- Verified traveler (6/5): 4-Story Walk Up - Luckily we only stayed 1 night.
I had my mom, aunt, and uncle with me, all in their 60's. The description did not mention there was no elevator and you have to walk up 4 flights of stairs with your suitcases.
When we got back from wandering Venice in the evening, we found out there was no hot water and it was too late to call the host. Sucked it up and didn't talk any showers.
It was a beautiful unit, but including the extra cleaning fee on top of the nightly fee and city fee, it is way too expensive for what it was.

- Martina (10/5): Künstler aufgepasst...! - Das Apartment ist für das "aufgeschlossene Genießerauge" ein absoluter Genuß! Selten habe ich mich in einem Apartment so wohl gefühlt... Alles bis ins kleinste Detail ist liebevoll und dem urbanen Zeitgeist entsprechend ausgewählt!
Trotzdem gab es leider Ärger - in erster Linie ob der mangelnden Komunikation mit dem Vermieter. (In dem Fall junge Yuppies denen es leider an Umgangsformen mit Gästen und Lebenserfahrung mangelt)
So hatten wir keine Ahnung, wann wir das Apartment beziehen können, mussten dann auch bis zur Schlüsselübergabe warten (obwohl wir uns wie vereinbart davor gemeldet haben). Dann waren noch die Vormieter in der Wohnung, und haben darauf hingewiesen, dass es kein warmes Wasser gibt...!!!!
Die Reinigung war dann ebenfalls nicht das gelbe vom Ei (trotz einer Gebühr von €100,-), aber es hat sich auch niemand mehr wegen dem Problem mit der Warmwassertherme gemeldet.
Nachdem ich ein praktisch veranlagter Mensch bin, habe ich diese dann mehrmals ein- und ausgeschaltet sowie einen reset gemacht, und siehe da selbst wieder in Gang gebracht!
Aber erst fast 24 Stunden später hat man sich bei uns gemeldet und gefragt, wie denn nun die Wassertemperatur sei... Dabei hat man uns bei der Schlüsselübergabe versichert, sich sofort des Problems anzunehmen. (Abgesehen davon, dass es immer Installateure mit Bereitschaftsdienst gibt, hat man es also nicht einmal der Mühe wert gefunden, uns zu sagen, dass erst am nächsten Tag jemand vorbeikommen kann)
