Guest Reviews
- tony (10/5): - The hotel is very clean , has a modern ambiance which made our stay exceptionally comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and at ease.
The hotel's prime location is a big plus . It is centrally located, making it convenient for shopping and dining. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, which made exploring the area an absolute breeze.
Overall, I highly recommend the M2M Hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay. The combination of cleanliness, modern facilities, friendly staff, and a great location makes it a top choice.
- William (10/5): - 7 or 8 minute walk from Central Train Station and many restaurants in area made this rental very convenient. With these apartment style rentals/hotels where they have rooms in an apartment complex, often they have limited or no front desk service (here it was 7:30am - 1:00pm). You definitely need to communicate (whatsapp is perfect) esoecially if you leave or arrive during off hours. I was sent a code to access the doors. I must say that a much lower price offset the inconvenience of not having a full-time frontdesk, in this case.
- Paul (10/5): - So nice!
- Hernan (10/5): - Everything was perfect! Thank you
- Randy (8/5): - I was only there one night, but it was very clean and in good condition. The employees were very helpful. I was able to store my luggage while out on a tour. The room is a little small, but otherwise I would recommend for a short stay.
- Andrew (10/5): - Walking distance from station. Very clean , good breakfast. Staff friendly.
- Tammy (8/5): - We loved the hotel and would have given it an excellent with the exception of the night club across the street. We stayed 2 nights and couldn’t get to sleep until way after 2am. We thought it was due to the weekend, but the night club told us they have bands on Monday and Tuesday. Another room may have been better
- Jeremy (10/5): - Amazing staff and amazing breakfast. Stuff communicated very well made chicken very easy and the room was great. Great view as well. Would highly recommend staying here.
- Kristen (10/5): - This hotel is very conveniently located to Milan Centrale and a main metro line. The area has a number of nice dining options.
- Erik (10/5): - A brief walk from the Milano Centrale station, this hidden little gem is the perfect sort of quick stay. The breakfast in the morning was light, yet filling. The in room coffee was a nice touch and the overall esthetics of the rooms are unexpectedly fresh.
- mohammed (6/5): - good
- Michael (10/5): Great little hotel, will stay there again! - What an amazing little hotel. It's not a traditional property with 24/7 service and I checked in via WhatsApp so it's a property that isn't for everyone. However, I really liked the quality of the room, the breakfast delivered to your room is great and is continental cold breakfast but it was 36 degrees out so that was absolutely fine. If you need a bed, with AC that's near central station and aren't worried about a million and one amenities then this is a great place to stay. I'll go back, either when I'm on business or as a couple because it just ticks all of the boxes in a very simple, effective and friendly way
- Clarence (10/5): Great place to stay in Milan. - The stay was great. We left our luggage while exploring Milan and the staff were very helpful with this. Breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend this place. 10 minute taxi ride to the square. 10 minute walk to the train station.
- Amanda (8/5): - Perfect location for the train station and underground
- muge (10/5): Perfectly clean and smells very nice - Very close to the station. It has very nice michelin awarded bar right across the road. Very close to corso Buenos Aires also pıssible to walk fromhotel to the central
- Rita (4/5): - Basic and nothing special
- Elizabeth (8/5): - It was functional for what I needed but no frills, little old.
- Marinel (10/5): - The room was clean, excellent location. Friendly receptionist, very good breakfast, we loved it
- Nima (6/5): - Building was rundown in a not very nice street. The elevator was very small and old. They confirmed our early check-in at noon, but when we got there around 1, the room was not available!
- Justin Owen (10/5): - Great location right next to the train station and some great food nearby!! Very clean and beds were comfortable and it was very quiet!!! Definitely stay here while in Milan.
- Beverly (10/5): Great stay - Clean, comfortable, spacious. Welcoming staff and delicious breakfast. Best value for money during a month of hotel stays in Europe.
- Stacey (10/5): - Staff were amazing and lovely. Really convenient location. Perfect for short stays.
- Karla (10/5): - It was a great location , less than 10 min fr train station, about 20 min to the city center by walking . Reception is closed at 1 pm but they send you a code to enter to your room , any questions Flavia was available all the time in WA . Hotel is on the first floor. Even the check in is at 4 pm we were there before 12 PM and they were able to give us our room by noon which was perfect . Breakfast is good , simple but just what you need to start your day , toast bread , croissant , jam , butter , cheese , yougurt , juice and coffee. It was a great stay. THANK YOU for everything ! :)
- Ankesh (10/5): M2M Milano Review - The place was close to Milano Centrale & that made committing very easy. More importantly, the place itself was super clean, breakfast was great and delivered to my door. Flavia at the reception was excellent. She was available via WhatsApp 24X7 and gave me recommendations of things to see, places to eat and shop. I should give her an 11/10 honestly. The only thing that did not go as well was the AC. The technician was called immediately when I reported am issue with it but guess he was not able to fix it.
- John (8/5): - A good place to stay, and close to the railway station. Central location and easy to walk to most attractions
- Colby (6/5): - Bit of a dark dingey apartment but once in the B&B it’s nice enough.
We turned up to a room with some mouldy meat left in the fridge from the previous occupants but this was quickly removed and they did apologise for it. The bathroom has a cracked window (room F) and the view wasn’t nice at all. Other than that the room was very clean and they cleaned it each day and replaced the towels if we wanted.
The room had breakfast included which was very good, especially the warm Crossaint.
The area was good, under 5 min walk from a metro stop taking you to the duomo and under 10 min walk to central station which has connections everywhere (including MXP trains).
They also allowed us to check in at 2pm rather than 4pm which was really good!
Overall a decent stay and would probably book again.
- Daniel (10/5): - We stayed at Made 2 Measure as part of a 3 day break in Milan and the location was only a short walk from Milan Central Station & The Metro so was perfect for getting around Milan.
The hotel was perfect for what we needed and the bed was very comfortable.
Cleanliness was alright, we did have to clean the toilet on arrival as it wasn't done properly prior to our arrival but that was the only negative for me.
Breakfast to our room every morning was a nice touch with a good Continental Breakfast provided.
If you're looking for somewhere that it is a good location to getting around Milan easily then I would highly recommend this location.
We hope to return to Milan one day and will most certainly return here.
- Victor (10/5): - Nice place to stay, a little far from central places but if you like to walk or take scooters around a city this hotel it’s a nice option, It feels modern and next to it there is one of the best restaurants I have ever try! The only thing that stuck in my experience was a one of the lights wasn’t working properly and was flicking during the night, over all really nice staff and place to stay by!
- Ryan (8/5): - Cleaner using our toilet, unpleasant smell
- Kata (10/5): - I stayed two nights in this hotel. It's about 8 minutes walk from Milan Central Railway Station and it's easy to find. Only when I got close I had to check a bit more as the name of the hotel is only on the wall on a board so easy to miss.
I received detailed instructions from Flavia a few days before my arrival so I had the code which is needed to access the property, the floor and the room.
The hotel is located within a residential building on the first floor. Yes, the lift is small and old style but since it's only one floor up, it's manageable even on the stairs.
I arrived too early for the check in time but late to catch Flavia to ask her to store my luggage. I called her and she said the housekeeper was there. I really appreciated that my room was ready a couple of hours before the check in time and I was allowed to use it.
I was asked what time I wanted breakfast and because I had to leave early for a day trip the next day, I got the breakfast - a lot of nice stuff on a big tray - on the afternoon of my arrival.
The check in and out was easy and smooth. Both Flavia and the other lady were very polite and helpful.
I loved the room, clean and light. It was a bit noisy in the evening but these things don't bother me, I even enjoy I can hear some life outside the window.
So great stay, glad I picked this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone if they want a cosy and nice hotel close to Milan Central Station.
- Hazem (10/5): - Flavia from the reception was very helpful, keen to communicate and arrange everything even before our arrival. Very friendly staff, nice location close to central station.
- Susan (10/5): Great Option for Short Stay!! - It was a short stay in Milan and met our needs. We were within close proximity to the train station and dining options.
- Shay (6/5): - The room was warm to mach
You can't change the temperature
Anyone go in the rooms you know, a little bit noisy
- Martin (8/5): - This place is a bed and breakfast in an older commercial building. Close to Milan train station and could be hard to find. Received prearrival message with a map which was helpful. Light breakfast was good, delivered yet to your room. Bedroom a good size, shower too small. Ok for a short stay. Elevator very small, could be a problem if you have more than one piece.
- Joe (10/5): - Located near Milano Centrale Train Station, M2M is a quiet and safe haven from the hustle and bustle of Milan.
- Joyce (8/5): - Decent size room, compact but efficient bathroom, all clean and tidy. The property had everything thing I needed for a comfortable stay (comfy bed, climate control, TV, minibar, coffee maker, good soap/shampoo, etc). The location was very convenient to the central station making it easy to get to the airport. And a tasty continental breakfast brought to my door! The only 2 minor issues were the steps leading up to the small elevator (difficult to navigate a large suitcase but manageable) and a very perfumy smell in the room (I'm sensitive to scents).
- Joe (10/5): - Enjoyed the close proximity to the train station
- James (10/5): - So convenient- near Centrale, and plenty of restaurants nearby if you don’t want to travel far. Rooms are clean and Flavia is a great host. Only complaint is that the area is a little noisy with truck traffic.
- andrew (4/5): - The smell from the washroom is terrible , it makes me headache everyday, and it is not fixable because it comes from the whole building . Staff is good and warm , nearby area is perfect , a lot of good dinning places surround , very convenient to take metro and train . If they can fix the toilet smell problem , it will be a perfect place to stay
- Eduardo (10/5): - Great room, for just spending the night and touring Milan, couldn’t ask for more, very close to train station and lots of good restaurants near by to grab a bite.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Just what we were looking for - We enjoyed our stay. Great location near the Centrale station. Like another reviewer, we did not receive the Welcome email. Fortunately, I saw the review and I was able to contact them the day before our arrival. It was not easy, Expedia makes it hard to communicate with M2M directly.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Spacious , clean, large bathroom with modern amenities. Quite a bit of street noise made it hard to sleep
- Jenna (10/5): - The property manager was great at communicating how to enter the B&B prior to arrival. There are codes to enter the facility and the rooms, which makes it very convenient- no key cards to forget. The room itself was modern and had everything you needed. The complementary breakfast was phenomenal! They served fresh croissants and fresh squeezed orange juice (the juice was the best I’ve ever had!) The location is a bit removed from the hectic part of the city where the Duomo and shopping district are. The street is quiet and has businesses catering to local people. The hotel is located less than a 5 minute walk to the Metro, and the Duomo is only 3 stops away with no changes. I was so impressed with Milan’s underground train system. It was easy to use (just tap in the turnstile with ApplePay or similar), clean, and fast. I would definitely recommend this small, charming hotel to use as your home base when visiting Milan!
- Elvin (2/5): becareful - im totally disappointed with Hotels.com and M2M. they sent me a message that a code to open the main door was forwarded to me but i never receive it. i emailed both of them ahead of my arrival that i did not get the code but no one even responded. In the hotel message, they provided a number to call “at any time” (and this number is also posted at the front gate) but no one is answering. Luckily i asked one of the residents to let me in and when i got to floor 1, there was another M2M mobile number posted on the reception door. it took me several times to call both numbers until the second number responded. it was not even 6pm and i thought i have to book another hotel which will be more expensive and my phone was almost lowbat. Note this hotel reception closes at 1:30pm so becareful in booking a room
- jadelle (10/5): - Loved the room!!! Hotel is on one floor of a building, which is pretty unique. It was quiet but not uncomfortable. Room was spacious and staff were friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here!
- Tim (10/5): Clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff - Great, comfortable, easy location to walk to the sights of Milan. Staff is friendly. Very clean. Was pleasantly surprised. For the price, an absolutely perfect hotel room.
- Terry (10/5): - The service we received was excellent!
I highly recommend M2M Made to Measure in Milano.
The elevator was small, that barely fit two people plus luggage.
- Marc (10/5): Great room near Milan Centrale - This was a great room just minutes from the Milan Centrale train station. Very clean and modern. Great price and great location. No complaints.
- Neil (10/5): Excellent , in every way z - Stayed here 3 nights , good location with nice walks to sight seeing and shops .. lots of restaurants with 5 minutes walk , really good food . Also only 5 minute walk from train station . Service was really fantastic .. would recommend and will stay upon return 👍
- Paul (10/5): - Really easy to locate from milano centrale station. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by.
Very helpful staff when on site.
Breakfast was a little box of treats containing a fresh juice, croissant, cheese, Nutella, jams fruits and some bread which was more than adequate for a start to the day.
If I returned to Milano I would come back.
- Laura (10/5): - Location, amenities, price
- Alesia (10/5): - Close to the central station so very convenient. The room was nice and clean.
- Oscar (10/5): - Great location. Great price. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Hotel is located inside an older building, but very safe and spacious. Continental breakfast was very good and satisfying. I would stay here again. Five stars!!!!
- Stephen (10/5): Fab place to stay in Milan - Really great small hotel close to the Central station. We arrived late and needed to leave early the next day and couldn’t have been more pleased with our choice of hotel. Access following the email instruction was simple and the room featured everything we could need. Comfy bed and excellent shower, the breakfast was an added bonus. Will definitely choose to stay here next time we are in Milan.
- Crystal (8/5): Nice little hotel - The front staff was absolutely amazing and were so helpful with us checking in early. They were also very prompt with the delivery of the breakfast. The hotel is also a very short walk to Milano Centrale.
The only downsides were that the walls seemed relatively thin. I could hear my neighbors talking both nights. As well, we were on the street side and were listening to the people having a good time outside the restaurant/club across the street till late in the morning. At least they were having a good time. I also thought the restroom was a little cramped. Not many places to place products on or around the vanity. The shower didn't have anywhere to put items except the floor. As well, the hooks to hang your towels are very short and my towels kept falling off.
- Krzysztof (10/5): Perfect location and friendly staff - Perfect spot for a business trip. Convenient location just a few steps away from Buenos Aires zone, Porta Venezia metro station and - most important - from the Central Station where all airport shuttle buses arrive. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast is served in your room. Unexpected benefit: warm water in your shower flows almost immediately after you turn the tap. Not a very common feature in older buildings in this neighbourhood. The staff is very friendly and willing to help should any trouble occur.
- Karen (8/5): Great apartment - I wanted to write an amazing review because the apartment is great. The rooms are lovely, and everything is as you’d need. It’s super clean and bright and airy. It’s like a serviced apartment. The downside is that my room was facing onto a bar on the next street which had a DJ and loud music until 2am on the Sunday morning. So if you like going out and staying out all night this is great for you. I couldn’t fault the actual apartment.
- Jenny (8/5): - Great for non-fussy travellers
- Dominic (8/5): - Comfortable, modern B&B style place in a residential building close to the central train station. We enjoyed the area a lot - not touristy despite its proximity to the station, lots of good restaurants and cafes, walkable to the main attractions of Milan. We stumbled across a small, fabulous restaurant which was otherwise full of locals and lucked into a table without a reservation.
The manager of this hotel, Flavia, was really nice and helpful. We weren't sure what to expect with the self check-in options and codes and such, but it was all fine, and if you arrive during relatively normal hours someone will be there to greet you and help out with anything. Breakfast is the standard Italian B&B type if you've had it before - nothing special but fine.
Something was going on with hotel rates in Milan the weekend we stayed, and prices were kind of crazy - certainly more than this pleasant but not 5 star hotel should cost. I randomly looked at some other weekends in the fall on Expedia, and the price was about half what we paid. Hope that's more typical! Anyway we'd love to spend more time in Milan again and would certainly stay here again.
- Monique (10/5): - Room was excellent. Shower was black and moldy in certain areas. One night they forgot to leave a roll of toilet paper. Never anybody at front desk. Should have an ice machine. We were two, only had one glass. Last morning we had only one container cup of milk for both of us, co trainer held only one tablespoon of milk.
- SUNG GEOL (10/5): - Easy to self check in after hours. Clean room and bathroom. Wonderful breakfast. Friendly staff. Only short walk distance from Milan Station. Definitely coming back if I travel Milan again.
- Rudy (10/5): Great stay at M2M - Great Hotel and location. Our check in was handled by Flavia and she was fantastic. Friendly and had tons of tips. Very secure building. Lots of great restaurants and shops all within walking distance. 6 min. Walk from train station which was nice also.
- Jessica (10/5): Superb- friendly, clean and comfortable. - The room was very clean and comfortable, and check in was easy. The manager was friendly and accommodating. It is a very convenient location next to the train station, so even with luggage we didn’t need a taxi. The breakfast was generous. It was perfect for our short visit.
- Traci (10/5): - Great location close to the trains and good coffee shops and pizzerias. The staff were very communicative and thorough with check-in and any questions I had. Appreciated the breakfast in bed was neatly packaged and great options - croissant, yogurt and juice. Some of the cleaning could use a little work (I.e, markings in bath tub) and furniture could be replaced - headboard was a little scuffed, but overall good quality.
- Anne (10/5): - Good value for the stay. The staff was very friendly - the housekeeping staff person was excellent - spoke English and was very accommodating. Breakfast was basic but tasty. Close to the Central train station with many access points nearby.
- Mark (10/5): - Conveniently located and reasonably priced. Staff was very friendly.
- Helen (10/5): - Convenient location close to Milano Central railway station.
- Stephen (10/5): Different - Very impersonal, in that the only person we encountered was the deliverer-of-breakfast, but it was still a very pleasant place to stay.
Room: comfortable, well-equipped, beautifully-maintained. Entry by code number sent by email - 3 doors to negotiate, so safe and secure. But not the sort of room that made the holiday on its own.
Location: perfect for the Centrale Station and thus mainline and Metro services.
Very quiet in the room.
Surroundings: some great restaurants only a few steps from the front door.
In brief, unlike most hotels we've used and probably best-suited to short-term stays, but we were more than happy.
- David (10/5): Milan trip - It was a little difficult to find but once inside it was great. Very close to the central station and metro, with lots of bars and restaurants on your door step. The host was great and couldn't do enough to make your stay great. Even breakfast in bed. Would stay again
- Claudiu (10/5): Perfect! - Everything was perfect. The room was exactly as it was described . The fact that it was so close to centrum and had air conditioning made me love this place .
- MICHAEL (6/5): - Rooms are nice, and staff we randomly encountered were pleasant. But the over-the-top Covid measures are excessive in my opinion. Big emphasis on lack of human contact. No personal reception, very limited breakfast brought only to room. If you are Covid-fearful, this is your place. If you want a more traditional bed-and-breakfast experience, better options are available.
- Simon (10/5): Clean, convenient and friendly. - I spent 5 nights at the M2M Milano in November, when in the city for a business. The location was great; a short walk from the main train station & metro lines, and close to a number of excellent restaurants. The hotel itself was in an unassuming building (you'd never know it was a hotel from the outside), and whilst amenities were basic (no bar, lobby etc.) the room was modern, comfortable and clean, and a decent daily breakfast was provided. Flavia at the front desk was helpful and friendly, and overall I had a great stay. If there was one negative, the internet was not reliable enough for video-conferences, so I had to tether to my phone for these. I'd stay here again when visiting Milano.
- Megan (10/5): Great find near Milan's biggest transit hub - Located just a block from Milan's central train station, this is perfect travelers using public transit. The room was simple but spacious and clean. Breakfast was surprisingly good: warm croissants, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and biscuits delivered to the room each morning (there is also an espresso machine available with Nespresso pods but I would recommend one of the nearby cafes for all but an emergency caffeine dosage). Flavia went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I will gladly book again when I return to Milan.
- MK (10/5): - One of the nicest places I have stayed at. Flavia was a wonderful host who helped us so much from arranging alternative dates when our flights were cancelled to sending us our breakfast at various times depending on our plans for that particular day. She made us feel so welcome. The hotel is in a great central location that has access to metro and train stations, as well as many shops and restaurants. The rooms are extremely comfortable, clean and spacious. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay again.
- Thomas (10/5): Wonderful in all Ways - Very comfortable, excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. I stay here whenever I visit Milan .
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Nice property, great staff and a 30-minute walk to downtown Milan. I had a great stay for a good price.
- elemazz (10/5): - Great experience - the room was very clean and newly renovated, staff was exceptional, and the included breakfast was great.
- Pierre (10/5): - Good welcoming, available and nice personnel , conveniently located near train station, multiple restaurants very near.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This is a hidden gem for travelers wanting proximity to the train station. Clean, spacious, modern, and private. If you don’t need 24 hour access to staff, this property is perfect.
- Claudia (4/5): Needs some TLC - We really enjoyed our time in Milan, however this hotel was not what I was expecting, especially with all the amazing reviews!
There were areas in the room that looked like they needed a good clean, especially in the bathroom. The toilet also had a temperamental flush, so you had to watch out otherwise it would keep running.
The hairdryer didn’t have a back, which I’m pretty sure is dangerous.
The double bed was actually 2 singles pushed together, which was ok but not ideal.
The toiletries weren’t refreshed every day, which was ok as we had some of our own to use, however when there is empty bottles I would expect them to be replaced.
They also didn’t sweep the floors as part of maintenance, so my feet were filthy by the end of day 3.
Good spot however and with a spruce I’m sure this would be an idea spot, however it didn’t hit the mark for me.
- Marc (10/5): - Good location near the Milan train station. It is also near the pickup locations for several rental car companies. There is no sign outside except on the door buzzer. Once inside there is an elevator which will take you up to the first floor for check-in. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. We received good recommendations for dinner nearby. Breakfast was standard but sufficient.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Really nice place with friendly staff. Would recommend it, and definitely use it again
- Cris (10/5): Fabulous location, great staff, lovely room. - Room was a good size, clean and well appointed with kettle, fridge and TV.
Location is great, only five minutes walk from Milano Centrale Station and the Metro. Surrounded by bars, restaurants and Cafes so even if you don't want to venture into the city centre, there's plenty of choice. Even with all of this around you, the room is quiet and great for a good nights sleep.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a nice, if not unusual way to start the day and is hand delivered to your room, nice touch I think.
All together a great property to stay over when visiting Milan. Won't hesitate to stay again on my next visit.
- Alona (8/5): - Great location, 5min walk to central train station, a lot of restaurants around. Breakfast is not good, I would call it Continental: cookies, juice, piece of soft cheese, yogurt and two small pieces of dry crispy bread. Breakfast is brought to your room by the time you requested and tea/coffee is in the room, make it yourself. Room is clean and modern, but shower is so small that I am average size woman barely was able to turn there. If you're a person180lb , forget about it. No laundry service, but iron and board are available for free by request. It's not like normal hotel, more like B&B. Might stay there again due to location and price.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - 5 minutes walk from Milan Terminal, different kinds of restaurant near the hotel. Breakfast served in the room is fantastic.
- Lewis (10/5): - Still good value, great location, nice staff, new, clean rooms.
- Justin (4/5): Disappointing - Convenient location close to the station, restaurants, metro, car rental. Good size room and bathroom. Windows do a good job of excluding outside noises coming into the room. Staff are friendly, especially Rosella.
Unfortunately, our stay wasn't comfortable due to the AC not functioning correctly. We were told it had been cleaned and that it was functioning as normal but it didn't seem that clean and wasn't very good at keeping the room cool. It was a shame as we liked most things about M2M.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great Place! - This was a great hotel! Conveniently located close to the train station and metro, it was easily accessible. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast every morning was a great feature! The room was very comfortable and modern. I would definitely stay here again!
- Karl (10/5): - Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Really nice in-room breakfast. Fresh orange juice was delicious.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - A great short stay, will come again
- Kayla (8/5): - We flew into Milan and only stayed 1 night. It was a nice room. The room was a little warm when we arrived but the air conditioning kicked it and worked ok.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Simple, no frills but quite nice and modern; nice little breakfast delivered to your room; easy walk to Milano Centrale, shopping, and lots of other local destinations like the Duomo. The sign on the building is small so you might miss it the first time you pass.
- Alison (8/5): Good stay! Wonderful breakfast! - The place served a wonderful and very filling breakfast with freshly made juice first thing in the morning. The staff were wonderful and very polite as we arrived late in Milan, but found the reception still waiting for us at 9pm when we got to the place. The neighbourhood has a number of restaurants around and was about an 8 minute walk to the train station.
- Lap (10/5): - The reception staff were very friendly. We arrived early and they offered to hold our suitcases for us. When we arrived they actually had prepared our room so we could check in! The hotel is only 10 minutes walk from the Milan Central station.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Staff is very nice and the overall condition of the hotel is quite good.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The check in was interesting but in the end great. The location was perfect, by the train station. The room was great, shower head needed some updating. Breakfast was awesome and everyone that worked there was wonderful.
- Verified traveler (6/5): I don’t really like this hotel. - The room is nice and big, but the location is a bit disappointing. Though it is close to the station, it locates on the second floor of a old building. It doesn’t have a proper lobby and the reception is 24hr.
- laura (10/5): Best in Milan - This was one of my favorite stays in my entire trip. The hotel is inside a residential/business building so it's a bit tricky to find. But difficult, you just have to read. The check-in is only until 9pm but if you know you will arrive later, they will provide instructions ahead of time. They were in constant communication with me before my arrival. The room was big and comfortable and clean. So was the bathroom. The location was perfect! I wanted to be close to the train station as I was going to be traveling a bit. It was a 10 minute walk to the station. There are also metro station around the hotel which makes it convenient if you want to access the city center. My favorite part of my stay was the breakfast. Brought to your room everyday at the time you request. So delicious and fresh! This hotel was my favorite thing about Milan!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - These independant rooms are in a residential block with no permanent staff on duty. Access can only be gained in the morning and after 4.30p.m. when you are given electronic keys to access your room and the main building door. It is only about 13 minutes easy walk from the main station. Is next to several restaurants and round the corner from a super cafe with delicious cakes.
The rooms were a delight, clean and fresh, as was the bathroom. A continental breakfast was brought to the rooms at a time requested between 7 and 10am.
The staff members I met spoke perfect English, were pleasant and proficient.
I have been to 5 star hotels which were not as good as this accommodation. It was such a surprise and would recommend it without reservation.
