The cleaning staff never removed the trash or checked if we needed any bathroom supplies. The desk should provide more information on how to use the facilities properly.

- James (9/5): If the housekeeping was a little more on point, and don't know if short help but otherwise excellent - Towel service missed one day as well as bath tissue and cups for coffee maker. Bed was a little soft...but Otherwise, everything was very good. I would book here again as it was clean and that is an absolute must for travel before anything. Beds and towels and everything else after that follows.

- R M (10/5): Great hotel with a good breakfast - The rooms had a kitchenette and was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable and had ample nice pillows (something a lot of hotels lack) There was street noise until 1-2am on the weekend.
- Sabrina (5/5): Good Spot, but only stay for the party scene - I enjoyed the hotel itself and the amenities. Location is nice as well for being close in proximity to things. The staff were also super nice and did provide a $20 credit to get some coffee downstairs for the negative experience on our last night. Noise. If you are wanting a quiet stay, I wouldnt recommend this location since it is so close to 6th street. You can hear the partying outside (at least cars and music). There were also rowdy neighbors that kept us up one night until 4am. They were screaming and talking loud. I also didnt like the bed or the TV inside the room. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. TV was also in an awkward area and the remote didnt work super well.

There was loud noise , the Ac didn’t work which lead to no sleep at night, no trash bags when arrival and no ice bucket . It wasn’t a pleasant stay.

- Andrea (10/5): Overall an Amazing hotel will book again - Location, staff, amenities, bars, covered bar, shrimp tacos, tea time, and happy hour!!! Valet workers not wanting us to valet and constantly recommending us to park across the street and park in a random garage. If it wasn’t meant for us to use the valet then why offer it. The male waitress at the covered bar has a feisty and nasty attitude and poor customers service everyone else was very sweet. I also dislike how one you open your window for a view you can see right into two others rooms of the hotel the design is not the best.

- Sabrina (9/5): Schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage - Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich perfekt: sehr zentral und ideal für Unternehmungen in der Stadt. Das Hotel ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äußerst freundliche, aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Personal. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und hebt sich deutlich vom üblichen kontinentalen Standard ab. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die Valet-Parkgebühren, die mit 65 Dollar pro Nacht sehr hochpreisig sind.
