I asked for a blanket and it was not delivered on time. On inquiry the team member mentioned that he knocked without a response, but I waited for more than 30 mins.

From the security to the reception staff - all excellent. The room door opened with difficulty and had to report it upon arrival. Attention to the smaller detail is required.

Deberían comprobar que las habitaciones disponen de todos los elementos que se ofrecen en la reserva antes de la entrega de las llaves. En nuestro caso, faltaban tazas y cucharas, así como la falta de pilas en los mandos de TV. Informado el personal procedieron con celeridad a su restitución.

The facilities exceeded our expectations, and we also got a complimentary upgrade, which was a great addition! The bed sheets and bathroom towels did not really look clean, and we were missing a few amenities.

But should not return, due to the cleaning issues. - Location is good, the fact that uber drivers get into the hotel premises is great. It was the second time for me in the hotel, but this time the apartment provided had serious issues. - The balcony was horrible, dirty and there was no way we could spend time there. That was not cleaned in months, and they just dont care. - The bathrooms were in horrible shape, as per the photos, serious cleaning issues. Only basic cleaning was done. The shower corners are very dirty. No atenttion to critical cleaning details. - Shower with a weird structure, difficult to turn on the let the water warm up. - Only 2 chairs provided in the dinner table, for an appartment of 4. - Weird air freshener smell.
