- Kathleen (7/5): Okay - Lovely hosts, very friendly and gave us the larger room Unfortunately larger room smelt like cat urine (although the rest of the house was impeccably clean and tidy so it’s definitely possible the cat snuck in after cleaning). Also we’re allergic to cats and didn’t realise they would be there on the property. Car parking spots can be hard to come by.

- Matt (5/5): Room clean and comfortable but shared facilities not as advertised and smoking/cat in property. - Room itself very clean and comfortable. Host was very friendly on arrival. Advert states that there is a shared kitchen which can be used (this was a reason I booked this particular accomodation) but this is just the owner's kitchen and cannot be used "for insurance purposes". The ad should be more clear about what facilities are available to guests. The ad should also state that the owners smoke in the property and own a cat, as this information would also have had an effect on whether I chose to stay there (and might have health implications for some travellers).

Only very minor downside for some would be lack of ensuite ( there is one available and I'll book that next time ) Would I stay again , to be honest I wish the wife had come down with me and would've stayed there another 4 nights Can't recommend the place enough And its a bargain price for London !!! - Robert (10/5): Like staying at a friends house! - The hosts are incredibly welcoming - we visited for a concert at Tottenham stadium and the hosts had prepared guides to local buses and trains to be able to get to and from the event the most efficient way, which made our experience loads better! The room was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. Shared bathroom facilities won’t suit everybody - it worked fine for us aside from a bit of a queue for the showers in the morning with multiple guest rooms all booked, but didn’t impact the quality of our stay!

We will definitely come back to stay next time we’re on a weekend trip in London. The hosts gave us a printout of directions to the stadium which we were very grateful for, they saved us money and time. Security of the property was overall very good and we felt safe inside and outside the property. There are towels provided and a small en-suite with amenities attached to the room we booked. Everything was freshly cleaned and no weird smells, the bedding was fresh too. We had access to the TV which allowed us to connect our mobiles. Also free wifi.

Lovely home - The owners were very friendly and gave a lot of information on the local areas with activities and places to dine! Rooms were clean and weren’t too hot when trying to sleep especially this time of year! We were offered tea/coffee/water upon arrival and were showed to our rooms rather than being left to try and locate them ourselves! Lovely quiet neighbourhood too! I honestly cannot think of much.. not an issue from the property itself but more of a poor judgement on my part! My pregnant sister struggled to get up and down the stairs but again can’t stress enough this was poor judgement on my part not the property!

- Caroline (8/5): Family run property near to high street , no breakfast available - Room was very clean and hosts very friendly, parking on street in front of property felt safe and High street was just around the corner for cafes and restaurants- tried Deraliye restaurant which was excellent . Bed was comfortable. Only thing was the en-suite was very tight and breakfast was not provided even though it stated on the Booking.com page that it was. Also tea/coffee wasn’t available in room, but we could use the family kitchen downstairs .

I had an early start, and wish I could've stayed for breakfast, but I had a fantastic night's sleep, it was very comfortable. I woke up feeling refreshed. The bathroom and shower were fantastic too, fully stocked. Thank you very much for a fantastic stay. I'll definitely be using it again. Everything was perfect.
