• Gabrielle (8/5): - The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious. The back garden is very nice. Finding and accessing the property was easy. The rooms were well-kept. It was a little bit hot in the room, and the pillows were thin. Otherwise, we were very comfortable and happy. It was also very easy to communicate with the property manager, Sara. We would come back! The air was hard to control. The pillows were a little bit thin. But we slept well anyways!

Sara var väldigt hjälpsam både före och under vår vistelse, framförallt när vi skulle åka in och ut med bagaget då boendet ligger i en ZTL och instruktion var vi kunde parkera i närheten. Oerhört lyhört. Fanns ingen tröskel på ytterdörren så vi hörde allt ute i hallen. Sängen kunde varit bredare. Tråkigt att terassen utanför frukostrummet inte var iordning och städad, vi flyttade runt möbler själva. Krokar saknades i badrummet. Saknades minst en möbel för att lägga upp resväskan, vi kryssade mellan våra fyra resväskor som låg på golvet och behövde packa ihop dem när de inte användes. Luftkonditionering var inte på, blev lite varmt på natten.

• Sara (9/5): Un soggiorno tra storia e modernità - Meravigliosa struttura in un palazzo storico, ma con stanze molto moderne e curate, a pochissimi passi dal centro (circa a 5 minuti a piedi da piazza del Campo). Lo staff è davvero disponibile e accogliente, colazione con scelta tra dolce e salato e marmellate fatte in casa.

I could not get a refund, because obviously she said she was. Be very careful if you are going to book. Don't pay anything until you know everything is going to ok with your stay.

• Lorenzo (9/5): Per visitare Siena e paesi limitrofi è la scelta migliore, ci tornerei. - Non ho usufruito della colazione, eppure in camera erano presenti succhi di frutta, brioches, caffè e te in omaggio. Ci abbiamo messo un po' a capire da quale porta di Siena entrare (ci metto buona parte della colpa perchè eravamo in viaggio da diverse ore), ma comunque una volta capito, il parcheggio auto si trovava a poche centinaia di metri dalla porta d'ingresso, fattibilissimo con i bagagli, ed il parcheggio ha prezzi contenuti e non si paga la notte. Camera dotata di tutto ciò che può servire, anche prodotti da bagno ed asciugacapelli. Appena entrati in camera si presentava una temperatura troppo alta, i caloriferi erano al massimo rendendo impossibile il tocco e difficile starci vicino, abbiamo chiamato la titolare che ci ha spiegato come risolvere, sembravano non spegnersi, ma una volta contattato l'idraulico ci è stato detto che essendo nuovi ci voleva un po' perchè si raffreddassero, apprezzato molto la premura e la tempestività nell'aiutarci. Migliorare un po' l'insonorizzazione tra i due appartamenti adiacenti, si sentivano le conversazioni dell'altra stanza.
