Un service de consigne des bagages au top. Nara, une très bonne surprise , ville reposante après Tokyo et Kyoto! Rien en particulier si ce n'est le problème de la langue. Difficile de se faire comprendre.

O café da manhã é excepcional com uma boa variedade de comidas e bebidas capazes de agradar a hospedes de qualquer parte do mundo. Por fim, a equipe do hotel é muito bem treinada, extremamente educada e cordial. Com certeza, eu me hospedaria novamente neste hotel. Eu gostei de tudo no hotel.
- Gérald (7/5): Cet hôtel pourrait être tellement mieux - Emplacement parfait, a deux pas de la gare et de tous ses commerces et d’une multitude de restaurants et un beau supermarché ouvert jusqu’à 21h30 ainsi qu’un 7eleven juste au RDC . L’hotel est aussi très bien placé pour la visite de la ville. N’oublions pas la jolie chambre, literie confortable, et belle salle de bain avec douche et baignoire. Bonne insonorisation. Difficile de caser ses deux valises, la chambre n’est pas très fonctionnel de ce côté là. Pas de possibilité de faire réchauffer ses repas, aucun emplacement pour se poser dans l’hôtel à part sa chambre et deux méridiennes devant le lobby. Petit déjeuner décevant de mon point de vue. Pas de bar…

- Fumika (10/5): 素敵なホテルでした - 駅チカ。場所がわかりやすい。お部屋が良い。すっきり眠れましたし、モダンな雰囲気？でとてもよい。お水のサービスも嬉しい。 朝食、景色の見晴らしよく、三輪そうめん、パン、フレンチトースト等、たいへん美味しくいただきました。 窓口対応も、とても丁寧で嬉しかった。 コンビニや商店街も近い。観光を楽しめました。 風呂場がなく、シャワーだけでした。予約時に気が付かなかったです。でも、全方位〜シャワーが当てられるし強弱もつけられて嬉しかった。疲労が抜けていきました。中には、イスも折りたたまれて、ありました。

- Takashi (7/5): 快適に過ごせた。 - JR奈良駅に近く、伊丹空港へのリムジンバスの乗り場にも近く、便利だった。 バスルームのある部屋を予約したはずだったが、行ったらシャワールームだった。少しがっかりしたが、座れる椅子が付いていて便利だった。部屋は清潔で快適でした。 窓のある壁は全面ガラスになっていて、レースのカーテンがしてあったが外から丸見えのような気がした。厚手のカーテンは上から降りてくるようになっていて、下までおろすと部屋が暗くなった。

- JC (9/5): 方便、舒适的住宿体验 - 早餐太棒了，种类丰富、食物美味营养、连介绍也十分细致，吃得非常舒服，在日本吃过的最满意的酒店早餐。 房间虽然不大，但功能十分齐全和人性化，尤其是干湿分离的卫生间，连浴缸里都有可换台的电视，真是太加分了。 奈良站就在楼下，步行5分钟，十分方便。站内还有AEON大超市和一些特产商店都很好逛。再往旁边走就是广场，奈良的观光信息中心能了解一切旅游需要的信息，很棒。 步行到奈良公园大约20-30分钟，但一路上看的买的吃的很多，商店街也多，走了2、3个小时都走不完…… 洗衣机干衣机的数量可以再增加一些。 客房楼层电梯间的大镜子，有可能会让人产生空间错觉撞到，不知道管理者是否有留意到。 房间的活动空间还是稍显局促。
- Ricardo (10/5): Fantastiskt bra läge, fin utsikt samt professionell personal. - Det var rent, fint, bra, fin utsikt, bra rum och hon som hjälpte mig i receptionen var helt underbar! Hon även lät oss check in några timmar utan att begära extra så enormt stort plus! Vi hade med frukost och den var verkligen super bra. De förstår Engelska bra. Läget är nära stationen och buss hållplatsstationen. Litet gym men såklart kanske man inte där för träna men finns tillräckligt för att göra övningar med son kropps vikt. Det ingår i priset så kan egentligen inte klaga men det var det ända små tråkiga men verkligen ingen deal breaker.

- Frans55 (6/5): Te mijden: je bent hier niet welkom - Aan de balie stonden 4 personen: 2 bedienden, 1 onder-manager en een oude seniormanager. Aan de balie was een zitruimte - naast de ontbijtruimte - met 6 tafels voorzien voor de gasten. Die was afgesloten. Toen we vroegen om 1 tafeltje te gebruiken om een kaartje te leggen werd dat afgewezen, er was ook nergens anders een tafeltje vrij- de lounge was ook gesloten. De oude manager weigerde ons te woord te staan, maar bleef instructies geven: staff only. Wij voelden ons helemaal niet welkom, dat terwijl het hotel beweert dat het bezorgen van een aangenaam verblijf voor hun gasten topprioriteit is. De laatste avond was de oude manager er niet en was er geen probleem. Voor ons was het dan echter al over, wij voelden ons er niet thuis en niet gerespecteerd.

- JUN (8/5): 朝食が以前より美味しく、また食べたい！ - ロケーションが良く、朝食も以前よりメニューもよく考えられている事が伝わってくる美味しい品々でした。 お部屋のソファーの下や、その壁際にホコリや髪の毛があり、掃除が行き届いてないのが気になりました。 もう1つ、朝食の厨房から出てきたスタッフのズボンが腰パンほど下がり、下着がかなり見えていました。朝食が良かったのに、その点が残念でした。

- Rebecca (9/5): Buena estancia, volvería a repetir! - El personal ea muy amable, incluso pudimos hacer el check in antes de la hora oficial. Las camas son muy cómodas, todo estaba limpio y las vistas son bonitas. Hay un lawson dentro del edificio lo cual fue ideal. Las lavadores funcionan estupendamente pero la secadora no seca bien y tuvimos que llevar la ropa mojada a una lavandería después de secarla 3 veces en el hotel… El desayuno está bien pero no ofrece embutidos y siempre es el mismo.
