- Viktoria (10/5): A pleasant 5 nights stay - Friendly, polite receptionists. A good size, very clean room with a nice bedding. Manager Olga takes care of any requests right away. Various free breakfast in a nice restaurant on the top floor. Overall a very good hotel.
- Maxim (6/5): - Сантехника в санузле в хорошем состоянии. Санузел чистый. Лифты отличные. СПА комплекс вполне достойный. Завтраки на троечку. Можно увидеть плохо вымытую посуду. Ковролин в номерах уставший и местами вытоптанный. Пыль на полках шкафа. Номер не пылесосят. Как лежала мусоринка при заселении, так 3 дня и лежала. Номер при заселении был плохо убран. На потолке над лампочкой застарелый закопчённый след. Было холодно, по причине отсутствия отопления, обогреватель сразу предоставили. Но ведь все знают, что холодно, можно заранее включить обогрев. Клиентоориентированность слабая. Быстрый интернет. Большой хороший телевизор. Звукоизоляция слабая. Стеклопакеты слабо задерживают шум и ветер.
