- Ron (10/5): It has been nice to have a very comfortable place to stay while we wait to get into our new home. - We liked everything. The only thing I can think of is that because our room wasn’t’ really very roomy, a second chair probably would not fit well. A second chair would have been nice. We have been here for about a week now and usually eat our evening meal in the room. So with only one chair, one of us must sit on a little rolling ottoman.

- Bonnie (7/5): It was a comfortable 10 night stay and very quiet. - Really liked the staff. Melanie at the front desk was most helpful in trying to locate a piece of mail that I was expecting. She spent extra time helping me. The breakfast was very good with plenty of selection. The pool area defines needs help. It is not at all inviting as just a very drab area . Can’t they at least provide some greenery, flower pots or some form of color. It’s just all concrete with soon shade. Needs some umbrella seating.

The location is super convenient, just minutes from the venue, which made getting to and from the concert a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciated the great customer service and the solid breakfast in the morning—exactly what I needed before heading out. If you're catching a show at Acrisure Arena and need a hassle-free, comfy place to crash, Fairfield is a fantastic choice. Very satisfied!

Which after about 45mins came and told us it was the wrong room and we need to pack up and move. I believe this was unfair since it was their mistake not ours.

Could turn all on in several minutes but not permanently. Comfortable bed ,AC great and quiet, lots of options for breakfast and convenient to I -10

Walls were fairly thin, heard other guests. Towels had a fake lemon smell that they should remove from their detergent. Probably not an issue with the majority, we just have an affliction to fragrances.
