Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (6/5): Glamping at Campers Haven - Campers Haven is not like a regular campground so if you're looking for that, this isn't it. There are no fires allowed. 90% of Campers Haven is filled with everything from Mobile Homes to Campers. I did not see any tents. The cabins are new and pretty nice. They are located way in the back; if you have trouble walking and the shuttle has stopped running (runs seasonal) you will have difficulty getting to the beach and main road. You must bring everything from linens to toilet paper to sponges. Too much packing for us and would book a hotel next time. Or, pitch a tent at a nearby campground to get a real camping experience if I have to pack to that extent.
- Dominic (10/5): Luxury Cabin in a RV camp - Our experience was great for memorial weekend. They have a lot of programs especially for the kids. The property is very clean and the staffs are responsive. The local has a beautiful private beach. There is space to barbecue. I will recommend to everyone and also visit again
- Danielle (8/5): Walking distance to private beach, worth the money - The cabin was nice and is in the back of an RV campground. The private beach is in walking distance and quite nice. The people were very friendly. The cabin was not as clean as I would like, I mopped the floor on our stay. You need to bring all your own linens (sheets, towels) and anything else you need. Dishes, dish soap, a sponge, toilet paper, paper towels and broom are provided as well as pillows and comforters. There is a snack shack, store, mini golf, playground and activities on site. The bed sizes on hotels.com is incorrect. There is a twin, full, queen and full size pull out sofa. Worth the money to stay here. Wifi is AWFUL
- Eric (6/5): - Chalet parfait mais pas de place pour faire un feu extérieur. Les lots sont très rapprochés. La plage est petite, l'eau relativement chaude mais pas de vagues
- Sarah (6/5): Cute cottage, not great location - The cottage was super cute and the private beach was nice! That being said, unfortunately, it is a 7-10 minute walk through a very crowded RV/mobile home park to get there. The map on their website didn't list the location of the cottages, so finding out that it was so far away was very disappointing.
The playground is conveniently located next to the cottage area. Unfortunately, there's also a basketball court there and that's where the teenagers hang out. I had to ask them to turn off their loud, inappropriate music as three young girls were trying to play there.
The beds are incorrectly listed on hotels.com - there was 1 queen, 1 double, 1 twin and 1 double sofa bed. Important to know exact sizes since you need to bring sheets!!
If the cottages were located at the front of this property, it absolutely would have been worth the money.
