- diana (9/5): - Clean and the staff awesome also need the NBA game just few steps
- Cousin (2/5): The only thing I liked was the staff. The hotel shouldn’t even be open to the public if it’s under construction. - Close to the Mortgage arena I guess it was under construction. Housekeeping didn’t even come clean or replace towels. Shower had mildew around it. My pillow had a stain on it. Hair was left on the sink.
- Virginie (7/5): Correct - Hôtel facilement accessible depuis l'aéroport grâce au métro. Excellente literie.
- Deegan (10/5): -
- Abigail (10/5): Overall it was a good experience, no complaints or hassle.😇 - Everything, it was clean, spacious and close to venue. Breakfast could’ve been better for the price of the stay.

- Olivia (10/5): -
- Michelle (10/5): We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back - Location is very convenient to downtown Only downfall is the indoor pool, would like a little more sunshine
- Guadalupe (10/5): For the price and location it is perfect for a little weekend getaway. I would definitely recommend - Location is perfect. Close to Chase Field, entertainment arena, shopping, restaurants… Parking is expensive and pretty much nonexistent.
- Chelsea (8/5): - Very clean & in a great location No on site parking
- Mary (5/5): I would not ever stay here again. - Not much. The breakfast was ok but the rooms floor and tables were filty. The parking was real inconvenient so used the valet who don't help with much of anything, had to struggle with our luggage by ourselves. I reserved a king but got 2 queens. The price of rooms is way high for the service you get.
- Kari (10/5): Very convenient, very clean - Very clean, walking distance to Chase stadium. It was perfect
- Hakim (9/5): - This is the second time staying here and the staff could not be more accommodating and professional. I wish the bar was open earlier.
- Ramiro (9/5): -
- Sandy (9/5): - The location was great friendly staff. pay for parking was not made clear on the website. $45 for one day is very pricey.

- Noa (8/5): Good value for money - the room was specious and very well equipped. the staff was friendly and helpful Getting to the parking structure was a nightmare. There is no direct access to the hotel from the structure. the part of town the hotel is at felt unsafe compared to other part of downtown I was in
- Robin (8/5): - Great location. Nice facilities. Only negative was the continental breakfast not good
- Eveline (10/5): - The room was spotless and the hotel overall was very clean and in grade shape
- DeShawn (10/5): - Great location, clean and amazing bar/lounge
- Mary (10/5): Great Stay - Stayed here since we were part of the Arizona Donors and the welcoming and friendly staff made the trip enjoyable. Walking distance to all attractions downtown and to shops. Not far from family either.
- Laurie (10/5): - If you’re going to a Mercury game, this place is outstanding! So close! So many dining options! If you like a swanky cocktail, the in house lounge is amazing!
- Savastano (10/5): Rituals - Beautiful hotel, great staff, valet parking, breakfast and Little Rituals. Nothing love this hotel and will continue to come back. Will be the only place I stay in Phoenix.
- Vanessa (10/5): - It was a one night stay but the room was clean ton of amenities! We enjoyed the pool, full kitchen in room and easy walk to everything!
- Carrie (10/5): - Great location! The front desk was so accommodating & let me have an early check-in. Little Rituals was an added treat!
- Ashley (10/5): - Great stay
- Katie (6/5): - Rented a room with a king-size bed and sofa sleeper for my family of 4, went up to our room, and there was a king-size bed, but nothing else. Called the front desk, put on hold, and never picked back up. Went down to the front desk, got in the long line, changed our room, went up to the new room, no bedding on the sleeper sofa or anywhere in the room. No onsite parking, either you pay for Valet or use a parking garage that is separate from the hotel. The bathroom was nice, but the sliding frosted glass door will wake you up with the bright light if someone else uses it at night.

- Laura (8/5): Definitely will come back to enjoy Phonenix area. - Location, staff and how clean the rooms were. Plus loved it had a huge fridge and glasses. The parking garage elevator stunk and super hot.

- Nicole (2/5): - PLEASE READ! I would advise all that book this property to think twice. I had booked this property through Expedia upon check-in. They confirmed my check-in and took my credit card for what I thought would be incidentals / security deposit as is protocol, and ended up charging me again for the room. I had noticed the charge on my credit card with an alert, but again I was just assuming that this was for incidentals/security deposit which I assumed would clear in a few days. I would like to again stress that I paid for full for this room two weeks prior. I am trying to work with my credit card company to dispute this fraud as they had given no indication that they were taking the credit card for other than incidentals/ room deposit. I am writing this review in hopes that I could save somebody else from losing out on over $500 because both Expedia, as well as the property are placing the blame on the other party and refusing to give me a refund. There are plenty of beautiful properties in downtown Phoenix that I could recommend that you pick instead of the Residence Inn.
- Netta (8/5): -
- Katie (10/5): - Excellent room and customer service
- Lucinda (10/5): - Staff was very friendly at check in. Room was very nice and had plenty of space. Location is great if you’re going to Footprint Center or Chase Field. Close to restaurants and bars and even a grocery store. Parking fee is a bit high, but the valet is convenient.
- Dalila (10/5): - Clean room, nice layout, valet was good
- Sandra (10/5): -
- mrsfrankenstein (10/5): -
- Theresa (10/5): Overall a good clean hotel. The Hotel and the area around it felt relatively safe . - Proximity to event we were attending . Overall clean, the rooms are pretty sound proof, we were on a high floor which may have helped. The lobby is great to lounge around . The Valets were exceptional and very friendly. The beds are hard and the bedding was very rough feeling, for such a nice hotel breakfast is boring and could be improved .
- Herve (10/5): - Dans le downtown
Quartier avec beaucoup de restaurant
Grande Chambre studio très confortable
Piscine bien Petit déjeuner un peu simple
- Marlene (8/5): - It was a great location for a concert. The room was run down. The office chair was completely falling apart and the remote to the TV was cracked and broken. The wood in the bathroom was dirty and looked like it had never been wiped down. Dusty and showing drips of fluids. Will not stay again. Free breakfast was not available although it said we would have that in our reservations.
- YOSUKE (3/5): Good except for payment transaction and receipt - Everything was very neat and clean Receipt is not matched my credit cart transaction which was automatically charged many times. When asking staff about this, they told me it is deposit, you will get back in a few business day. While asking them to present the all transaction including deposit, they can’t. Explanation about deposit was not enough. The money hadn’t got back since It’s been about one month. I hope I would get back money they are mentioned. I believe it is due to time lag for international credit card.
- Jennifer (1/5): Breach of privacy - Location The housekeeping staff walked into our room. There was no knocking, just unlocked the door and entered to which they were surprised by us. They entered the wrong room. The management staff was incredibly passive and lacked empathy when this was a complete breach of privacy and trust with Residence Inn. To be treated like that was unacceptable, the email we received was generic and lacked empathy. Will never again stay there
- Robert (10/5): -
- Robert (10/5): -
- Daniele (10/5): Una sosta a Phoenix da provare - Moderno e pulito. Un mini appartamento con angolo cottura e bagno Tutto bene
- Savastano (10/5): Game time. - Location, valet parking, staff, amenities, clean quiet. Will stay again and will recommend. Nothing, best hotel experience ever in Phoenix.
- mutaz (8/5): - Good location and views
- Angel (7/5): -
- Perez (10/5): -
- Stephanie (8/5): Don’t forget anything when you leave! - Hotel is very nice, room was great, and perfect location for attending a concert at Arizona Financial. Front desk clerk never acknowledged me at check in, even thought the reservation was in my name- seemed a bit chauvinistic! My husband left his ENTIRE bathroom bag in the room- when we called to report it they said nothing was found in the room. It was left in the room next to the sink, not in our bags or our car. Wow!
- Antonio Augusto (8/5): Muito Boa - Localização Falta café da manhã
- Albert (10/5): - Close to the concert venue and very clean. Parking
- Mark (10/5): Convenient - Location No early check in to beat the rush and limited parking area
- Kim (10/5): - The pool was great and the whole building was quiet. I was amazed on how quiet. Every employee was so helpful to us. This was our first time to Phoenix and we will be back.
- Perez (10/5): -
- Samantha (7/5): -
- Kathryn Marie (9/5): - Location and amenities!
- FUGICA (10/5): - Love the convenience of the location. Alot to do and a lot of different options for food
- claudia (9/5): - Close to the ball park. Nice and clean rooms The room didn’t get as cold as I would have liked but over it was a nice stay
- Rosa (10/5): -
- Kirk (9/5): -
- Cari (9/5): -
- Elias (10/5): - The hotel was clean, friendly and very close to everywhere in downtown area. The staff was professional.
- Kristi (10/5): Will definitely be back when we need a place in downtown phoenix - Stayed here many times and always meets or exceeds our expectations!
Very clean and staff is great. Certainly not the properties issue or fault but the homeless, drug addicts and beggars are getting out of hand in that area:(
The city needs to do better in this regard!
It can be a little sketchy walking around after dark.
- Jared (8/5): Great Location - Hotel is in a great location for attending events and going to the downtown area. Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel staff is very nice. Only thing that was lacking was breakfast. We stayed 3 nights and every morning tried going even earlier and it was always empty for most the hot food. They also did not rotate options for hot food. Hotel stay is 5/5 with the rating losing one star due to the 1/5 breakfast
- James (10/5): - The layout of the room was excellent
- gary (8/5): - Great spot for our purpose of the trip.
Didn’t get any housekeeping during the 3 day stay, probably our own complaint
- Sherri (10/5): - I had a great stay! The room was clean! The staff was wonderful! So kind and friendly! I literally walked across the street to my venue for a concert! I was on the 15th floor and had an awesome view!
- joan (10/5): SWT - Was close to the venue we were going to Parking was a lil confusing
