Petreceri private cu multa muzica pana pe la2 noaptea,zgomot mare.Se presupune ca vii la hotel de 3 stele cu pret destul de mare sa te relaxezi si sa te odihnesti si iti este refuzat accesul la restaurant și la bar cum ca nu este al hotelului.Deși in prețul platit trebuia sa am loc de parcare rezervat totul era plin de mașini de Galati.Nu am vazut personal de paza.Poate parca oricine?

In sala de mic dejun era foarte foarte cald, am rugat personalul sa porneasca aerul conditionat, dar nu s-a intamplat nimic. Din pacate, pe masura ce se terminau anumite feluri de la bufetul suedez, trebuia sa ceri ca sa ti se mai aduca...

Alice (2/5): Neseriozitate - Pozitionarea hotelului Cei de la receptie ne-au oferit un apartament , spunand ca nu mai au camere disponibile , desi noi am platit pt o camera dubla cu vedere la dunare ! Apartamentul nu a avut vedere la Dunare , a avut vedere catre o “ terasa “ neamanajata , in plus gramul nu se deschidea mai mult de 1 cm! Deci si lipsa de aer ! Muzica a cantat de la o terasa f tare pana la ora 2 noaptea ! Sincer avand aceasta experienta nu pot intelege scorul atat de bun de pe booking…

Georges (10/5): Un hôtel accueillant et idéalement placé - Je suis un client fidèle de cet hôtel depuis plusieurs années et j'apprécie beaucoup son emplacement au bord du Danube et de sa falaise, la qualité de l'accueil et de l'hébergement avec des grandes chambres et d'excellents petits déjeuners. Je le recommande fortement. Je voudrais suggérer aux responsables de l'hôtel de faire réduire l'éventuel bruit parasite du compteur électrique qui, malgré l'insonorisation de la chambre, peut perturber le sommeil pendant la nuit. J'ai réglé moi même ce problème par une solution ad hoc en retirant tout simplement le badge de la chambre de son emplacement et en coupant ainsi l'alimentation électrique...

Nico. A (1/5): Galagie mult prea mare! - Locatia este frumoasa, micul dejun a fost variat, personalul a fost ok. Galagie la nivel inalt!! La parterul hotelului este un club, a cantat muzica toata noaptea, se auzeau urlete, galagie..nu am reusit sa ne odihnim deloc. Era 4 dimineata si muzica se auzea pana la etajul 5, am facut noapte alba. Am venit sa ne odihnim si am plecat zombie..

Vladyslav (6/5): - Не могу дать отзыв по отелю, так как когда мы приехали, отель был закрыт. Нас не предупредили. Оказалось надо было ехать в Вега отель. Минус за то, что не уведомили.
lupean (10/5): As reveni oricand cu mare drag. - Mic dejun bogat si variat. Atmosfera foarte placuta. Personal permanent atent la nevoile oaspetilor si foarte amabil. Am cerut in prima noapte o plapuma in plus, insa fiind destul de tarziu (dupa ora 22) ne-au adus o patura iar a doua zi am primit plapuma solicitata. Nu a fost frig in camera, insa noi suntem obisnuiti sa dormim fiecare cu plapuma proprie.

Ana-Maria (9/5): Great place - The location is excellent with easy access to transport. I think my room was above the kitchen, because every morning at 6 a door or table was moved and I could hear it and wake up. Also, the ventilation was not the best, as I could smell food in the room and the hallway. The shower needs changing as I struggle to switch between shower and bathtub.
