- Andrea Patricia (8/5): - La ubicación estaba buena, el precio también. Hay que caminar unos 10/15min para llegar al Centro pero también hay de todo cerca. Nos ofrecieron asistencia para llevar las maletas del puerto al cuarto del hotel tanto en la llegada como la partida y fueron muy amables. Algunas Cosas por mejorar: El baño de la piscina durante nuestra estadía nunca tuvo agua/papel/o estuvo limpio. El desayuno es demasiado básico. Podrían ofrecer más variedad como otros lugares. Las sombrillas no se pueden mover en el área de piscina lo que hace que por horas no haya forma de no recibir el sol directo. Parece algo simple pero con ese grado de calor, es básico poder usar una sombrilla en un hotel.

- Erin (5/5): Not as it looks in the photos - Good location. Luggage collection from the pier was appreciated. Phi phi itself is lovely. Room very dated and not the cleanest - used fake eyelash in the bedding. Beds were rock hard. Not all plug sockets worked. Shower would not stay consistent, constantly went from freezing to hot. Shower also pointed directly at the opposite wall - impossible to use without having to hold the shower head. Bathroom also had black mould, the bathroom door was also wooden and would not close properly. No bug nets - we had bugs and mosquitoes in our room and got bitten every night whilst asleep. The pool was also very warm with no cooling system so not refreshing in the heat.

- Molly Claire (7/5): Good base, warm pool, did the job - Location was great, shuttle of luggage and beach towels It was almost half done, the middle section was completely undone, the pool was not cooled so don’t expect a cold plunge to escape from the heat. our room was in the main section was slightly old but nothing too bad!

(Szerintem egy kicsit luxus, hogy egyszer-kétszer törölközök bele és újat kapok) Ingyen volt transzfer, és a bőröndöket is a londiner vitte. Nem igaz az, hogy hangos minaret (müezin) van a közelben. Nagyon csendes környék. Nem tudok olyat ami nem tetszett. Talán az, hogy nagyon meleg volt a szállodai medence, de arról nem tehetnek, hogy ezerrel sütött a nap.

Ha un piccolo supermercato di fronte. Lo staff è molto gentile e il servizio trasporto bagagli da e per il porto (10 minuti a piedi) è molto comodo. Le suite nuove sembrano essere molto confortevoli. La struttura dove si trovano le camere standard è piuttosto datata e non manutenuta al meglio. La colazione offerta nel ristorante di fronte ha una bella vista, personale gentile ma ci ha lasciato una sensazione di poca pulizia.

- Isabella (3/5): Schlechtes Preis Leistungsverhältnis - Gute Lage und sehr nettes Bellboy Personal. Danke für die Abholung am Steg. Leider hat das Hotel überhaupt nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt überhaupt nicht. Folgende Punkte waren zu bemängeln: • vorhangstab kaputt • staubige Oberflächen • undichte Fenster und Türen (mosquito Gefahr) • viel zu wenig liegen am Pool • roomkeeping trotz Bitte nicht stören Schild ins Zimmer gekommen • Armaturen im Bad sehr veraltet, kaputt und verkalkt • Duschkopfhalterung defekt • Brausekopf der Dusche war so eingestellt dass er nach draußen gespritzt hat • Schimmel an Armaturen und allgemein im Bad Hotel sehr unkooperativ als wir uns beschwert haben. (Im Internet findet man sämtliche Bilder gut ausgestatteter Bäder, die aber wie wir im Nachhinein erfuhren nur in den Poolvillen waren und somit zu einer Verwirrung führen) Vor allem für 130€ pro Nacht bekommt man wo anders deutlich mehr geboten.

- Malin (5/5): Helt oki, men de behöver justera ner priset ! - Poolen är bra, dock va den övre poolen stängd. De hade gjort nya fina bungalows eller garden-villor där de gamla stod förr. De va superfina men stod i stort sett tomma varenda en. De va helt orimligt dyra. En bit ifrån allt festande men ist finns böneutropen precis intill. De fanns en viss unken doft i rummet. Vi bodde på bottenvåning lan i de stora huset, de va gammalt å lite slitet. Fanns inget vanligt täcke utan en tjock filt i flera lösa lakan vilket blev besvärligt att hantera. Frukosten är i de torftigaste laget för att vara ett så stort hotell och ändå inte billigt alternativ.

Wiadomo, że zależy to od dostępności ale nie było żadnych prób uzyskania dodatkowych opłat - co jest często spotykane w podobnych obiektach w Tajlandii. Śniadanie mogłoby być lepsze. Wybór dość ograniczony ale jakość ok.

We checked out 20 minutes later we went back to get forgotten earrings that are worth £350. Left specifically on the side when we come back they were gone cleaner seemed suspicious. Checked the whole room and Bin bags that were left they were not in there. The cleaner didn’t seemed to want to help me find them and tried to avoid me while I was checking.

Serviettes pour piscine / plage a dispo. déj pas terrible, mais le cuisinier qui prépare les omelettes en direct est une très bonne chose. Les chambres communicantes, c’est pas la meilleure idée : on entend absolument tout, même le voisin respirer. Mieux vaut réserver ce type de chambre pour des familles ou des groupes d’amis, mais ce n est pas pour les couples.

- Robson (9/5): Perfeita e aconchegante. - Localização, funcionários sempre educados e prestativos. Sem contar a piscina, maravilhosa. Acredito que pode melhorar a parte do café da manhã, achamos o ambiente bem rústico e com poucas opções. Mas o local é maravilhoso em frente ao mar.

- PATRICK (8/5): - Bel ensemble hôtelier avec une très grande piscine au centre des installations. Notre chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée. Hôtel bien placé non loin du centre et des plages. Le petit déjeuner est moyen et les plages pour se baigner sont un peu loin.

- Thales (10/5): Escalação, atendimento e estalacao muito bom! - Limpeza, café da manhã com vista, omelete feito na hr, atendimento dos funcionários, super solicitos. SUPER RECOMENDO! Nada. Foi tudo perfeito.

- Robin (1/5): PhiPhi ist schön aber zu teuer Mann kann viel Spaß haben in dass Hotel würde ich nicht mehr gehen - Lage war ok Schimmel im Badezimmer alles in die Jahre gekommen der Ruftop Pool war gesperrt teilweise mit total Grünen umgekippten Wasser gefüllt und hat extrem gerochen viel Ungeziefer hat nicht funktioniert und die Fotos im Internet sind falsch und vielleicht mal in den besten Zeiten aufgenommen wie angegeben personal total gestresst und sehr unfreundlich wollten geld für Reinigung der Bettwäsche
- Ashana (5/5): Very basic,but convenient location and friendly staff. - Located on the quieter end of the strip, so less noise and traffic. The villas/ bungalows are lovely, however the rooms in the main building are the polar opposite. There was only one socket in the room which was on the dressing table with the tv plugged in. Not great. The bathroom was incredibly dated and dare I say, I felt very apprehensive about being in there without t flip flops on. Our stay was only for 1 night, so we just got on with it. I wouldn’t however of coped for much more than that.
- Eduardo (7/5): - Da localização. O pequeno almoço era muito fraco e com pouca variedade. Ao tomar banho no chuveiro, a casa de banho ficava toda molhada por não ter um cortinado ou um vidro a fazer a separação. Os cortinados do quarto deixavam entrar muita luz.
- Henrika (9/5): Calm hotel near everything - We liked the pool area and the hotel room was very large and the balcony nice. Quiet area but still very close to everything. The breakfast view was very nice. Beach bag and towels were included. Room cleaning could have been nice before 12 o'clock and a small table on the balcony would have been nice. Bathroom pipes stinks a bit. The breakfast was ok, u could have Fries, scrambled egg or omelette which were nice.

- Yvonne (3/5): Eine Nacht geht grad noch knapp. - Es war eigentlich nichts sympathisch. Das Zimmer ist düster, man hat überhaupt keine Aussicht (nur gerade auf den neuen Gebäudekomplex vorne dran)
- Iuliia (10/5): - Мы бронировали на с 31.12. по 01.01 для встречи Нового года. Отель удобно расположен, недалеко от тусовочного пляжа Ло Далам с огненными шоу и пляжными кафе и дискотекой. На Новый год на пляже был фейерверк. Хорошие виллы, комфортные, для островов просто шикарные. Мы приехали на пароме, наш багаж любезно довезли до отеля, сотрудник дежурит на пирсе. Обратно тоже доставили к парому. Если случиться еще раз приехать на Пхи-Пхи, остановимся здесь снова!
- FABIANA (7/5): Muito caro pelo o que o hotel oferece. - O hotel possui uma piscina agradável e o apartamento é bem confortável. O café da manhã é péssimo, tudo tem um gosto de velho e pouquíssimas opções. Tem uma mesquita do lado que faz bastante barulho , achei muito caro pelo o que o hotel oferece.
- Dinara (10/5): Superb - Super trevligt! En bit ifrån kaoset vid hostels så kändes ganska mysigt och avskilt. Jag upplever att hotellet passar äldre par som inte gärna vill ut och festa. Moskén hörde jag aldrig, frukosten var jag nöjd med och sängarna var ok hårda, inga klagomål! :)) Närmaste stranden är inte den bästa, finns bättre lite längre bort.
- Bernhard (7/5): O.k., aber es gibt schönere und ruhigere Inseln in der Gegend - Moderne Bungalows Strandnähe Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal Lage gut zum Zentrum und Strand Direkt neben der Moschee, laute Gebete von 5:30 bis spät Frühstück ist sehr einfach ohne ordentlichen Kaffee Abends laut von der nahen Discobar Preis für die Unterkunft eher zu hoch
- Priscila (8/5): Não odiei mas não sei se voltaria! - Quarto bastante espaçoso! O café da manhã é muito simples em comparação ao valor do hotel, pra quem gosta de um café coado bom no café da manhã, irá se decepcionar, apesar de ter duas piscina a outra estava vazia!

- Dolores (10/5): Me volvería a alojar aquí - La villa es preciosa, la piscina brutal, con distintas profundidades que hizo que estuviese muy segura con mi bebé ya que se podía poner de pie en ella sin problema. Muy cerca del puerto. Al lado de la villa hay una mezquita y te avisan al llegar que hay rezos de madrugada y que se oye muy fuerte. Nosotros veiamos la mezquita desde la villa, estaba justi delante. No se si era el cansancio o que está muy bien la insonorización, pero no escuchamos nada de nada. El personal super amable, nos ayudó a llevar el equipaje desde el puerto y luego nos ayudó cuando nos fuimos. Quizás el desayuno no era de lo más acertado, pero aún así me volvería a alojar aqui. Para desayunar hay mil lugares en la isla, no me parece un drama.

- Petra (9/5): Gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis - Sehr schön gelegen am Rande des Trubels. In ein paar Minuten war man im Zentrum. Schöne Zimmer. Sauber. Netter Pool. Frühstück in der super tollen Strandbar war in Ordnung. Etwas einfach, aber für jeden was dabei. Das Ambiente der Bar hat das einfache Frühstück aufgewogen. Freundliches Personal. Eine Kleinigkeit: Die Halterung des Duschkopfes war defekt. So musste der Duschkopf in der Hand gehalten werden. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück könnte besser sein.
