Office staff headed by Mr. Talib were more than helpful and so was the housekeeping. The location could not be better. Actually nothing was there to unlike, as all , facility and staff were exceptional. i prefer this facility to many others that I had tried in Beirut.

Mariam (9/5): Great stay, recommended - Almost everything was on point. It's getting a bit rare to see such hospitality in Lebanon. We were warmly welcomed and greeted. The receptionist, Jad, was exceptional. He upgraded us to a 2 bedroom apartment, took us to our room and guided us around the property. The apartment has everything you'll need during your stay and kitchen was fully equipped (dishwasher,washing machine, utensils, stove...). We stayed for 2 nights only and on the first morning housekeeping came and even the head of housekeeping came during our next day to ask if we needed anything (towels, water, tissues...). Just make sure to bring your own toiletries, only shampoo and soap is provided. Parking available for free. There's a supermarket under the building. Great location, even though it's minutes away from hamra, you don't feel the hustle and bustle of it. Highly recommended. The floor needed some cleaning when we arrived, it was a bit dusty.

Brilliant stay. - Everything specially the staff, I spoke to Ali a day before I arrived to Beirut and they provided everything they promised. This was no doubt the most amazing stay cation I have so far experienced. The facility has an excellent 24/7 supermarket and brilliant restaurants around them with just a tiny walking distance. Nothing.

Marwan (8/5): A home away from home. - The location is ideal in the heart of Beirut. The building is luxurious with security 24/7 and an underground parking. There is a mini market below to get water and other daily supplies. The apartments are fully equipped with all amenities. Highly recommended. some parts of the apartment need maintenance (cupboards and the like)

The staff was very kind and helpful with anything we needed. The Wifi only worked on one side of the apartment, which was a bit inconvenient. We were also unaware that there would be no soaps or toilet paper provided during our stay since it is a long-term facility. It would be nice for this to be noted in the description of the facility so that when you arrive you can be prepared and possibly bring some of the items with you. Also, there is only a picture of one type of apartment on the listing. We were content in our space, but we thought we'd be getting an eating area. Our apartment didn't have any area for eating and was completely different than the photo provided. I would suggest adding some details to the listing. None of these were deal breakers, it was the perfect place for us, but more details ahead of time would have been ideal.

Ahmed (10/5): Will always be my favorite stay in Beirut - clean, spacious, super friendly staff, perfect location near downtown and the airport, all amenities needed were available, free private parking, free and fast internet, they upgraded my apartment from a one-bedroom apt to a two-bedrooms apt with a view without even asking for it, i asked for late check out and they gave me until 6 pm which was even more than i needed, check in and check out were very smooth and easy, I’ll definitely come back to Kantari Suites. Special thanks to Jad, Ali, and Khaled, keep up the good work guys You have to pay in cash, unfortunately you can’t use a credit card to pay for your stay and i think it’s because of the circumstances the country is going through
