Atul (10/5): - Very clean rooms, helpful staff, excellent breakfast spread. It's a well-maintained property. If I visit Kanpur again, I will definitely consider staying here.
Subodh (8/5): Comfortable stay - All good but only problem is to climb 10-12 flights. I suggest that they can put escalator for that , otherwise property is very nice .

Armel (5/5): Passable - The hotel staff was helpful Like so many hotels in mumbai, the room sound proofing is very weak so generator noises, car traffic noises are an issue if u are a light sleeper
Jain (6/5): Average stay, could have been better. - Breakfast was okay, however the staff at the restaurant could be more courteous & smiling to make it even better. The price charged was too expensive, when the hotel was almost empty. At 5,850/- you have many other & luxurious options to stay. Further hotel did not offer HD channels they only telecast SD channels which is big thumbs down. The bath towels look tired. Staff rings doorbell very frequently so that you are disturbed throughout your stay. I ordered a hot beverage at about 9:30pm and asked the server not to come for clearance in the night you can clear it tomorrow morning but still the doorbell rings at 11:00pm to clear the glass.
