• Mark (8/5): The go-to hotel in the Quezon City/Diliman area - This is perhaps the best hotel in the Quezon City/Diliman area. A relatively new hotel, staff are very gracious and helpful, the rooms are nice and there is a large swimming pool and a gym area. The lobby is also very nice. There is (as everywhere in Metro Manila) lots of traffic, but it was relatively easy to get in and out of the mall area where the hotel is to a nearby destination. Walking is also surprisingly easy and safe (though by no means scenic) as there are a number of conveniently located footbridges over the major roads the hotel is located near. My room only had a small table, not a desk which was not convenient for work. The nearby mall does not stay open very late and is not as nice as some of the malls in Makati or BGC (but there is still a wide variety of restaurants and stores). But these are minor issues in what was, as it has been in past visits, a comfortable stay.

With regards to the room, can’t complain, it’s clean and orderly . Enjoy the Roof top Bar, nice and romantic. Enjoy the view of the city skyline. Too much restriction for the kids to enjoy the pool. With parents supervision, staff should not be imposing too much restrictions. Let the kids enjoy the pool. I extended one more day for complete relaxation.

I lost my kids on the elevator and the hotel realised very quickly without me saying everything and everyone immediately helped and reviewed cctv to find them which was reassuring regarding safety. Breakfast was ‘included’ but turns out only for one person in each room! So be careful if you are booking expecting breakfast! Also their breakfast was always so busy they used upstairs as well and that didn’t include everything.

Breakfast - after signing in we were asked to wait for assistance to our table; it was a busy breakfast service since several govt office people were running about the floor and the sign-in lady was unable to manage properly the exchanges of these people; the attandants were busy accommodating them as well to the detriment of several other guests who were left to wait for several minutes - we hoped to have more staff could accommodate other guests and have the govt people housed in an area since the hassle is just too much early during the day for everyone

• H6624PGericl (4/5): Undeserved Experience - Dec 30, 2025 - Jan 2, 2026 stay Unfortunately, our check-in experience was not well coordinated and felt disorganized. 1. I paid in advance to secure connecting rooms, as advised during the reservation process. 2. I also paid an additional fee for early check-in at 10:00 AM. 3. When we arrived at 9:30 AM, we were told that the rooms would depend on availability and that we should return at 10:00 AM. This was confusing, as we were advised to pay specifically to secure these rooms. 4. Upon returning at 10:00 AM, the same explanation was given again, requiring further clarification on our end. We were finally able to check in at 10:30 AM. The process was unnecessarily stressful, and clearer internal coordination could have avoided the repeated explanations. Additionally, the front desk’s body language during the interaction did not feel professional. We also noticed that the room did not include the usual complimentary drinks and snacks. When we asked, we were told this was because no deposit was made—however, we were not informed that a deposit was required. Overall, better communication between the reservations team and front desk, as well as clearer instructions for guests, would greatly improve the experience.
• MsJiggsaw (8/5): Pet friendly hotel in QC - This year we booked Seda Vertis North since they're now pet-friendly (last year we stayed at Seda Residences Makati with our dog). They're quite strict with their pet policy and that's fine with us - comes with a steep ₱2,500 per pet, per night fee too. The rooms we got were opposite each other, as we requested, so that we can have views of both sides of the fireworks for NY Eve. Soundproofing was commendable since our dogs weren't that scared of the sounds coming from outside. Even with other dogs barking, it was muffled at best unless you go out on the hallway. Food quality during breakfast was so-so. It was all "brown foods" (fried) though there was a salad bar, it wasn't ample and the fruits were limited (no bananas or mangoes???). Parking was free as long as it was validated.
