- HYUNSU (10/5): - 소렌토 2박 호스트가 도착시간에 맞춰서 잘 도착해서 객실안내 잘 도와줌! 서비스랑 객실 상태는 좋음! 다만 창문밖에 공사중인게 아쉬웠음 그래서 아무것도 보이지않음, 근데 소렌토 내 숙소중에서 저렴했고 그에 맞는 컨디션 이었던것같음! 역에서 가까운 위치 , 항구에서 10분거리등 다 만족스러웠습니다
- Jesse (6/5): It was ok - The location of Orange Suites was excellent since it was only about a five minute walk from the center. The shops and restaurants were not too far but far enough to where you don't get most of the tourist traffic. The location is being remodeled during my stay so there was a lot of construction trash, equipment, and materials in the front lawn and in the patio. I couldn't even use the Patio and enjoy the view during my stay because of this. During the day when the construction workers were working i was gone exploring Italy so the noise didn't bother me. I just wish I was told before arriving so I could've booked a different hotel. The cleaning service was just ok. our Towels were only changed once when we were there and we had a six night stay. They did do our beds everyday and took out the trash so that was a plus. We arrived at 2130 hours due to a flight delay so we got charged an extra 20 euros for a late check in. At a regular hotel this wouldn't happen.

The room was nice modern didn’t have bottle of water which i really appreciate. Room was cleaned each day, not far from the main tourist spots.

- Jose (8/5): - Very clean, and can host about 4 people. Please note that if you make a last minute reservation make sure to contact the property via email or text message letting them know your arrival time. There is not a receptionist. My fault, I did not contact them before because the internet.

- Anita (10/5): - This property fit our needs perfectly. The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of room for the two of us and the refrigerator was a plus. The only problem was the cost it took to take a taxi from the property down to the marina was 30 euro each way - very pricey - but not walkable. However we found lots of great restaurants within walking distance of the property.

Two air conditioning units, three beds, kitchen, balcony - and clean. Located 3-4 min on foot to the main corso. Not enough stars to give my endorsement! We loved it, we will be back.

The host, Francesco, was also very helpful and friendly! He replies quickly and made great recommendations for food and activities. The property is a 5-7 minute walk away from sorrento city centre which makes it very convenient. Would recommend this place!

- Verified traveler (4/5): Weren't able to have a shower for 3 days! - Clean and modern room, the shower only trickled water out and we had no hot water for our 3-day stay. After contacting management via text as there is no reception, they got back to me the following evening at midnight allowing me to shower in another room. Again no hot water. Not very impressed with our stay here!

- Gregory (10/5): New, Clean, Modern - Easy check-in, part of an apartment building, brand new, recently renovated. Upon arrival upgraded to a 3 bedroom spacious room. Fantastic value.
- Tom (6/5): Four comfortable rooms in office building. Pricy. - Orange Suites was unusual. It has four extremely comfortable rooms, but there is no front desk, no onsite personnel, and the lobby of Orange Suites is on floor 3 of a building that has offices and apartments. The lobby on the ground floor is usually locked with a CLOSED sign. The management was supposed to send instructions on how to get in, but it did not send them to me Luckily, we arrived at the same time as another guest who had gotten the information, and led us to the lobby of Orange Suites. The only person there was a room cleaner who did not speak anything but Italian. She summoned someone who did speak English and checked us and the other couple in. Note fthat there is no sign anywhere for Orange Suites, on the building or in the lobby on the ground floor. People nearby cannot point you in its direction. It is convenient to downtown Sorrento, which starts three blocks away. The railway station is three blocks away to the east. The price was very high, considering that the inconveniences described above.

- Renate (2/5): Täuschung - Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt bei diesem Angebot nicht. Der Name "Suite" täuscht! Es handelt sich um ein Zimmer, welches neue Möbel hat und renoviert ist. Es befindet sich in einem eher schäbigen Wohnblock. Service gibt es keinen. Nicht einmal eine Reception. Parkplatz findet man praktisch keinen in der Umgebung. Zudem sind die Kosten sehr hoch (€ 20 und mehr). Für diesen Preis erhält man vor Ort ein Zimmer in einem 3-4 Sterne Hotel inkl. Frühstück und Parkplatz.

- Vi (8/5): Great place but nowhere to store luggage - Great spacious and newly renovated room. It is not a hotel, it is a room with your own bathroom and your own front door in a block of flats. Lovely staff and great service. Conveniently located to the train station and very close proximity to the town centre, only 5-10 mins walk. Even though it is advertised that there are facilities to store your luggage it is not quite the case. There is no where to leave the luggage. It can only be kept in your room( even after the next guest has arrived and checked in the same room!!??!!) and it has to be collected before 3pm, because this is the time the house keeper finishes for the day.
