• Patrick (10/5): Very good stay - From the moment we arrived to check-in a little early until we met the owner/breakfast chef the next morning, we were welcomed with a genuine kindness you won’t find in most establishments. We came through for a Cody Johnson concert so we only stayed one night but would absolutely go back if ever in this area again. Only 15 bedrooms in a building built specifically for a B&B with a couple of common areas inside, 2 decks on the back side, and a pool. Super quite. The breakfast was cooked to order with eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, fruit, cinnamon rolls, and more. They definitely pay special attention to the breakfast part of the B&B. It was very good!
• Rusty (10/5): - Room was cozy, clean, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed time at the pool in the afternoon. It was well-maintained, perfect temp for early August and not crowded. Actually enjoyed visiting with 2 other couples as we relaxed in the water. My wife enjoyed the 24/7 complimentary coffee/tea in the kitchen while I enjoyed the fresh cookies! Breakfast was fantastic as the hosts served us delicious menu options. The property is quiet and peaceful. Plenty of seating on the porches front and back to enjoy the surroundings, plus a great fireplace room lounge inside, if preferred. Easy to feel "at home". Would most definitely stay again.

• Carla (10/5): Beautiful place with great service! - The property is beautiful. Far enough from the hustle and bustle of "town" while still being close to all the amazing things to do in Branson. Our room was well appointed with antique furniture and comfortable chairs. Breakfast was very good and there were several options to chose from. We sat outside while we ate and watched the birds argue of pieces of waffle the host threw out for them. It was peaceful having our tea and coffee while waiting on our meal. Staff was pleasant and smiling, which is refreshing in today's society. We met and chatted with the other guests as well. My only issue was with the pool and I am sure it was just either an oversight or the cleaning schedule. There were MANY bugs and other things floating in the water, and it seemed like maybe the skimmers were full? It was still pleasant and we took a quick dip.

• Paige (10/5): - Beautiful bed and breakfast! Easy communication. Easy access once you get there. We were on 2nd floor- if you can’t do stairs with luggage just be sure you are on first floor. Very nicely kept up, all rooms beautifully decorated and very inviting! Would love to come back and stay more than one night!

• Tina (10/5): - We enjoyed staying at the Bradford House and having an escape off of the busy main road of restaurants, motels/hotels, and attractions. Just far enough away that it was quiet and serene, but easy to find. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The breakfast selections were varied and delicious. Try the egg-sausage-cheese casserole - YUM! We also enjoyed being able to get our own coffee, tea or a bottled water on our own. We felt right at home. Bob and Christy were warm and friendly. We will certainly stay there again when we return to Branson.

This place is absolutely amazing! It's a little hard to describe, but it felt like you were at home, yet still on vacation. Bob and Cristi(sp?) are two of the most warm, genuine people I have ever met! I can't say enough good things about Bradford House. If you are even thinking about staying here, trust me, you've thought about it too long. Do it! You won't be disappointed. My wife and I are already planning our return trip!

Many wonderful vacation highlights are close in proximity. We definitely will return to stay at the Bradford B & B when we are in the area.

There are so many cute details in the house to see. The rooms are adorable and clean. No noise from other bathrooms, talking or TVs. The family welcoming atmosphere is such a nice change from a hotel.

Nice having your own AC unit in your room. Breakfast was delicious and enjoyed the other guest in conversation. I love that the love for Jesus is welcomed and felt there. When you walk in christian music is playing. I felt as tho I was right at home. Highly suggest the Bradford B&B.

As we didn’t use the pool area, we did take time to view it and it was clean and appropriately spacious. The breakfast was top notch. We enjoyed being away from the Branson’s downtown bustle. A hidden gem.

I cannot get over the breakfast items... so much food and it was delicious! People were friendly and genuinely enjoyed being there. Even watched birds while eating and saw a deer one day grazing in the yard. I don't think there was anything I didn't like.

Sitting out on the porch is so peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast is amazing with several different options, and Bob and Cristy are great hosts. Definitely our favorite place to go in Branson.
