The reception staff, buggy boys (Aron,Harry and others, unfortunately forgot their names), room cleaners, waiters in restaurants, managers - everybody was highly professional, careful, doing their work very well! We got early check-in and later check-out. I want to say about the cooks - well-done! Food is tasty, fresh and exquisite. Beach House Restaurant is so good, with beautiful views to the sea, especially 2nd floor. The territory of the hotel is beautiful: many wonderful flowers and plants, very clean and cosy. The villa is very convenient, comfortable and well-equipped. There are TVsets with Netflix and YouTube and other apps in every room. The pool is clean, with chairs and tables. The cleaning is good. Perfect villa! The beach is beautiful, but sometimes needs some cleaning when the storm brings some rubbish. The hotel pool is not so big but comfortable, many sun lounges, fresh towels and drinks. SPA is available till late night. In front of the hotel there is a mini-market selling fresh fruit, drinks and local products. Location is perfect: easy to reach Ba Na Hills, Hoi An. Taxi app Grab is not expensive and fast coming. Hotel is good for relaxing vacation. We liked the hotel very much, we would love to get back again!
• lynndK8024VT (10/5): Amazing customer service from everyone especially Kevin Tran when we were in need of some medical emergency. - Check in was smooth and everyone made sure we were taken care off, from reception, bell service, to golf cart taking us around during the rain. Spa treatments for our family of six were excellent. The masseuses were exceptional and the spa clean and relaxing. I wished my spa experience at The Pasea in Huntington was like this, it was not even close to it. Highly recommend getting treatments here in you can. Breakfast buffet was excellent and Luc and his staff were amazing. What set our experience here apart from many other places/countries we visited was Kevin Tran. We had a medical emergency due to food allergies at one of the local restaurants. We were anxious to seek medical attention for our 20’s yr old daughter. Kevin got us a car at 2 am and sent us to the Đà Nang international hospital where we were given immediate support. He checked in on us regularly until we were back safely at the hotel next morning well pass his shift. This is really a Ritz Carlton level customer service. I’m now a loyal Marriott fan.
• VyN701 (10/5): Warm hospitality and attentive staff - We just finished a five-night stay at the Danang Marriott Resort & Spa, Non Nuoc Beach Villas, and overall it was a truly wonderful experience—largely because of the people. Before we even arrived, the loyalty manager, Mr. Kevin Tran, reached out personally to welcome us and ask if we needed anything. That alone already set the tone. He kindly upgraded our villa to a fantastic location with a lot of privacy, which we really appreciated. When we arrived at the lobby, he came out to introduce himself, made sure we were settled, and personally took us to our villa to check us in. From basics like making sure we had enough water and ice, to sharing thoughtful recommendations on where to eat in Da Nang (including some great non-touristy local spots), he went above and beyond. It felt genuine and not scripted. The villa itself was beautiful—spacious, private, and very comfortable. We spent a lot of our daytime relaxing in the pool villa, which was perfect for slowing down and enjoying the stay. Room service was excellent; the food was consistently tasty and well prepared. Breakfast each morning was something we genuinely looked forward to. The food was delicious, and I really appreciated the variety, especially the different types of pho offered each day. The breakfast staff were incredibly attentive and somehow remembered us every morning. Ms. Duong Xuan, the F&B Supervisor, and Mr. Vinh Nguyen, the F&B Manager, both checked in with us regularly to see how we were doing and made sure we had everything we needed. Their attentiveness made a big difference. The spa deserves special mention. The staff were so good that we ended up getting a 90-minute massage every day—something we’ve never done anywhere else. Vy, Phuong, and Nhan were excellent. They clearly read our intake forms beforehand, paid attention to where to focus, where to avoid, and adjusted pressure exactly as requested. Honestly, some of the best massages we’ve ever had. The gym was also a nice surprise—new equipment and spacious enough to get in a solid workout (necessary after all the good food). Buggy service around the resort was quick and prompt, and housekeeping was excellent. The facilities were always clean, and our room was refreshed daily without us ever having to ask. If I had one piece of feedback—and maybe my only regret—it would be the Saturday night dinner buffet. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t a good experience. The food didn’t taste very good, and the wine package was disappointing, with only very cheap, low-quality wine and no real options. I would honestly recommend skipping the Dive Into Delight buffet altogether. That said, this one experience didn’t take away from an otherwise excellent stay. The staff across the resort made us feel genuinely cared for, not just accommodated. Because of them, we would absolutely return and recommend this property to others looking for a relaxing, well-run resort in Da Nang.

The service quality here has always been consistently excellent, making every stay feel truly relaxing. The swimming pool remains one of my favorite spots. It’s spacious, beautifully designed, and always well-maintained. A morning swim or an afternoon lounging by the pool easily washes away all the stress. The restaurant continues to impress. The food is delicious, fresh, and nicely presented, with a breakfast buffet that is both diverse and consistently replenished. Every meal feels satisfying. What I appreciate most is the professional and genuinely friendly staff. Tran – the waitress at Man Ho restaurant, always prepares my welcome drink every morning upon request. She remembers exactly what I like and serves it with such warmth and attentiveness. It’s a small gesture, but it truly elevates the experience. Harry – the bellman, is also incredibly helpful. Every time I check in or need assistance with luggage, he arrives quickly, handles everything with care, and even takes the time to point out useful facilities around the resort. Very friendly and professional. The spa remains as wonderful as ever. The calming atmosphere, relaxing essential oils, and skilled therapists make every session feel like a complete reset for both body and mind. Overall, after three visits, this villa resort is still my top choice. The beautiful pool, excellent restaurant, rejuvenating spa, and especially the thoughtful service from all staffs make me want to come back again and again.

Breakfast served by Tran was truly impressive she was friendly, attentive, and made the morning feel comfortable and easy. Thanks to her, my day started off perfectly. The villa room was clean and spacious, and the private pool was quiet and ideal for relaxing. The kid club was also a great highlight clean, well-organized, and full of fun activities for children. • 548janinen (10/5): Marriott Non Nước Beach Villa Resort, Danang, Vietnam - Our family had an exceptional experience at the Marriott Non Nước Beach Resort in Danang, Vietnam. Upon our arrival, the resort prepared a thoughtful birthday note and sweets for my daughter’s birthday. Our oceanfront villa was spacious and well-appointed. The staff, particularly the front desk and tram crew, were very friendly and efficient. The restaurant’s chef deserves a special commendation as well. He went above and beyond to obtain my mother’s favorite fruit and served her the most delectable dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return to the resort during our next visit.
• 23Trish2017 (10/5): Great place to stay even in typhoon weather - We booked this hotel as a multi-generational stay in part because the villas would allow us all to have our own rooms/space while also being able to spend time together and we achieved just that. Every employee at this hotel could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Unfortunately, we were there while a typhoon was hitting the area so we weren't able to explore the resort and area as much as we would have hoped, but the staff and villas made things so much better because we had so much comfort and space. The showers had wonderful water pressure and the beds were amazing. We were able to use the private pool a bit despite the weather which was a unique and fun experience. As the hotel is very spread out, they have golf carts to come pick you up or bring you back and to your villa, and every driver was prompt and helpful with bags or to hold an umbrella to shield you from the rain (shout out to Alex who had the best smile and was always so eager to help). Lastly, the breakfast was one of the best we have had in all of Asia. Everything was fresh, there was a huge variety of food options, and you could even get a famous coconut or salt coffee that the area is known for. We can't wait to come back at a better time of year so that we can explore and take full advantage of this beautiful resort!

Let's divide the review into four: 1. ROOMS: Astonishing rooms! I booked the 2-bedroom Villa with Garden View and I got upgraded to 3-bedroom Villa with a Private Pool and I was stunned. It is just unbelievable! Among the best Villa ever that I have stayed in. The living room is stunning with an incredible dining table which feels like can accommodate 10 people! 2. SERVICE: Brilliant service for such a big resort. Super quick in almost everything you'd ask for. 3. FOOD: Wonderful again. Sumptuous. You gotta try their Coconut Jelly at their beach club house. It is the GREATEST dessert I have ever had till date! Simply wow! Super incredible buffet breakfast spread too with a LOT of Indian options! 10 on 10 for food too. 4. LOCATION : Resorts have to be outside the city so was this one too. Quiet and peaceful. Supermarket just across the road. Decent location. All in all, among the greatest properties that I have stayed in till date. Stunning and recommended. We had an incredible time!

• MatthewB6010 (10/5): Wow - Wow what an amazing stay! As a family of four with a 10year old and 13 year old from NZ we were blown away by the hospitality and genuine kindness and friendliness of the team at the hotel. It began with a personalised check in experience with Kevin, who went over and above and even gave me his contact details and answered questions promptly throughout our stay. Special mention to Linh (Alex) and the drivers of all the carts who were so genuine and happy to help. Alex heard that we decided to stay at our villa for the day and dropped off inflatable pool toys for kids. This was far from an isolated event as we were surprised by the little things every day. The location is great , was at first hesitant to book as a little bit away from the main hustle and bustle of Danang and thought it may be a bit boring, though in the end we were glad to have a slice of tranquility to return to each day. This property has a kind of homeliness that is hard to replicate. Grab is easy and cheap and was always under 5 minutes away, with a 10-15 minute trip to town. Tennis is fun and well set up. Book through the spa and play under lights with great equipment and refreshments. Great main pool, pool house has a pool table and movies are played at night with popcorn. Good kids club though ours too old now. The food at the beach house is great and the upstairs restaurant is also very good. Despite all rooms at capacity we always felt there was space and it did not feel crowded. Beach was super clean and the water was warm with life guards on duty. Breakfast was some of the best we have seen anywhere and team in main restaurant were super attentive and welcoming. The cart service around the property is great and always just a quick call away. Villas are amazing - we stayed in a two bedroom two storey . Only thing I think that could be improved is to have some basic cutlery and equipment in the kitchen. A washing machine being available would also have been helpful and could potentially be something to look into in the future. Great air con, well appointed rooms and facilities. Pool was great and was magically clean or leaves early every morning. Over our 6 days at the property there we not once had a negative interaction with anyone, most of the team knew us by name after just a couple of days. Your people are at the centre of your resort and are truely what makes this a very special property to stay at. Overall sad to leave though we are glad we had the chance to stay with you.
• 201dorothya (10/5): The Best Place For A Quick Getaway - Took a 4-day trip with my friends to Da Nang (first time!) back in April, the whole experience was what we needed to escape the suffocating stress from work. We landed quite late that night so I did pre-arrange transportation to the hotel, and once we got off from the car all of us were in awe since we still couldn't believe we were brining ourselves to this resort! After a swift check-in done by two ladies (sorry I didn't catch their name), we were escorted to the room via a resort car, and that was where we met Aaron - the most passionate and cheerful staff during our stay! Knowing that it has been years since my friends and I have travelled together, he made sure that we were savouring every single minute from our trip, he helped us to take a lot of photos (mind you, we've only just checked-in), and of course gave us a tour to our villa. Aaron was definitely keeping it 100! We were upgraded to a three-bedroom suite and that was amazing! Though at last we did prefer to stay close together so we left one bedroom emptied haha. While it was really spacious, clean and we got our own pool, I think the property itself may need some refurbishments, but overall it was great. Shout out to the staff who came and helped us to fix the curtains! Our offer came with the breakfast buffet and we loved it! There were many choices to choose from, not only the food but the juices as well. There was one particular green smoothie that tasted really good, and I love that coffee table which offered different kinds of Vietnam coffee too. I think we were all recharged after staying in this villa, so thank you very much for taking care of us, I would definitely recommend this place to everyone :)

• 57rupakm (8/5): Nice villa with a great beach and friendly staff - Nice villa with a great beach and friendly staff. The private villa worked out as being quite cheap, compared to other vacations with lots of discounts. The villa had a lot of space and was comfortable. Every room was nice. The pools were decent and warm. The food was a hit and miss, but there was enough there that was good. Please note that the cooking facilities are disconnected and there was little cutlery. Maintenance and cleaning was sporadic. The gym facility was small but well-maintained. Not sure the Saturday dinner was worth it even though they make a big deal about it. It is just another dinner with a loud band. Driving pickup is expensive, so I would you use a Grab.
• 749mathiase (10/5): Dream Villa and Intimate Care and Especially great for Bonvoy Members. - If this is a multi generational trip, you will love the privacy the two story Premium Pool Villas offer. I highly recommend this property especially to Bonvoy Elite members if you are planning to use award upgrade certificates. No guarantee, but we were able to use ours and loved our upgrade to the two story villa. Which I would even chose again even over the one story beach villas if travelling with two families. A fantastic experience and amazing treat. The private pool is larger than most pool villas we have stayed and impeccably maintained. The villa itself was more than twice the size of our four bedroom city apartment back home. Note if you are planning to cook a lot while on vacation, this may not be the place for you as the stoves have been disabled. Which was not a problem for us, with many top rated restaurants in the close by Danang city and Garb delivery available from all of them at inexpensive prices. We paid usually less than $10 per adult for food. And now to the best part of our stay, the staff. We were welcome by Kevin, in charge of Bonvoy members. I was at first a bit surprised when he asked me to connect via WhatsApp but soon needed some assistance and was very thankful I had a “connection” at the hotel I could call on. But not just Kevin and VY at the front, it was a great experience to build relationships with the buggy drivers, Harry, Tony, and Gino, who even were able to joked around with my in-laws in Korean. And then there was the great breakfast buffet and the wonderful staff like Tam, who always took wonderful care of us with a great smile. We will certainly be back when travelling with family. Thanks everyone at the Marriott for making our stay exceptional.
• EvangelineL60 (10/5): 3BR villa with kids - We went on the trip with family and kids and stayed in a spacious 3-bedroom villa, which we loved. It’s especially convenient for elderly guests since one of the rooms is on the ground floor. The staff were all very friendly and offered excellent hospitality. They even helped us book a restaurant for dinner, and the buggy driver, Harry, was wonderful—he was so kind to the kids and even gave them a small token of appreciation. Overall, it was a great experience.
• WONG (10/5): 3泊しました！ - 3泊しました！ お部屋は広くてすごく綺麗。プライベートプール付きだったので、未就学の子どもと一緒でも安心して遊べて、本当にありがたかったです。部屋でゆっくり過ごす時間も楽しめました。 スタッフさんもみんな優しくて、対応が早い！ちょっとした質問にも丁寧に答えてくれて、現地のおすすめまで教えてくれました。サポートのおかげで、初めての滞在でも不安なく過ごせました。 食事は朝食を3回、夕食を1回利用。種類が多くて、インターナショナルなメニューも現地っぽい料理も揃っていて飽きませんでした。子どもも食べられるものが多くて助かりました。 ちょっと残念だったのは、宿泊客に韓国の方が多かったこと。ホテル側の問題じゃないけど、マナーを守らない人も少しいて気になりました。そのせいか食事も少し韓国風寄りで、もう少し現地らしさがあれば嬉しいかなと思いました。あと、キッズルームのプログラムが時間で固定されていて、もっと自由に選べたらいいのに…と感じました。 とはいえ、全体的に大満足！子連れ旅行には本当におすすめできるホテルです。次回またこの地域に来たら、ぜひ泊まりたいと思います。

• Dylanbui888 (10/5): Marriot da nang - The family and I along with my friends absolutely loved the service the team provided. It made the stay felt so quick and we wanted to stay even longer. I met a few of the workers Kim, Harry and Tony which made the stay memorable and also Tian who made the private dining such a wonderful intimate experience. Although I do apologies for the baby vomiting on Tian which he handled very well! When I do plan to travel to Vietnam again next year, I'll definitely come back to the Marriot again. I don't normally provide feedbacks but the service wanted me to share my experience at the Da Nang Marriot.

• rajanm781 (10/5): 5 stars (almost!) - The resort itself is fabulous with beautiful grounds and a gorgeous beach. The real stand out though are the staff who are a credit to the Marriott brand. A special mention to Denny, Hanh, Tony, Thuy and Kim who provided real 5 star treatment. The food was really good, the breakfast selection was excellent and lunch and dinner options were great. My wife also enjoyed the spa which provided a real touch of luxury. Having said that, if there was an option to give the Non Nuoc Villas a 4.5 rating then that would probably be more accurate. The only let down is the condition of the villas which require a bit of refurbishment. There were gaps in the flooring, some bad silicone finishing and worktops with water marks. There is also a kitchen area which has no use whatsoever with no cutlery or dishes provided. I would remove this area and open up the living space even more. It wouldn't require much, just a bit of effort to update and modernise and then these villas would be truly 5 star. I think more could also be made of the beautiful beach area with tables on the beach so guests could enjoy drinks while watching the sun set.

• georgias914 (10/5): - What an incredible time we have had at the Danang Marriott Resort and Spa, Non Nuoc Beach Villas. We stayed in a 3 bedroom 3.5 bathrooms with a pool overlooking the river. The kitchen and living room is a great size and you walk out to the pool, deck and landscaped gardens from the lounge. Your own pool and villa is surrounded by coconut trees, frangipani and hibiscus and overlooks the river. Tropical paradise!! The bedrooms all have adjoining bathrooms and the rooms are massive. We ate most nights in the restaurant which had a huge variety of cultural foods from Vietnam, Japan, China, Australia and Malaysia amongst many others. My son and daughter devoured the icecream bar and desserts every night. One night dinner was at the beach bar pool area- this was also fantastic with a lot of traditional Vietnamese delicacies to try. We were so well looked after during our stay with the wonderful service from the managers and staff. Special mention to Manager Huang, Luc, Phuong, Nguyen- (Win) Lee, Thuy, and all the staff for their amazing 5 star service, friendliness and kindness. We absolutely loved the Quan Spa and would highly recommend you see Kelly,- Manager- Loc. and her wonderful team there. As Marriott Bonvoy members we loved: The Oriental Hot & Cold Balance- 90 mins The Mango Radiance Ritual- 60 mins The Hydration facial- 60mins- greet before we boarded the plane. Our kids- 9 and 11 loved their 1/2 hour foot massage and had to have another one before we flew home. The staff at the restaurant- were so attentive and so kind and when my son got sick- they looked after him and my family so well. Dropping off food to the villa, regular check ins- such care and kindness. We purchased some beautiful silk dresses from the gift shop and also some great pool toys as well. My daughter enjoyed some activities at kids club including fish feeding and painting pottery. The beach is beautiful and we played footy and swam each afternoon. We also loved the main pool area with bar, pool table and Foozebal table. We can’t wait to come back. Thanks Danang Marriott- you are forever in our hearts!! ❤️🌴

• NamrataG124 (8/5): Great landscaping, beautiful villas and stunning beach - Beautiful beach views and great landscaping (You can follow me on @travelwithnj11 on Instagram for more recommendations) We went to Marriott Da Nang for our annual family vacation. The entrance and common areas lacked a sense of grandeur which you usually get when you enter a five star property. Also, the lobby had shops that felt really out of place in the property. But, once you take a cart to your room, the entire perception changes! The property is beautifully landscaped, and the villas are super nice and comfortable as well. The villas were spacious and well appointed. However, to get our rooms cleaned, we had to call housekeeping at least two times every day which was a bit disappointing and even when they came, they had to be directed. The property has a convenience store next to it, so we stocked up on chasers and snacks from here. The cart drivers were super friendly and nice and a lot of them even spoke a little bit of Hindi. i specially want to thank khun e - not sure if I got the name spelling right, but he took us around the property to give us a tour and even made a reel for us. The beach club also looked unkept and shabby, and the swimming pool was basic. But, their beach is beautiful. At breakfast, they had South Indian food which was awesome! And don’t miss out to order their Vietnamese cold coffee at breakfast. All in all, this property has a lot of potential- I sincerely hope they would revamp their common areas and retail experience. Would recommend the place for their spacious villas, good breakfast spread, beautiful beach view and wonderful landscaping!
• 864sungl (10/5): Best place to stay in Da Nang - We just stayed here for a week. It turned out to be one of our best vacations in a very long time. Everything was incredible. The villa, food, service was all amazing. We've been to all over Vietnam and this is by far the best place to stay. I highly recommend this place.
• FlyOneWorld (8/5): Contradictions - Delightful, Enjoyable but Backwards - Can you have 5 star relaxation? Sort of is the answer. This hotel does not hit the 5 star level. That said a stay here is enjoyable and the hotel has many positive attributes. When in the poorer parts of Asia, like Vietnam, one must expect things to be shoddy and a bit off. This hotel in no different. However, if one overlooks the shoddy the overall experience is pleasant. I break down the pros and the cons. Pros 1. Outstanding beach. Powdery sand, shallow sandy ocean and nice warm ocean water. 2. Friendly staff. A special shout out to Tony and Alan the buggy drivers. Staff by and large are very kind. 3. Large rooms as they are villas. 4. Location is far enough from town to be peaceful but close enough to be in range for dinners or a night in the city. 5. The oceanfront 3 bedroom villas are superb for the direct ocean access and a great view. 6. Sane F&B pricing. 7. Reasonably appointed rooms (less wear and tear). Bed was comfortable. 8. The Beach BBQ was a nice event and worth a visit 9. There is a market across the street. Cons 1. The physical condition of the rooms is shocking. They are both poorly cleaned and poorly maintained. I added some photos. Expect huge gaps between the floor boards, smeared caulking, smeared paint, broken everything, cracks, water stains and more. If this bothers you do not stay here. 2. No blackout curtains. Pack an eye mask if you want to sleep. 3. The resort is spread out so using the buggy service is required at times. That said it was efficient 90% of the time. 4. The internet is slow. 5. The bartenders are poorly trained. If you sit at the bar in the beach house and order a drink expect the bartender to attend to 10 other things before bothering to make your drink. That is insulting. Service is very slow. 6. Food safety issues are a problem. I watched a bartender use the mixing spoon to drop a sample of each mixed drink on his hand to taste it. The problem was he did not wash the mixing spoon and did this repeatedly placing the sample where he just licked his hand. That is not food safe. USE A NEW STRAW TO SAMPLE!!! 7. The AC in public areas is very poor. 8. The pool is on the small side. 9. They only provide 2 bottles of water per bedroom complimentary. This amenity costs very little. 10. No power points in bathrooms. Cannot use hairdryer. 11. The concierge gave us poor advice to eat at Moc Quan as one cannot get a table. They said they take no reservations when in fact the did. This made our first night very disjointed. Overall, I suggest staying in the 3 bedroom ocean villa. The location and direct access to the beach is awesome. Do not come here expecting discernment and Japanese precision. Things are off. This hotel was built as a VinPearl hotel not a Marriott which likely is a factor as well. If you focus on the beach and chilling out in your villa you will have a good stay. We visited the Navi Spa 1.5 km away and that was a superb discovery. Rang Indian restaurant was also worth a visit and is 10 minutes away.

I would really commend on the cleanliness of the beach and pool. The staff were amazing and were really helpful for any needs.

They always responded quickly to emails before our arrival, helping us to organise our stay in the best possible way. Check-in was smooth, quick but not hasty, and we received all the information we needed. Whenever we crossed paths with any of the staff, they always greeted us with big smiles and asked how our holiday was going. TIP 1: at check-in, a deposit is made on the credit card, which is released immediately after the bill is paid at check-out. So make sure your credit card has sufficient capacity. FOOD: Our rate included breakfast and dinner at the Man Ho restaurant. The food was simply delicious. The breakfast buffet offers an extensive selection of pastries, breads, jams, fruit, oriental and western hot and cold dishes (ready-made or freshly cooked), as well as juices and hot drinks served at the table. For those with a sweet tooth, there was even ice cream. The set dinner menu was always of the highest standard. Each night, we enjoyed a different starter, main course and dessert. It's hard to say which one we liked best! The waiters and waitresses were fantastic and attentive to all our preferences. After the first evening, we no longer needed to ask — everything was always prepared to our taste! TIP 2: Before leaving the breakfast buffet, you can ask for something to drink to take away. The iced cappuccino is delicious. ACCOMMODATIONS: The villas are enormous, beautifully furnished, cosy and functional. Each room has its own bathroom, fully equipped with everything you could need (including mouthwash and bath salts). The bedrooms are spacious, with plenty of wardrobe space and a stunning glass wall. The living room is really spacious, with a sofa and armchairs, a dining table and a kitchen with hob, sink, fridge and freezer (which could be useful if you want to cook). Cups, glasses and spoons are in the cupboards already; just ask for anything else you need. Complimentary bottled water, coffee and tea are provided daily. The magnificent pool has very pleasant water temperature. The outdoor area is fully equipped for sunbathing and relaxation in the shade. The room was always impeccably clean. TIP 3: Ask or bring beach towels from the pool for the sunbeds. LOCATION AND TRANSPORTATION: The airport is half an hour away, and the resort can arrange transport to suit your needs. The resort is right on the beach, which is perfect for swimming or long walks. The Marble Mountains are just a 20-minute walk away. The resort offers a very attractive transportation service to the most famous attractions in the area. The driver will wait for you on site for the agreed time, which is very convenient! For guests who would prefer not to walk around the resort, there is a fun buggy service. TIP 4: there is a supermarket right in front of the resort that is always open. We really, really enjoied it!
• 60candisew (10/5): It has been a very long time since I last felt that I don’t want to leave a hotel - Five stars is not enough to express my appreciation to the staff of the Marriott Resort. They make us feel like home and have been very welcoming and helpful. This is a trip to celebrate Mother’s Day and I only realise that Mothers Day in Vietnam is on a Saturday not Sunday, yet the hotel has kindly offered a cake for us. The staff has also helped us to take some photos to keep good memory of our stay. My parents were very happy so I’m very happy.

Appreciated all of the staff who were friendly, helpful and efficient.
• aha2019 (4/5): Poor facilities, no hot water sufficient for shower - We are 6 adults staying in a 3 bedroom villa. Two rooms have shower cubicle and 1 room has bathtub with shower cubicle. After dinner, i had shower but found no hot water so urgent contact housekeeping. The assistant manager came with engineer, open the ceiling cover and fix something and then told me it will have hot water for 10 mins, and then need wait 15-20 mins before hot water will be boiled for the next 10 mins used! I was so upset because it is nowhere mentioned in the hotel information that their facilities are so outdated!! Will not want to get back to this hotel !

Hotel staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. There were so many choices and food were very yummy. My husband and I had 60 mins traditional body massage at hotel spa. The therapists were amazing.

• summersail (10/5): Great Resort - We had a beautiful, large room with a full on ocean view and a small balcony. The room was quiet, clean and matched the pictures on their web site. Check in was efficient and they explained the location of restaurants, spa, etc. We visited both restaurants as well as the bar and all were very good. Service was always on point. We had the set menu taste of Vietnam at Madame Son and it was wonderful. The breakfast buffet had many options to satisfy any taste. We especially enjoyed the pho and bahn mi. The grounds are well kept and very nice. The resort is huge, so may be crowded during peak season. The weather was not good during our stay so we couldn’t use the pool or beach. The location was good to easily take a grab to attractions or the town center. We will definitely return at a time when the weather is better so we can enjoy the pools and beach. Overall a great stay.

• derekcX8972SW (10/5): Passionate staff and good food - We booked two nights for the two bedroom villa and got upgraded to a three bedroom villa, it’s super huge for two of us. One of the staff named Aaron is super friendly and passionate, he offered to escort us around in the resort with the golf cart and showed us where to take the best photos, He also offered to take photos for us with very professional angles and demonstrated some cool postures. The buffet breakfast is also amazing, the quality of pho noodle bar and banh mi is comparable to famous local restaurants. I would recommend other couples or families to go there for a memorable vacation.
• SusieJue (10/5): Best stay in Da Nang - Must go - Excellent stay at Marriott Da Nang Non Nuoc. Please note, there are 2 Marriott hotels in Da Nang and this one is an all villa resort. The freestanding villas are 2 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms. We booked a 2 bedroom and got upgraded to 3 bedroom, so everyone could have their own bedroom. Each bedroom has ensuite bathroom and there is a separate powder room on the 1st floor. Spacious living room, dining area and kitchen (non-working stove). Large pool in the back, overlooking a waterway. 2 story villa was very spacious and they gave us the villa close to the beach and restaurant. Nice coffee maker and hot pot with coffee and tea supplies. The service is outstanding and the check-in was fantastic. Lee, the Duty Manager was so nice and we had fun in the lobby taking photos and video ! He went with us in the buggy to our villa and explained all the features of the villa. The manager, Jean even included breakfast buffet for everyone staying, total of 4. We enjoyed the free Coffee Class, yummy and vast breakfast buffet. When we were departing, our favorite buggy driver, Harry wrote us a note to thank us for our stay and welcome us back anytime. It was really touching. The location is great and you could even walk to Marble Mountain, which we really enjoyed. Next door, they are building a Mandarin Oriental. Don't miss the Night Market and Dragon Bridge when there is fire and water at night (Fri, Sat, Sun). We had a nice driver and I can share his contact info if you send a dm. He did airport transfer and 2 full days of sightseeing. The people in Vietnam are so generous, kind and eager to please. We really enjoyed our stay and hope we can come back when it's warmer to enjoy the beach and pool.

Attentive service, the whole team ensured our group’s needs were met. My child enjoyed playing in the kids club, they were doing a stamps reward system for each activity and she got a gigantic turtle soft toy. Massages were top notch. Highly recommend for family trips with kids and elderly. Ask for villa near lobby for easy access to breakfast and spa.

• Gloria (4/5): Save the money and stay in other resort. - It was not a pleasant journey during my stay as this villa cannot offer an automosphere like home. Everything in the room cost money but bottle water. So pity not to earn satisfaction from customers. More than that, the front desk did not respond immediately or even afterwards for the villa guests raise their requests.
• Sujin (6/5): - After taking over the Vin Pearl resort, the Marriott doesn't seem to have done much renovating. I've been to Vin Pearl in Puh Quoc, and it was pretty much the same, but DaNang Marriott is only three times the price with only half the space. Breakfast buffett was great, but dinner at the same restaurant was awful. The food wasn't worth it. There were only four tables occupied but it took more than 30 mins for the food to be served. It took us another 30mins for dessert(a cheesecake), which is when I complained to the waiter telling her that she should've told us that it would take that long for us to eat (which wasn't even tasty at all). They charge you way too much for transportation. Get the 'grab' taxi which is lower than half the price. I don't usually complain that much, but I don't think I'll be visiting a Marriott ever again. I'm at the Four Seasons today, and it is much much much worth the money.
• SUNYOUNG (10/5): - 4인 가족이 함께 머물렀습니다. 직원분들이 모두 친절하고 숙소 상태도 매우 깨끗했습니다. 다만 다낭의 1월은 야외 수영을 하기엔 너무 추운 날씨였습니다. 풀이 딸려 있는 숙소를 예약해서 수영하기를 기대했는데 너무 추워 수영은 못 하고 발만 살짝 담갔네요. 대신 테니스코트를 예약해 가족들이 테니스도 치고 매일 사우나도 갔는데 만족도 최상이었습니다. 아침 뷔페도 너무 맛있었고 종류도 다양해서 3박 4일동안 몸무게가 쑥~~ 올라갔네요. 다음에는 부모님까지 함께 모시고 가면 좋겠다는 생각이 들었습니다.
• Byoung Gun (10/5): Best Stay - I stayed for two days and felt as comfortable and cozy as if I were at home. Thanks to the incredibly kind staff, I experienced no inconvenience despite the language barrier. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I visit Da Nang in the future. The classic interior design made me feel like I was staying in a beautiful European castle, and the comfortable sofas were so inviting that I didn't want to get up. The private pool seemed perfect for a family to enjoy an entire day of fun together—I only regret not being able to use it due to the chilly weather. The breakfast buffet featured a different menu each day, offering a delightful taste of Southeast Asia's culinary treasures.

• Tetsutaro (4/5): - メゾネットタイプのヴィラでしたが、全体的に設備が古く、特にお湯が短時間しか使えないことが一番の不満でした。浴槽に湯を張ろうとしても4分の1ほど溜まったところで湯が出なくなるので一旦止めて再度給湯温度が上がるまで15分ほど待つ、の繰り返しで嫌になりました。 またプライベートプールは温水では無いので、ほぼ入る機会がありませんでした。 スタッフの対応や食事には特段の不満はありませんでしたが、上記理由により再訪は無いと思います。

• Yo (10/5): - 繁華街からは少し離れています。 ちょっとした買い出しをするにはGrabを呼ぶ必要があります。その分、敷地内は静かでゆったり過ごせます。子供の室内プレイエリアもあり、何度か利用させてもらいました。 スタッフの方々は皆さんとてもフレンドリーで優しかったです。

• Kwang Yeob (10/5): 편안하게 쉬는데 적합한 빌리지 - 편안하게 쉬는데 아주 적합한 리조트 이며 직원이 친절하고 조식도 아주 좋았습니다. 나무와 잔디 관리를 위해 노력하고 있어 상태가 좋습니다. 다만, 저녁 뷔페는 가격에 비해 아쉬웠습니다.
• Ndaeyo (10/5): - It was fantastic, all round. We loved the spa, personal swimming pool, the villa's outlay, the sophisticated landscape and, above all, the staff. Top among the amazing staff was Son, who went out of his way to make our stay easy and memorable.

• MUI WAI (10/5): - The hotel has a beautiful environment and is clean. The room is spacious and tidy. I like the hotel's breakfast very much. There are enough choices and it is very Vietnamese and tasty, All hotel staff are very friendly and full of smiles. The spa services are also of a very high standard.

• Amanda (10/5): - Spacious rooms and staff was very attentive and welcoming. Whenever there was any issues with the room, they were able to fix it immediately. A nice touch the hotel did was cleaning our room 2 times a day and also giving us some dried fruit snacks. We all had a great time and would come back.

• Priscilla (2/5): Poor hygiene and You cannot cook in the villa - I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed feelings about my experience. At first glance, the property is stunning, but upon closer inspection, I was disappointed by the cleanliness. The bedsheets had mould, and there were noticeable gaps in the floorboards, which posed a safety risk—my friend nearly got hurt. Additionally, the kitchen was not usable, which was unexpected for a villa. It's disappointing to find that you can't cook in a space that is supposed to have kitchen facilities. On a positive note, when I brought these issues to the staff's attention, they addressed them promptly. I appreciate the good service, especially from Harry, who made our stay smoother and more enjoyable. Given that this is a five-star chain, I expected higher standards of hygiene and maintenance from the start. Overall, while there are areas for improvement, the responsiveness of the staff is commendable.

• SAORI (4/5): - 3泊予約していて台風出遅れて２日目にチェックインしたものの、チェックイン後に部屋に入るまで30分もまった。2ベッドルームのヴィラに宿泊してとても広かったがひとつのシャワーはお湯がでなかった。ドライヤーもコンセントがなく洗面所では使えない。スタッフの人たちは一生懸命で頑張っているものの一流のホスピタリティではなかった。1番最悪だったのは客層、めちゃくちゃうるさい客がかなりの大声で夕食のレストランでテレビ電話をしながら食事しててスタッフは注意しない。うるさすぎて不快すぎて台無しになった決してラグジュアリーホテルとは言えない。ランクや値段とクオリティが伴ってないと思う。

Le service est irréprochable, toujours attentif à nos besoins, tout en restant discret. La chambre était magnifique, spacieuse et décorée avec goût, offrant tout le confort que l’on peut attendre d’un hôtel de cette catégorie. La literie est d’une qualité incroyable, garantissant des nuits de sommeil réparatrices. Mention spéciale pour la vue à couper le souffle, qui rend l’expérience encore plus magique. Le petit-déjeuner était un véritable festin, avec un choix varié de produits frais et locaux. Le personnel du restaurant était aux petits soins, rendant chaque repas encore plus agréable. Les installations de l’hôtel, que ce soit le spa, la piscine ou le centre de fitness, sont impeccables et permettent de se détendre pleinement. En résumé, le Marriott est une oasis de luxe et de tranquillité. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et le recommandons chaudement à tous ceux qui cherchent une expérience hôtelière exceptionnelle.
