué dans le message whatsapp reçu de la part du propriétaire. Une fois arrivés, nous avons pris nos clés, mais nous ne savions pas où aller, et on l'a su seulement appellant le propriétaire. Un accueil de personne aurait été beaucoup mieux. Dans la chambre, malheureusement ce n'était pas possible de fermer les volets de la fenêtre qui donnait accès au balcon : soit on dormait avac la fenêtre ouverte (avec les volets ouverts), soit on devait fermer la fenêtre. Faisant très chaud, nous avons opté pour laisser la fenêtre ouverte, mais un fort orage nous a réveillé en pleine nuit et nous avons dû tout fermer. Le quartier est populaire mais assez miteux. La vue de notre chambre donnait sur une enorme antenne internet, et sur un chantier. Nous avons été sullagés de pouvoir repartir le matin même très tôt.

Sanitair erg gedateerd , en door de ligging op de 3e verdieping weinig waterdruk. En de doodlopende straat is niet echt handig met een grote auto, maar daar kan de verhuurder niks aan doen.

Dobbelt sengen i soveværelset var okay. Det var selvservice check ind, da vi selv skulle hente nøglerne et sted. Der er ikke så meget i området, men en bager var der. Vi brugte stedet da vi ankom meget sent og det lå tæt på lufthavnen. så vi ikke skulle bruge så meget transport tid. Meget svært at finde et hotelværelse i Olbia.

- Aghanim (10/5): Très bien - L’appartement est équipé d’une climatisation, super plus, très propre. Nous y sommes resté très peu de temps car nous prenions l’avion tôt le matin. Vous avez une machine à café dans l’entrée, très agréable. Un peu loin du centre ville lorsque l’on est à pieds mais ça a été.

Presenza nel condominio di un distributore automatico di acqua, caffè, merendine, ecc.. I prodotti per il bagno consistevano solo in sapone per le mani. Tv non funzionante e telecomando rotto. Parcheggio per l'auto difficoltoso. Appartamento in un vicolo chiuso.

Keine Rezeption, Schlüssel angabe per Briefkasten, kein personal zu finden falls was fehlt, als ich ankam war die Seife leer zum Glück supermarket in der Nähe 500m entfernt hatte noch auf konnte Seife und Toilettenpapier kaufen, Kühlschrank und Aircon..haben nicht funktioniert, die Putzfrau habe 2 Tage vom Abflug getroffen habe ihr auch weitergegeben aber wurde nichts unternommen. kein Wohl- Fühl Einrichtung, nicht geeignet für Urlauber, weit von Attraktionen und Restaurants, zwar gibt es Imbiss und Restaurant in der Nähe aber nichts besonderes. Der Vermieter wollte mehr für Tax pro Nacht und Person als beim Booking.com angegeben.
