- James (3/5): Terrible - My husband fell form slipping when we walked into our room. The cleaning staff obviously did not use the floor cleaner properly. It was so slippery that once he fell I almost slipped trying to help him. The room smelled of mildew!

Then got charged twice for room and didnt even get a working key. Staff had to let us in room. Then was asked to leave door open if we go out.

In the morning it was still not working I advised the morning staff and they didn’t do anything. Finally she offered some points. I would have appreciated a room change or a discount. Check-in was fast and hassle-free, and check-out was just as smooth using the app. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant, accommodating, and professional — especially the front desk employees. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was very safe convenient. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.

I paid State Sales Taxes, A&P Taxes, Energy Surcharge, Tourism Taxes, Merchand fee, Merchand Taxes, Energy Taxes. My friends stated at another hotel 4 stars and paid less taxes and fees. I feel like I’ve been robbed.

Then when we got into bed, both beds the sheets were still damp. We ALWAYS stay at this hotel only when in the area but this time it wasnt the greatest of times. The nightly hotel clerk hes always very friendly.

- Darrell (8/5): Serious Security Breach - Could have been a 5 star if not for the receipt for my payment that was tucked partially under my door. The receipt clearly displayed my name and address on the top and was accessible for anyone walking down the hallway to pick up. This type of information SHOULD NOT be divulged to anyone without the need to know. This is a security breach in my opinion and whomever left the receipt on the floor should be held accountable.

Every area of the hotel smelled good and was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was delicious. Great job Russellville Holiday Inn The only thing I would change is the handicap bathroom shower shoots water out onto the floor and even flowed out of the bathroom some. We were not handicap but I would image this would be a slipping hazard for a handicap person.

- Solley (1/5): They should space their guests out better among the four floors. - Front staff very polite. Breakfast was great. People in the adjoining rooms were very loud and annoying. The housekeeper was vacuuming at 6 in the morning, which was very inconsiderate. Room smelled musty. I left after two days feeling irritated and unsatisfied with my stay. For over a hundred dollars a night, you’d think the experience would be far better than that.

Had a comfortable room with a walk-in shower and a good desk to perform work. The odd-number rooms face the parking lot, but not an issue since the location is in a quiet part of the city. Will return!

- Lori (10/5): Great stay, great breakfast, very clean! - We had a great day, no issues. Staff were very friendly and kind, eager to help and make sure you had everything you needed. The breakfast was good with plenty of options for everyone love the new pancake machine so you don’t have to wait for others to make them their selves. It was close to I-40 but far enough away from all the traffic in a quiet remote area. Would definitely stay here again.
