- Kyrie (9/5): Fantastic time in a wonderful location - Great location. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The shower was amazing too. Evening food was excellent. The room was quite warm surprisingly for a cave. Breakfast was a little sporadic when booking eggs etc - both us and another couple ordered eggs and they delivered three lots instead of one. Both of these are small issues though. The water went off on the last day but they sorted it as soon as they could.

Besondere Anlage durch die verwinkelten Zugänge der Höhlenzimmer. Abendessen Service nett und sehr lecker. Sundowner auf der Terrasse fabelhaft. Im Zimmer waren teilweise Pfützen auf dem Boden. Durch die Decke kam Wasser bei dem Regen. Der Rezeptionist hat dann Servietten geholt um zu trocknen. Das war die Lösung! Service beim Frühstück absolut lustlos. Man musste sich selbst um Bestellungen kümmern. Vom Personal aus kam nichts .Die beiden jungen Frauen die jeden Tag da waren standen ziemlich lustlos da oder haben am Handy rumgespielt! Service unterirdisch !

- Chaitali (7/5): - Great location. Great terrace to view the balloons in the morning. Amazing spread of breakfast. We arrived late at night and were provided a room with the bed on a high platform. We had to climb on it to get on the bed which was a safety hazard as there was very little space to get around to the side of the bed. The staff were not always friendly. The breakfast staff got our order wrong twice.

The shower in the room's bathroom had really nice water pressure and ranges of temperatures. 4. The Seten restaurant, located in the hotel, was our preferred choice given the good food and outstanding views. 5. Room cleaning was done daily. 6. Bag boys, much needed given the hotel has numerous stairs, were very attentive. 1. The AC in the room did not work properly. 2. Services hired thru the hotel were pricey. 3. Staff did not trust us, requested advance payment of 100 € for late check out (330pm vs 11am normal check out time) and they called us at 320pm to remind us to leave the room and bag boy at our door at 325pm. This room was going to be empty

- Carine (9/5): Magnifique établissement - La vue époustouflante. L'établissement sublime avec tous ses coins et recoins. Super restaurant et petit déjeuner délicieux et varié. J'ai trouvé le personnel peu accueillant, peu à l'écoute et incapable d'anticiper les besoins des clients. Dommage c'est le seul point négatif. La piscine et le spa ne se trouvent pas au sein de l'établissement mais dans 2 lieux différents.
- Polapoom (3/5): I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to stay there - Apart from the location itself nothing was good and perhaps the view was good but I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there t First of all, the staff were extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. Something as basic as getting a bottle opener took an unreasonable amount of time, and unbelievably there wasn’t even one provided in the room. For a place charging these kinds of prices, the service was honestly shocking. The whole experience also felt very misleading and borderline scammy. I verbally informed the staff that I wanted to cancel the trip, and they acknowledged it at the time, yet later they still charged us 50% anyway. There was no clear communication, no effort to help, and no customer care whatsoever. On top of that, the staff seemed disorganized, slow to respond, and completely indifferent whenever we asked for assistance. Simple requests became unnecessarily difficult, and instead of feeling welcomed, we constantly felt like we were being taken advantage of. The experience was frustrating from start to finish, and definitely not worth the money we paid.

- Tracy (9/5): Excellent restaurant, views and location. - The Pasha Suite room 311 is well worth the upgrade for the wonderful views, lovely bathtub overlooking the sunset, private covered patio and comfort. The restaurant is wonderful and convenient. Even though the restaurant doesn't take reservations - the staff was able to accommodate us for all four nights of our stay and even got us the table we requested with a view on two of the nights. We originally had King Suite room 312 and the bed was hollow in the middle causing you to roll to the center, the room was below the bar/restaurant where we were woken up all throughout the night past 2am with cleaning going on above us. It's a terrible room despite being a King Suite. We asked to be moved and were moved to Room 311 which is by far better and does not have a room above it so there's no noise coming from above. The bed was also in regular, decent shape - not worn out in the middle like the other room's bed.

- Shawn (9/5): Lovely, best choice in Cappadocia - Beautiful views, excellent breakfast, prime location, sizeable well-kept rooms. Definitely request for a cave room instead of the stone rooms. Nothing except the cats who were very bold and climb everywhere!
- Parker (9/5): Unique place to stay, centrally located and as comfortable as it gets. - Very friendly staff with unique rooms located in a very central location. Staff was always trying to please and really go out of the way to be sure you’re taken care of. Fantastic water pressure and nice showers. Breakfast was marvelous and included many types of salads and mostly organic. Inconsistently between rooms, such as one will receive fruits and others won’t, even when it’s in a higher tiered room. No place to go with poor weather days as everything is in the open air. No priority given to the restaurant for dinner from outside guests and reservations are not accepted.

The staff was very helpful. The original room we had was on two different levels, which didn’t work for us.

- Whitehurst (10/5): Magical and majestic - We like the location of being up the hill with a stunning view. Probably one of the best in the area. It is just so magical. There were lots of places where it is tastefully decorated to incorporate the natural geography to shoot the best view. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant which had lots of variety. Staff were very helpful and friendly, took care of us well. We struggled a bit to adjust the humidity level and the temperature in the cave suite. The staff gave us tips to adjust it then we were comfortable.

La habitación increíble. la ubicación del hotel fantástica con unas vistas impresionantes. Se veían los globos como si los tuvieras a tu alcance. Unas terrazas impresionantes. El Restaurante Seten un lujo de restaurante con un servicio y una comida increíbles. Vale mucho la pena disfrutarlo. Se me olvidaba el desayuno, también el el mismo restaurante con unas vistas impresionantes. La variedad de comida, bebidas, cafés y tés es formidable, todo un lujo. Repetiría seguro si volviera a Goreme, Cappadocia El único fallo que tengo es una excursión de 2 horas que contratamos en el hotel, una jeep safari. La verdad es que el conductor fue muy poco simpático, no hablaba nada de inglés y no hizo el menor gesto de ayudar en nada ni para hacernos una foto. El tour duró una hora y poco más cuando eran 2 horas. Y no fue nada barato (150 €) Creo que deberían hablar con la agencia para mejorar el servicio. Del Hotel en sí todo fue fantástico

- Muhammad Hassan (10/5): Excellent views, beautiful cave rooms and perfect location. - One of the best hotels i’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful facility and very unique. Spectacular views! Very close to the goreme downtown. Shops are open till late at night. Massage was also very good at the spa. Staff is super nice and extremely helpful. They helped plan a tour and activities as well as shuttle to and from the airport. They handled everything for us. Breakfast was average.
- Emma (7/5): Over priced, but if you want to see the balloons you would have a good view. - Great breakfast offering We were really excited about this hotel but it didn't meet our expectations or value for money. The bed was not comfortable, the air con did not work in our room, the staff were VERY rude - when we went to check in we were ignored for about 5 minutes while they kept chatting. We went to the rooftop and I had to ask 3 times to get a glass of wine as no one was staffing the bar. Being winter and quiet season, the staff didn't have much to do so we expected it to be more friendly and top service for what we paid. Overall, definitely super expensive just for the view of the balloons. We didn't get balloons either as it was too windy!

We would defenately stay there again. The Turkish bath with Nesta was amazing!! The massage felt rushed and not nice. My husband liked his but me not good at all.

- Alicia (10/5): Fabulous place! - The property is gorgeous and offers a tremendous view from several communal balconies. They offer lovely amenities including a lovely Hamam where my husband and I enjoyed a traditional peel and wash by Yupi and Kamil, and lovely massage by Kyla and Serap. The food on site is delicious, the room was comfortable, quiet and very clean and the staff is very kind. Highly recommend!

- YUSUF OZGUR (8/5): Authentic cave hotel, clean and full of character. Small maintenance issues, but overall excellent. - One of the best hotels in Göreme, without a doubt. Seten Restaurant is also excellent the atmosphere is beautiful, all staff are smartly uniformed, and the service is genuinely very good. The room we stayed in was a traditional cave room nice, clean, and full of character. However, the furniture could use an upgrade, and both the bathroom door and the main door didn’t close properly. That said, these places are converted from old country houses, and you honestly can’t get a more authentic experience than this in Göreme. The atmosphere and uniqueness more than make up for the small imperfections.

- Tareq (9/5): Beautiful hotel, beautiful location, great breakfast - room for improved service. - The experience of this hotel is unparalleled. As someone who has the good fortune of visiting luxury boutique hotels around the world, this did not let me down. Extremely clean rooms, a unique Capadoccia experience, excellent rooms (although the furniture and TV are a bit old and ancient). Location is probably the best in all of Capadoccia in terms of views and accesibility - with a short (but very steep) 7 minute walk to the village. Did not see the baloons due to the weather over New Years but I understand the terrace has unmatched views of them. Breakfast is spectactular, about 50 different dishes to choose from at the buffet. This is truly a memorable experience and a great place to stay to enhance it. The shampoo/shower gel and bathroom amenities are great. Some staff are extra friendly (some were not). Rooms are extremely clean and housekeeping do a great job. Airport transfer is slightly pricey but they clean and comfortable - recommend using the hotel. Bed linen very comfortable (but mattress abit to soft and bed frame shakey) The big let down: activities. I booked two activities through the hotel: Horseback Riding & Turkish Night Show Dinner. These were about triple the price of any tour operator, but I thought since it is through the hotel it will be the best. It was the WORST - both of them. The Turkish Night was terrible - horrible airplane-style food, terrible staff/service, very mediocre show and horrible acoustics. The location was nothing like that in the pictures shown in the Sultan Cave Suites activity book. I did ask for a refund the next day and received a 40% refund. The Horse riding was equally bad. I was taken to a horrible stables location, miserable staff, poorly kept horses and the ride that should have been 1 hour was over in 35 mins across a very unexciting route. The next day i booked with an external tour operator and it was phenomenal (and 50% cheaper, with transport)!! Service: something about staff here is strange when it comes to money. Whenever you make a booking, they chase you like mad for the cash payment. For example, the last night, I booked a hotel transfer for 90 Euros. The hotel lobby owed me 80 Euros, so I asked them to apply it to the transfer price, which left 10 Euro for me to pay for the airport transfer the next day. Every hour they chased me for this 10 euros, even the middle of the night when I said I just got back and because of the minus 15 freezing weather would bring it in the morning - they insisted on sending someone, who took 30 mins and I waited till almost 1 AM for him to come, for 10 Euros. Luxury Boutique Hotels do not act this way. I also used their laundry - 30 Euros for one small bag. This is fine, but the clean clothes came back curled up in a small ball - i would have expected more for 30 euros when I could have done the same in the village for about 7 to 10 euros. TV in the room has very few english channels and the TV is tiny - not a huge deal but if you like to have TV in your room this is a let down.

The front desk staff were very helpful with suggestions for local flavors and helped us with arranging commute that was reliable.

- Çürüksulu (2/5): Konum hariç berabat bır deneyimdi - Konum Otelin 313 numaralı odasında kaldık; odamız çamaşırhane ve genel tuvaletin yanında idi, aynı zamanda odamızın yanındadaki kapı bir dükkanın kapısı idi yani odanın yanında otelin yöresel hediyeliklerinin satıldığı bir dükkan… mahremiyet adına hiçbir şey yok idi… En kötüsüde odaya girdiğimiz ilk andan itibaren bir türlü geçmeyen ağır bir sarımsak kokusu idi. Görevlilere bunu söylediğimizde bizden bir önce kalan misafirlerin japon olduğunu ve odada noodle yemiş olabileceklerini söylediler ancak bunun da koca bir yalan olduğunu ertesi sabah o geceyi o odada geçiren Türkler olarak burnumuza gelen sarımsak kokusu ile anladık… Kısacası bizim için çok büyük bir hüsran olan bu olay tamamen o oteldeki görevlilerin umursamazlığı yüzündendi…
