- Verified traveler (4/5): Era para ser uma experiência ótima... - Regular,pois o hotel apesar de ter ótima infraestrutura, tem o serviço ruim, no que tange a satisfação dos seus hóspedes, com regras muito rígidas, o que não leva em consideração a satisfação e sim a rigidez de procedimentos, principalmente quanto aos horários pré definidos, de check in, check out, almoço e jantar. A gerência é ruim nesse quesito.

Se chover, o hotel tem goteiras para todos os lados, a cama de casal simplesmente não existe: alguém dormira no “buraco” entre as duas camas de solteiro! Contudo, nada disso se compara ao HORROR do jantar! A comida não tem a mínima explicação. Inacreditável se pagar o absurdo que se paga pelo que lhe oferecem! ESQUEÇAM!
