We were told they would arrange a boat to take us to the pier if you wish, went to book one a few times during our stay and was told none available and not possible.. be advised it is a walk to the main part and it is up and down with large steps… wouldn’t recommend walking at night.

- Carine (10/5): - Un emplacement idyllique, que du bonheur de la plage à deux pas des bungalows au petit déjeuner copieux et très bon avec des tables les pieds dans le sable. Un peu éloigné du centre mais le trajet se fait à pied sans souci et une navette de l'hôtel nous récupère à l'arrivée du ferry.

- TA SAMAYA YA (9/5): Отель отличный, но служба трансфера стала ужасной. - Любимый отель на Пхи-Пхи... отдыхали у вас седьмой раз. Внутри отеля все отлично. Мы за 7 лет жили во всех представленеых номерах. Знаем все плюсы и минусы. Персонал внимательный. Завтраки вкусные. Кухня в ресторане отличная. В этот раз встреча и проводы на пирс были ужасны. Что с вами случилось??? Нас не встретил представитель отеля, а когда мы его нашли - заставил ждать под палящим солнцем полтора часа. Ребенок 4 года плакал, но нам даже не разрешили пройти в тень! За время ожидания непонятно чего пришло время пика отлива. Нас собрали 20 человек и посадили в лодку вместимостью 10-12 человек!!! и плюс кучу чемоданов! Лодка постоянно кренилась и застревала в рифах от перегруза. Началась паника. Мне стало плохо с сердцем. В итоге нас высадили на Лонг бич и мы с маленьким ребенком и тяжелыми сумками вынуждены были карабкаться по крутому необорудованному склону к отелю по 40-градусной жаре!!! Путь назад при выезде также нас очень расстроил, так как лодочник вместо пирса причалил к необоркдованному берегу, хотя другие лодки отелей благополучно причаливали в это же время к пирсу. Мы вынуждены были прыгать с багажом в воду между лодками, и в результате ехать дальше по пояс мокрыми! Мне более 60 лет, внучке 4 года. Это что за отношение к гостям???????

- Soahanta Aria (10/5): Parfait pour changer d'air et se reposer tout en découvrant l'île - Le resort est situé loin du centre ce qui était très agréable, comme si on avait notre coin de paradis. Néanmoins il se situé à 20 min à pied du centre et tout le long du trajet il y a une vue magnifique sur différentes plages de l'île. Le resort a également une petite plage privée ce qui a rendu notre expérience davantage mémorable 🏝️☀️

- Miles (10/5): A slice of Paradise - This is our second visit to The Viking Nature Resort and i can honestly say this resort is like a little slice of paradise, The rooms that we were allocated were beautiful modern cabins high in the trees with stunning sea views from all 3 rooms one of the best thing i love is the walk to and from town the walk is so much fun while i appreciate the walk isn't for everyone we loved it and to top it off the view are absolutely stunning. The breakfast at the hotel had a really good selection especially as we had a fussy eater in our group and she was well catered for at breakfast, i can personally recommend the omelette (Delicious). We spent 3 days in this Resort and everything has been perfect: we didn’t even want to leave the Resort to visit the centre of Phi Phi as it felt so relaxing and nice. The sea side was incredible and the food and morning breakfast buffet was delicious. By the beach there is a massage location where you can enjoy 1 hour of Thai Massage for £8-10. - Le poidevin (7/5): Stunning room and friendly staff - Spacious clean room with stunning view Our room was a short but steep walk up hill, very sweaty and uncomfortable in the heat. Would have pr preffered to be able to select a room closer to the restaurant and beach. Included breakfast was underwhelming, food left out in the heat from 07:30-11am so not always good unless you go early. The Thai food on the lunch and dinner menu was lovely though! Can pay for a taxi boat to and from the resort if you need or its a very uneven coastal path about 20 mins into town. No taxi boats if you are coming back after a night out.

Apesar de ficar um pouco afastado do centro de Phi Phi, com um retorno noturno que pode ser mais desafiador por estar do outro lado da ilha, a vista e a praia onde o hotel está localizado fazem a experiência valer muito a pena.

We kregen een mooie en zeer ruime bungalow met prachtig uitzicht. Veranda met hangmat en ligbed. Zeer ruime badkamer en mooi bed met klamboe. Het beste ontbijt tot nu toe in Thailand. Zeer goede massage op het strand.

- Giulia (10/5): Herzens Empfehlung - Wunderschönes Resort mit origineller thailändischer sauberer Einrichtung und riesiger Außenterasse, Reegendusche und Himmelbett. Sooooo viele Katzen hier, für Toerliebhaber ein Paradies und die schönsten Strände der Insel zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch zur Stadt sind wir nur max 25 Minuten gelaufen. (Tipp: nicht google maps folgen sondern einfach am Strand entlang laufen, viel schneller!). Feuershow, mega leckeres Essen und sehr nettes Personal. war alles toll, man muss sich aber auf etwas Laufen einstellen, nicht für Menschen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen geeignet.

- jose maria (10/5): PERFECTA. - Sinceramente TODO, La playa del hotel, la cabaña con vistas al mar, la comida, las excursiones, el show de fuego, los cócteles… Encima tienen barcos que te llevan al mismo puerto por si no te quieres pegar la pateada de 20 minutos.. pero vaya que las vistas mientras caminas para llegar al pueblo también merecen la pena… La excursión que contrate privada en un long boat con ellos (ANDA HONEY TOUR) Increíble, el capitán súper majo nos llevó a todos los sitios guays y los primeros en llegar.

- doowah (8/5): Where sea meets ocean. - Set on the edge of the sea and in the bush. Our room had a lovely location right on the hill just above the ocean. Good air-conditioning. The only downside was a short walk to the outside shower and toilet room. It was a 20 minute walk into town along a reasonable track. Nice long boat pick up and drop off at the wharf with our bags. Very average breakfast. The staff all seemed a bit grumpy.

There is a mostly paved path the entire way that makes the walk and views amazing. The resort itself if secluded which adds to its beauty. The staff were amazing and accommodating even offering to boat to “town” fo retrieve left behind sunglasses. Fire show nightly was very entertaining during dinner and drinks! The room AC did a great job with the 95 F heat but a fan was provided upon request which made it perfect. Nothing

El lugar es hermoso super cuidado y se encuentra al lado de la playa Long beach que está muy linda para pasar el día. Desayuno muy rico ! Free fire show at night was super cool, and the restaurant had a live "one man band" in the evening. Good prices for restaurant food and drinks, in my opinion. The mango sticky rice was my favorite! - thomas (10/5): Peaceful seculded get away - where the jungle meets the sea. - Great location - an easy 20 minute walk to town (or short longboat ride) and close to Long Beach. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Fantastic private beach with great amenities. Longboat noise can be a little distracting at times, but not a dealbreaker by any means.

- Alina (9/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft für ein paar Tage Ruhe - Super schönes Resort abseits des Trubels, sehr schöner privater Strand. Freundliches Personal und auch ganz viele süße und liebe Katzen. Kostenloser Transfer nach Ankunft und bei Abreise mit dem longtailboot Der Weg bis in die Stadt ist schon nicht so einfach, daher nur für Leute die in der Mobilität eingeschränkt sind. Im Zimmer wäre ein bisschen mehr Platz schön um Sachen abzulegen. Abfluss hat teilweise unangenehm gerochen.

- Julien (9/5): Echt een tropisch paradijs! - Het was zo’n fijn verblijf. De plek is fantastisch, de sfeer is goed en het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Er was live muziek, het eten wat goed en een normale prijs, er was een vuurshow, het bed was lekker. Echt paradijs op aarde Enige is de paden, die zijn niet altijd even goed begaanbaar voor mensen die slecht te been zijn.

- Sally (9/5): Beautiful island paradise with its own beach. - We really loved Viking resort, a beautiful location with our own personal beach, able to snorkel off the beach, get a massage on our beach, walk into PhiPhi for good coffee, or walk to Long beach for dinner. The restaurant was also very good with lots of options for food at their restaurant - local Thai cuisine but also simple fare for teenagers. It was all very clean - the rooms, the restaurant, the beaches and pathways and when there the service was great. They were several cats but they were all well behaved, fed and kept to themselves. Would definitely come back! It was a little difficult to communicate before we arrived. We needed a mattress on the floor for my son, which was hard to organise and a little expensive as I had already paid for two for the room. However they did do it in the end, and accommodate the request, and they also made no fuss when my son moved his mattress to be in a room with his friends - so we were very appreciative of that.
- martin (9/5): Phi phi viking - The staff R like most places in Thailand.cant do enough for u from start to finish .as a chef who's worked in various types of hospitality ....I find there's second to non tbh ...we could learn lots from these people ....it's always a pleasure to assist u in their eyes but they R kind of americanised with tips...had some of the best reactions in my 47 years of being alive ..even if to use its maybe 3 pound 44 ....love the place love . breakfast wasn't the best but making ya own waffles with the boss was fun n wi watermelon jack fruit n pineapple n honey there amazing Could of had more mosquito repellent.8t needed replacing daily in my opinion.i sourced some local stuff but I still been bit to high heaven Ps I stayed in c4a Single male but would b amazing for a couple Or C4 b has a more sea view but mosquito central due to sea view

- corine (8/5): Beautiful seaside room , great beach/water and excellent walking location to town - The little beach in front is lovely, and there are restaurant tables near the beach which are nice to sit at . Our deluxe bedroom was beautiful although a bit of a climb! Air conditioning was quiet and worked well, bed was very comfortable and great view of sea from balcony. Room cleaned very well each night too . Love music at night . Loved the location - nice walk to town . Trail good . The property could use some cleaning up …. Although natural , it needs more care to the grounds , some garbage, etc . My husband is also celiac and the gluten free was a bit of a challenge - although they did try a bit when we asked. (Nothing on menu gf, chef could only make fried rice - so that’s all he ate! With the exception of some grilled (plain) fish which he said was ok!

- Rowland (9/5): An oasis away from the tourism machine, perfect if you want to also keep your stair climbs up whilst on hols - Still has a great relaxed vibe despite being adjacent to the tourist nightmare that is town. No noise issues.The staff were very proactive to assist at all times and very kind. The room was clean and stylish. Free boat transfer to/from town including pick up/drop off from ferry and daily schedule. Room was comfortable. Welcome pineapple juice. Great food and breakfast buffet. Organised a long tail for tour to Koh phi phi Lei. Stairs. We stayed in the farthest bungalow magmai6, which was awesome, but 8 mins walk up some insane stairs to get there. We were surrounded by monkeys one day and fearful to leave, staff warned they could bite (rabies injection needed if so), but there is a phone to call reception if you get trapped.

- Gary (10/5): Best place we stayed in thailand - This place has the wow factor with natural charm. We stayed as a family of 4 in a 2 bedroom villa. It's worth pointing out that the two rooms are next to each other, but not joined. We weren't aware of this but it wasn't a problem, infact the kids loved it. It felt totally safe. The place itself is just paradise and puts you close to nature without feeling like you've lost the luxury element. Of the 4 places we stayed in Thailand, this was the one I was slightly nervous about with the kids, as there's no pool and the only way to get to the main area of Phi Phi is a 20 min trek or longtail boat. It turned out to be easily our favourite accomodation. It had the perfect balance of something different but with all the security of decent wifi, clean bathrooms and a comfy bed. The longtail boats to the main bars/restaurants just added to the vibe. The private beach was stunning, and the snorkelling was like being in a fish tank. It was so good that I didn't bother going on a snorkelling trip that I planned. I would recommend this place to anyone. Nothing

- Jan Niclas (10/5): - Dieses Resort ist einfach ein Traum. Es liegt an mehreren wunderschönen Stränden, die direkt vom Resort aus zugänglich sind. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig gut erreichbar, alternativ kann man bequem ein Boot nehmen. Das hoteleigene Restaurant direkt am Strand bietet hervorragende thailändische und internationale Küche. Unser Baumhaus war sehr sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Die Strände sind traumhaft – insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!

- ELIZAVETA (9/5): Только будьте осторожны на пляжах. Очень много морских обитателей в местных водах - снорлинг выходит шикарный, но я не з - Лучший отель, в котором я была. К нашему приезду не успели прибрать номер и потому без доплат поселили в комнату классом выше. Вечером на пляже играют на гитаре, устраивают огненное шоу, виды вокруг просто космос. Знала бы, что там так хорошо - провела бы весь отпуск только в этом месте. Даже придираться не хочется, прекрасное обслуживание.

- Princess Debien (10/5): - It's such a beautiful resort that is very nature-centred. We loved the different little pockets of private beaches which we had to ourselves for a couple of times! Loved the hammock and all the staff were very friendly with delicious food served at the restaurant. Only caveat is that you need to be physically able to move around the resort (e.g., not wheelchair friendly).
