- Francis (3/5): I would not stay here again and will not recommend it to anyone. - I was happy we had our own space to be spread out, on a long vacation (this place was only for 4 nights of a 2 week trip) it was nice to have a bigger spot than a hotel room. Unfortunately there was more dislikes for us. The kitchen floor felt sticky, there was a musty smell which was coming from mildew/mold in one of the cabinets, I didn’t keep it open long enough to see exactly what it was. The washer, which was a big part of why I booked this place, was disgusting, I cleaned black sludge out of it. I truly still did not feel comfortable washing our clothes in it. The shower was interesting, and not in a good way. The water pressure was awful and just standing in the shower made me feel uneasy- I felt like I was going to fall through the ceiling, I wish I was being dramatic about this. I emailed the company when we left early in the morning on checkout day, but never received a reply, not looking for much just simply acknowledging that they received the email would have been a good business move.
- Tim (10/5): Top quality! Second to none. - Excellent location. The house was spotless clean. Wanted for nothing. Very quiet neighbourhood. Would highly recommend. Would definitely go back. Hosts were excellent in arranging our check in and check out. Everything was hassle free. Five star all round ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ There was absolutely nothing I didn't like. Hats off to the host. Very professional!!!
- Luuk (6/5): Room enough for a family of 5, but not so nice neighbourhood and kitchen was not very clean. - There were 3 bedrooms which was convenient for a family of 5. We had sufficient privacy. The facilities worked (kitchen, bathroom) and most things were reasonably clean. Parking was possible right in front of the house on a private parking place. There are supermarkets close-by. The dishes and cutlery ware not very clean. There was no dishwasher. When we opened one of the cupboards in the kitchen, we observed a musty smell and quickly closed it again (it was empty). The garden is very boring (grass and a clothesline). The first evening, there was loud music from the neighbours until mid night. The neighbourhood is not very neat, but it does not feel unsafe.
- Emma (3/5): Wouldn't stay here again - Nice size 2 bed house. Quiet road. Some of the bad bits pointers: Impressions on first driving up, driveway not good had to bump car up curb. Paving on driveway not even. On entry to house there was a smell to the property. Paint work all around needs touching up or redoing completely. Radiators dirty and rusty throughout. Kitchen floor sticky felt like it hadn't been cleaned in a while, cupboard handles in kitchen not clean, hob: the knobs weren't in the right position so struggled to see where right position was. Kitchen ceiling up by window to the right looks like there was or is damp. Front bedroom single bed I slept in was very uncomfortable when entering this room there were around 6 flys flying round NOT GOOD! Bathroom needed finishing off properly looked like it had been done in a rush. The sealant wasn't done neatly. Shower door didn't stay still, bath cheap was scared to stand in bath for a shower incase it broke. Wallpaper throughout looks like it needs taking off and redoing. Cobwebs throughout, the more you looked the more bad bits you found. Skirting board filthy. Garden: even if the weather was nice you couldn't sit out as grass needed mowing and everting needed a good tidy up. All in all this house needs a really good clean and air to get rid of the awful smell. Some money needs spending on it to make it more professional looking. This doesn't give the impression that the owner takes pride in its appearance. No very professional house to be rented. If this was a hotel and you walked into this you would receive a refund as it's not up to standard. I paid £254 for 2 nights definitely not worth that at all! Would I stay here again? NO (If the owner wants photos of the bad bits I've mentioned I do have these)

- Nick (10/5): Business trip - Kenmar house was perfect for my stay, set in a quiet cul-de-sac and close to the local supermarket. It's very clean and modern inside and has everything you could need. Will definatley stay again.
