• Bonner (1/5): This was unsanitary and make people really sick. - Nothing, I got sick and throwing up because the room was so unclean The room was unclean and I was charged extra 20 dollars for early check in.

• Clark (10/5): Great Stay in Amarillo at the Budget Inn & Suites - The staff and attendants were very helpful and made checking in very easy. Everything was great and I had an excellent stay.

• Solomon (1/5): Wasn't very good wouldn't stay again - Location was ok The high cost late check out paid almost 50% the room fee for a late check out. It was very outdated. Bed was brutal couldn't sleep well and had a sore back the rest of the day
• Kendra (8/5): - The beds were actually superrrr comfortable, I was very impressed! Front office staff was kind and quick with checkin. This was just a quick stop for me on the way to Colorado but it was a great price and great beds!

Bed was comfortable, Bathroom was way too small, had to close the door to get to the toilet tissue. Location meant very loud traffic. I would have put the chair and lamp towards the back side of the room.

• Mary (6/5): It could of cooler in the room. The ac only went up to a certain number. - I liked it because of the price. It could have been cleaner.. I found some hair on the shower wall and I was the first one to take a shower.

• Moore (5/5): Bad to decent - When we got there I had already reserved a king bed non smoking but the lady at the desk put us in a smoking room, which had cigarette burns in the blankets sheets and run down furniture.. we had to go back downstairs request a better room then things weren't too bad, but we had been driving all day it was already 1 am and we were tired lol

• William (8/5): Only stayed for one night. But it was calm and quiet. The bed was very comfortable, room is big - Room was cozy and I loved the big bed

• Conrad (2/5): Very poor - The lady at the front desk was nice. The room was relatively clean. This place is awful. Reminded me of something out of a gritty crime story. This is where the criminals would have hidden out. I only stayed here because virtually everything in Amarillo was booked already and it was the only room I could find.

• Tiffany (1/5): The front office last told us to get f***ed and won’t allow registered service dogs - Nothing Would not allow a registered service dog. The foot desk lady said she wasn’t letting nasty animals stay at her place. Cussed us flipped us off told us to get f***ed and she didn’t care what the laws was.
• Ginger (2/5): Very poor - Can’t honestly say anything. The room was filthy. Dead bugs all over the floor - especially in the bathroom. The toilet tissue had what looked like dried blood on it. The curtains were worn out with small holes all the way through them. The floors needed to be cleaned. They felt like they had not been swept or mopped in a very long time.

• Anonymous (1/5): was terrible and frightening the desk person refused to refund half the stay. very disappointed - nothing it was dirty, door jams were cut looked like repairs from doors being kicked in. no hot water and traffic noise was loud. old ac/heat wall unit was loud. tv had no sounds. very unsafe units.

• David (5/5): Passable - The price. The room was clean. The location. The hotel staff, at check-in, was behind a glass cage. The hotel must have been in a bad neighborhood! Heavy highway noise at times.
