Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. There wasn’t anything I really didn’t like. Only thing was the bathroom tub could have been cleaned better it was a little dirty in the corners. Also better lighting or more and brighter lights in the parking lot.

Angela (8/5): Slightly above average hotel at reasonable rate - Property was in a good location, felt safe, easy to access. I liked having a full refrigerator and convection oven. My room smelled of smoke, I was offered a room change but declined. My last night there were several men staying in rooms surrounding mine for work had gathered in one room to have a get together and it was rather loud until about 10pm. I did not report this, not the hotels fault, but probably not the ideal placement for a single female traveler. The “full breakfast” leaves a lot to be desired.
Discover44981422863 (6/5): Last place hotel at minimum - I’ve recently stayed at this hotel for about a week and had mixed experiences. While the property itself is relatively new, the overall service left much to be desired. Throughout my stay, I encountered minimal staff interaction, with only the front desk personnel visible. It was surprising not to see any managers. The housekeeping staff until the final days of my visit, which made the experience feel somewhat impersonal. The housekeeping staff, while presumably competent, did not present a professional appearance, often wearing mismatched sweats instead of uniforms. The head housekeeper’s demeanor was less than welcoming, and I observed instances where garbage and dirty towels were left unattended in the hallways. The suite itself had some design flaws. The curtain divider between spaces was ineffective, offering little privacy, and the bathroom door did not latch properly, which could be uncomfortable for guests sharing the room. On a positive note, the cleanliness of the room was commendable. Parking was convenient and not overly crowded, which was a plus. The breakfast offerings were decent, consistently stocked, but lacked variety. The hotel seems to prioritize cost-cutting in certain areas, which was noticeable. The gym facilities were a highlight of my stay, providing a good workout experience. However, the pool, advertised at 82 degrees, felt cooler, more in the 70s. Overall, while my stay was acceptable, there are several areas for improvement. I would consider returning if needed, but I hope for better service and amenities in the future.

The coffee was watered down and flavorless and the juice dispenser was empty. I understand sometimes hands are tied when a product runs out. There was no sense of urgency from the one lady working to fill any of the items.

Haire (10/5): It's our Yearly Tradition! - Every year, we have a tradition right before Christmas to book a room at Home2 Suites in Evansville, In. , eat at The Bonefish Grill, and try to finish up on Shopping. We choose Home2 Suites because of the exceptional service, cleanliness of rooms and facilities, the seasonal decor., and always great location. The rooms are roomy and well equipped for short or extended stays. The beds are comfortable. There's just not anything to dislike! We hope to always continue our tradition @ Home2 Suites! AND anytime we are heading out of town, if We're not camping, we are looking for a Home2 Suites! Highly recommend! Marlene (5/5): Very nice. - Location , laundry and indoor. The bed wasn’t comfortable and the sheets and blankets were not comfortable. I had to ask for towels one day because housekeeping didn’t take the dirty ones as stated that would be done. But the night deck staff was very responsive and brought them to us and took the dirty towels very quickly.

Dan (10/5): - This is my favorite hotel in Evansville Indiana. The property is fairly new and has a great pool, workout area and laundry. The entire staff is friendly and quick to help solve any issues. Even though they have the best free breakfast of any hotel in the area, it would sure be nice if they had a little more variety from day to day.

F8326REamandas (4/5): Smelly - I will say everyone was extremely friendly. There were plenty of towels & necessities. The room I chose on my app wasn’t the one I got on my key card in the app. Then it wouldn’t work on the side door we parked next to. Yeah, I don’t walk around in the front of the building with all of our stuff. The room smelled. We brought our dinner with us so it wasn’t as noticeable until after we came back from swimming. It was too much effort to ask to be switched with a 3 year old and handicap husband. All of our items smell so bad now that we are home. It smelled of dirty feet or cat urine. If you walk without shoes, your feet will be black. It was almost like the carpet was wet. It was strange. The pool smelled like chlorine. It was murky looking and freezing cold. We made the most of our time here but we will choose another option next time.
