- Anh (8/5): - Phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, yên tĩnh. Nhân viên thân thiện. Khách sạn có 1 nhà hàng nên hạn chế trong việc ăn uống, không có quầy bar bể bơi. Resort rộng nhưng nhân viên hỗ trợ di chuyển từ phòng ra sảnh ít nên bất tiện trong việc di chuyển. Bãi biển không sạch. Không có phòng gym.

- hildegard (9/5): - Qualität…sehr gepflegte Anlage. Miss Trang ist einfach zauberhaft. Die Managerin des Hotels war sehr freundlich. Leider konnte das Personal fast kein Englisch. Nach einem Gespräch mit der Hotelmanagerin wurde es sofort geändert und sie zauberte englisch sprechendes Personal aus ihrem Hut. Das nenn ich mal Kundenorientierung. Zusätzlich bekam ich noch ein Geschenk in Form einer Massage. Leider war ich fast der einzige Gast, weil keine Saison war.

Home service was just OK. No big city close to the resort that mean you can only eat the whatever they have in the restaurant.

- Tu Kien (10/5): Gia đình chúng tôi đã có một chỉ kỳ nghỉ rất vui vẻ và hạnh phúc, mọi thứ đều rất tốt. - Đây là kỳ nghỉ rất tuyệt vời với gia đình tôi. Mọi thành viên trong gia đình đều cảm thấy rất thoải mái và muốn được trở lại đây. Từ quản lý đến nhân viên phục vụ trong resort đều rất lịch sự và thân thiện. Khuông viên resort được chăm chút cẩn thận và sạch sẽ. Cấu trúc biệt thự được thiết kết rất đẹp và chúng tôi thực cảm nhận được sự thư thái khi ở đây. Nước biển hơi đục và mặn. Bãi biển có nhiều vỏ ngao và hến. Nhưn bù lại resort có bể bơi rộng và bể mát xa rất tốt.

- Carrie (10/5): Total luxury - The staff were absolutely exceptional and assisted with absolutely everything, even organising an 8hr transfer to our next location at a price lower than I could find online. The property itself was immaculately maintained and could not be faulted. Would absolutely recommend as a place to rest a few days. Mrs Duong spoke English well and assisted us on our every request at any time of day, making our stay very special.

- Charles (6/5): Relaxing, almost over-relaxing… - Very quiet, but then we were the only customers… Very spacious “villa”, clean. Friendly and smiling staff, although mostly with very limited skills. A vast residential structure by the sea, made if individual villas with 4-6 capacity mostly with private pool. All very spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet ( during low season). The villas have a kitchen but it is unusable, absolutely no cutlery/plates/dishes/drinking glasses, the modern, induction cooker will not turn on. Wonder why this was installed…? The private pool is small for a swim but ok for refreshing, but… despite our inquiry the lights stayed off in the evening and the water never, I mean never!, got circulated/cleaned by the pump… always off for the whole length of our 10-day stay. We did not bathe in the stagnant water… Yes we were in the off season, so only 2 guests, but then it’s their decision to keep the resort open to clients. You can’t use the in-villa kitchen, so without a means of transport food comes only through the Resort’s kitchen. There’s a fixed “menu” but most of the items are “sorry Sir this is not available today”, with “today” being repeated every day of our stay. So in 10 days you get the choice of 3 or 4 dishes. The front-desk manager and her first assistant were the only persons with English language conversation knowledge, and did an excellent job helping us with our needs and requests. Overall, this person gets the only outstanding feedback for the whole resort. The rest of the staff is polite and smiling, but has extremely limited English knowledge so for a foreigner this is a major obstacle.
- Philly (4/5): Comfortable bed but not 5star quality - Extremely comfortable beds Windows were dirty, and there was no one on hand at check in or at breakfast who spoke English The staff tried to help but it was all a bit below standard. The spa was closed and we couldn’t even use the steam room or sauna. We rented a villa but couldn’t cook in it due to ‘safety’. There was an empty tub of bath salts on arrival, the scales didn’t work and the shower door didn’t close properly.
