• Roksana (4/5): Good location, but not a place that would come back to - The location It didn’t look like the pictures. The apartment was advertised as modern, but in reality it wasn’t. It also wasn’t clean.
• Rebecca (8/5): Chill - Great location close to city centre but quiet inside the apartment. Modern, clean and very comfortable, spacious rooms and well equipped. Had a lovely relaxing stay here. Brilliant that we could leave our luggage for the day after checking out at no extra cost. Would have liked to be greeted and shown into the apartment rather than self check-in - prefer human service. But the App was helpful, everything worked and communications via WhatsApp were replied to promptly.

Po príchode všetko čisté, upratané, kávovar, kto si chce variť vybavenie kuchyne dostatočné , chladnička, telka, wifi, balkón ... Za nás spokojnosť, keď pôjdeme znovu do Prahy , určite by sme sa vrátili do tohto apartmánu ak bude voľný. Odporúčam 😉 Všetko bolo v úplnom poriadku, žiadne negatíva sme nenašli.

I could check in a bit earlier, and checked out a bit earlier also..Special thanks for this flexibility. The furniture is well arranged for the family with 2 king beds and a sofa. appliances are well maintained and new. Big kitchen is very nice. Big windows and high veilings give a lot of air and makes tge apartment look bigger, i liked it. Internet was a bit slow but i managed with my own.

Gemütliches Sofa, schöner Essplatz, gute Betten. Sehr praktisch dass man zu Fuss zur Oper, Museum , Wenzelplatz und zum Zentrum gehen kann. Im Bad roch es nach Katzenklo. Die Wände könnten etwas schöner gestaltet werden (Bilder ) Mehr Geschirr damit man die Spülmaschine voll machen kann.

The storage room where you can store your luggage before and after check in and check out is something amazing for tourists like us. Place was perfectly clean and you can’t ask for a more central location. It’s in the heart of the city- 2 minutes away from the Wenceslas square and 2 minutes away from tram 22 that can bring you to the Prague castle. Overall experience is 10+
• Iana (8/5): Гарна квартира по адекватній ціні поблизу центра - Вдале розташування, все ДУЖЕ ЧИСТО (прибиральниці реально браво), в квартирі є все необхідне (техніка, посуд, засоби для миття, свіжа постіль, ТРИ подушки за розміром та жорсткістю на вибір для кожного гостя (не всі навіть лакшері готелі пропонують хоча б дві!), все зроблено з любов'ю до гостей. Балкон та вікна виходять у внутрішній двір не дуже романтичного вигляду, але він захищає від шумної вулиці великого міста, спали ми міцно! Обережно - вода у бойлері дуже гаряча. Єдине АЛЕ, яке нам таки зіпсувало відпочинок - запах каналізації в кухні, який відступав тільки з відкритими балконними дверима і повертався через 5-10 хвилин після їх закриття. Тобто сморід не з вулиці, а десь з комунікацій за кухонною технікою. Це було справді неприємно, і тільки за це знижена оцінка. Ще з мінусів - лампа біля ліжка не працювала, бо в єдину розетку був підключений роутер, тобто аби включити лампу, треба було відмовитися від wi-fi, а це тяжкий вибір))

Apartamento muito bom, tem tudo o que precisamos e mais um pouco. Tem cafeteira que moe o café na hora, o anfitrião deixou algumas porções de leite, tinha azeite, sal, pimenta ... e os produtos do banheiro são da melhor qualidade, da marca L'Occitane. Amei tudo!

I had to call the staff and get the code for the key. I checked all my email folders, but Booking.com never sent me any instructions for entering the building or room. This created some difficulties right at the beginning. It would be nice if you informed Booking about the shortcomings of their service in sending your clients instructions for entering the building and room.

Welness pokoj má sice výřivku, ale nepoužitelnou, protože voda se napouští tak malým proudem, že se člověk nedočká a navíc dojde brzy teplá voda je po všem.

Les images ne correspondaient pas à la réalité. Le parquet de la cuisine très abîmé, le tissu du canapé troué à un endroit, l’atmosphère de l’appartement n’est pas agréable, la vue sur la cour fait penser à une prison. Pas de machine à laver dans l’appartement alors que dans la description il y a bien écrit machine à laver. Je ne pense pas que l’appartement fait 30m2 comme écrit sur la description. Appartement très petit. Heureusement que je ne suis restée qu’une nuit. Je ne reviendrais pas. Matelas qui s’enfonce vers le milieu quand on s’allonge dessus. La rue qui donne sur l’entrée dans l’immeuble est très bruyante et ne donne pas du tout bonne impression.

• TUĞBA (10/5): Rahat, uygun, güvenli, ev ortamı, tavsiye edilir. - Muhteşem bir konaklama idi; kolay online check-in, girişte hiç zorlanmadık, daireyi çok beğendik. Güvenli hissettirdi. David her sorunuza yardımcı olmak için orada. ev havasında, mutfakta masa etrafında oturup sohbetler falan. yataklar rahat, ortam temiz, prag seyahatimde 3 yerde kaldım ve en sevdiğim yer burasıydı; bundan sonra da ilk tercihim olacak. Metroya, tramvaya yakın, Paul, Bagette boulevard gibi yerel hazır yemeklere yakın. Ve kod ile açılan bir bagaj odası sunmaları çok hoş ve düşünceli. çıkış yaptıktan sonra da kullanabiliyorsunuz. (Mutfağın fotoğrafını çekmeyi unuttum.) Bu kadar kusursuz olması :)

• Alfano (9/5): Recomendamos y volveríamos - Queremos decir que estamos muy contentos con nuestra elección! La propiedad es igual que en la fotos!! Fuimos mi marido y yo (2 personas) estuvimos de miércoles a sábado. La llegada al aeropuerto fue perfecta, menos de 30’ (autobús 59 y metro verde) El check-in online fue perfecto, todas las indicaciones fueron claras y pudimos entrar a la propiedad sin complicaciones. Nos otorgaron 2 llaves. Cuenta con ascensor y está en un 3er piso. Cerca está la estación de metro Museo, y también diversas paradas de Tram. El apartamento es hermoso, cómodo, amplio y limpio. Respecto al baño impecable, la ducha era perfecta, salía el agua bien caliente y con presión. Cuenta con secador de pelo. La cocina y living muy lindo, muy iluminado y cómodo. Nos dejaron detergente para el lavavajillas, había una cafetera muy buena que muele el café al momento de hacerlo. Tiene cocina inducción, horno eléctrico y microondas. Contaba con café, azúcar, aceite y té. Respecto a los utensilios estaba bien, los necesarios para una estadía de 4 días. Respecto a la habitación, muy cómoda -solo un detalle: no había doble enchufe, por lo que al momento de cargar los teléfonos de noche debimos desenchufar las lámparas de la mesa de luz-. Tenía 2 dos armarios muy cómodos. Cuenta con un espejo de cuerpo entero (algo que no todos tienen) Respecto a los aires acondicionados, nosotros no tuvimos problemas, es más el de la habitación tuvimos que apagarlo porque de noche se volvía muy caluroso, aunque es cierto que las temperaturas acompañaron estos días. Un detalle importante, después del check out, pudimos dejar las valijas en el espacio de guardado por unas horas antes de ir al aeropuerto De volver seguramente repetiremos. Les agradecemos. Solo a modo de recomendación, dejaría una toalla más, particularmente tengo mucho cabello y suelo usar una toalla grande para la cabeza además de la del cuerpo. Lo que sí quizás fue algo molesto es que no cuenta con mantel o individuales para poner en la mesa al momento de comer y dejar al menos un rollo de papel de cocina o servilletas, al igual que algún paño para limpiar la mesa y no hacerlo con la esponja de lavar los platos. Pero solo detalles.

• Vladimir (9/5): - Veľké priestranné ubytovanie. Čistota Pohodlie Vynikajúca komunikácia pred pobytom, jasné inštrukcie Žiadne prekvapenia, všetko bolo presne tak ako bolo sľúbené a dohodnuté. Vykurovanie klimatizačnými jednotkami dlhšie trvalo, kým sa priestor vykúril. Prvá noc bola dosť chladná, ďalšiu noc sa to sle už zlepšilo, keď klimatizačné jednotky celý deň vykurovali.

• Besmir (10/5): Besser geht’s nicht! - Die Lage ist perfekt! Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist erstaunlich gut für den Preis. Solch ein Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis habe ich noch nie erlebt. Parkplatzsituation aufgrund der zentralen Lage natürlich schwer.

• Maryvonne (8/5): Ravie du séjour. - Spacieux , calme alors même que l'appartement donnait sur une rue très passante. Bien pratique d’avoir a disposition un lave linge avec le liquide et un sèche linge. Le nécessaire pour cuisiner et nettoyer la cuisine. Bien aussi de disposer de sel poivre sucre et de quoi faire du café. Matelas très confortable qui nous a fait oublier que nous avions demandé deux lits simples. Il manquait juste une poêle dans la cuisine
• Magdalena (9/5): Bardzo fajne miejsce - Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Super że było miejsce aby zostawić walizki przed zameldowaniem i po wymeldowaniu. Bardzo ładne i ciche mieszkanie w super lokalizacji. Zameldowanie miało być od 14, jednak o 14:30 panie sprzątające kazały nam przyjść dopiero za godzinę. Musieliśmy więc znaleźć sobie zajęcie a padał wtedy deszcz. Gdy o 16:00 weszliśmy do apartamentu podłoga badal była mokra.

• Sandra (10/5): Rewelacja, polecam każdemu - Świetna lokalizacja. Przyjechaliśmy przed godziną zakwaterowania, ale gospodarz udzielił informacji, gdzie możemy zostawić bagaże (również po wymeldowaniu). Personel sprzątający dokładnie posprzątał i mogliśmy zakwaterować się przed czasem
