Разочаровал завтрак, который нам дали с собой, поскольку мы выезжали очень рано: булочка с сыром, миниатюрный кексик, пакетик сока и яблоко.
• Katalina L. (9/5): - Wir haben eine Nacht hier verbracht und haben das Hotel wg der Nähe zum Flughafen gewählt. Vom Ort waren wir positiv überrascht. Das Hotel ist teilweise in einem achönen, alten, herrschaftlichen Haus untergebracht. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto war etwas abenteuerlich, weil Googlemaps uns über den Berg geschickt hat (sehr steil), was gar nicht notwendig gewesen wäre. Also besser die Anfahrt vom Fluss aus wählen.

Bien que l'hôtel soit près de l'aéroport et que bcp de gens y séjournent avant un départ matinal en avion, le petit déjeuner n'est servit qu'à partir de 7h30, et le "box" de petit déjeuner fourni par l'hôtel si on part plus tôt est frugal ......, 1 banane pas mûre, une pomme, un soda et deux tranches de pain de mie avec un peu de gelée rouge ....

• Wojtek20 (8/5): - Bardzo ładny obiekt w dobrej lokalizacji. Wygląd obiektu z zewnątrz bardzo ładny. Pokoje zasadniczo same w sobie też ładne. W pokoju niestety była pleśń na fugach w łazience. Wymaga gruntownego sprzątania. Okropna kawa w ekspresie na śniadaniu. Bardzo mało miejsc parkingowych.

La chambre était au 1er étage et on entendait tout : les gens au petit déj, le bruit des chaises, les gens dans le couloir, etc. Dommage pour une grasse mat au calme.

• Emer Carr (10/5): - I stayed here on my final night for an early flight. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They had a takeaway bag ready for me in the morning as I was leaving really early before breakfast. I took a walk around the area before bed and looked really nice. I had already eaten before I arrived but there were plenty of restaurants and activity close to the hotel. Really handy for the airport and the hotel organised the taxi who was really helpful too. Definitely recommend. Nope. All good.
• Yana (10/5): - Overall, I really liked everything. The room was very nice and spacious, and it was very clean — truly very clean — with quite a nice view, in my opinion. I found it beautiful. The only thing I would mention is that the breakfast food wasn’t really hot, just slightly warm. However, the breakfast overall was very good, with a wide variety of options — you can eat well and feel great. I didn’t interact much with the staff, only with the reception, but they were very pleasant and friendly. In general, I liked everything. Also, the staff can help you with any questions — if you’re interested in going somewhere or need advice, they will always assist you, explain everything, tell you the prices and where to go. That’s a big plus, and I really appreciated it. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning to visit this city — it’s a very good place to stay.

• Franck (7/5): - Hôtel bien situé à 2 pas du centre ville historique de Santa Cruz et 5 minutes de la plage et promenade. Plutôt vieillot et dans son jus que ce soit la chambre ou la salle de bain. Piscine extérieur non chauffée. Petit déjeuner assez fourni. Le gymnase est une blague par contre, une pièce sans fenêtre de 10m2 avec trois appareils. Le personnel est agréable mais aucune explication à l'arrivée sur piscine et gym pour les horaire où il se trouvent. J'ai fait tous les étages pour trouver car non indiqué non plus dans l'ascenseur. Un peu léger pour 4 étoiles supposées.

• Matúš (9/5): - Location is very close to airport. We used an advantage of this hotel location for our last night in Madeira. Receptionist was very helpful. Because we weren't able to have a breakfast because of early flight they prepared packages for us. At the same time they booked a taxi for us which arrived on time at 4am in the morning. By the way, we used this hotel only for last night but since there is Machico beach only few minutes by car and pool on the rooftop, I fully recommend this hotel for longer stay.

• Elien (8/5): - Heel blij om na een late vlucht nog rond middernacht te kunnen inchecken. Ondanks een luchthaven op 5km kon je er s morgens niets van horen met de ramen gesloten. Ontbijt had alles wat we nodig hadden. Was ideaal voor de start van onze vakantie en om zo door te reizen. Iets meer info over de omgeving aan de receptie had wel leuk geweest. Receptioniste had alleen als suggestie een tour die er stond aangeduid terwijl we op zoek waren naar meer info over de PR routes.

Das Hotel ist toll ausgestattet, das Frühstück war sehr gut und es ist auch mit den Bussen gut zu erreichen, wenn man die Insel auf eigene Tour ohne Auto erkunden möchte. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.
