- Beth (10/5): - I can’t recommend this hotel enough! As a group of 6 girls in their early 20s, we felt incredibly safe and looked after by staff. They could not have done enough for us and the private transfer connected to the hotel (yannis) took us wherever we needed to be and picked us up every night and made us feel genuinely safe and looked after. The hotel itself was beautiful, very clean and about a 10 min walk into Ornos. The breakfast was fabulous and the pool area was gorgeous. We will absolutely be back here!

Personnel très aidant pour des conseils de sortie Réservation de taxi (mais attention ce sont des taxis privés donc un peu cher) La ville d’Ornos à côté ou on trouve supermarché, restaurant et une belle plage Pas loin de l’aéroport et du port La route pour aller à Ornos. Le trajet est court max 10 min) mais un peu dangereux le long d’une route sans trottoir. Pas de souci la journée mais on a évité la nuit…

Todos os funcionários são super atenciosos, quarto limpo e confortável, café da manhã delicioso e possui estacionamento. Fica de carro a 10 min no máximo do centrinho / Little Venice, dos beach clubs Nammos, Scorpios etc , a 15/20 dos demais : Principote, Spilia entre outros . Porém, qualquer lugar em Mykonos carro é necessário e o tempo de descolamento será esses entre as praias! Com certeza, indico de olhos fechados e voltarei em minha próxima viagem a Mykonos!

- Fateha (4/5): - The pool was dirty and had a hair in it, amd despite 76 degree weather, the water was freezing cold. We had one night in a different hotel in Santorini and the weather was the same but their pool water was warm so I don't know what it is about this place. The handrail to get in the pool was not sturdy and nails loose, super dirty and only had 3 steps that did not go even a quarter of the way in the pool which is about 6 ft so i couldn't go in past the third step. The floor around the pool had splinters everywhere, they got in my husband's feet and hands. In the water, there was a yellow ring around the pool. We asked for a room change, but we're denied despite the conditions. Smokeless-pained to speak front desk girl who could barely get words out. You claim to have a restaurant. No. You offer coffee pods on the first day but if you wake up early and want coffee you have to leave the property and worse if you go down for breakfast 5 minutes early you will be told no to Your request for coffee while the boys are enjoying theirs. You will also be reminded you only get one free cup.

Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast where we could choose from a menu and be fully served—such a relaxing start to the day! The pool area was also fantastic, offering breathtaking views of the sea, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The rooms were spotless, cleaned daily, and offered a beautiful view. Everything looked exactly as advertised, just like in the photos. The hotel is only a 15-20 minute walk from a village and beach, both with a variety of great restaurants. We had an amazing holiday and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

The lunch at the hotel pool was excellent. The distance of the room from the road was a lot of walking, luckily we had a car with which we could get anywhere in the city.

- Storyteller482520 (2/5): HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - We have a upcoming trip. We purchased this for the amount of $2400. We went back on the site and the price was for $1800. We asked the hotel to honor the price and they told us that they would not. They said it was a glitch in the system and they arent able to do anything. I think its very unfair and considering that we booked directly through them , you would think they would at least honor a confirm discount/ difference refunded or a confirmed upgrade room. But no, they were no assistance at all and just continued to say it was glitch on their end . Having not even stayed at the hotel yet, but to experience this type of customer service is really a bummer and makes me nervous to see how the customer service will be when we arrive especially if there is an error on their behalf. They are not willing to help and only care about taking your money regardless of the errors on their behalf. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

- vickimW6085KQ (2/5): Nightmare on Mykonos - If you want a place with with steep stairs, a sink abutting your bed, surly staff who insult you if you do not like undercooked eggs, and who stiff you when you check out early, this is the place to go! More like nightmare Mykonos. My husband and I were in fear for our life trying to get into and out of our room. We have visited Greece several times and never encountered anyplace this awful.

- Latoya (10/5): - This villa was beautiful, the staff was amazing and to top it off, our own private pool! My only concern was the lighting inside was a little on the sparse side, which made it difficult to get dressed and do your makeup. They also had another property which you have to walk to for breakfast and our family stayed there so we were back and forth. But there are no sidewalks on the streets so safety was a concern. I think they need a walking path behind the two locations to connect them. It wasn’t a big deal and made our walk a little adventurous! We had fun!

They were happy to recommend restaurants, arrange transfers & allowed us a late checkout & to lay by the pool until our afternoon ferry. Amazing breakfast with great selection to choose from- great value. Would recommend & stay here again.

If they had a golf cart for baggage that would be ideal. But there is shopping a close drive away to make the place feel like home and you cannot beat the views and privacy.

If you are staying for 2 days, it’s ok but if u r staying for more days, u don’t get lots of options, having same thing everyday is not so cool. The staff was really good. They provide you mini bar when u enter the hotel, but actually it’s paid, u pay at check out, but it’s a little confusing. I think they should not put all these things in the room because we think it’s for us free of cost and we consume it, we realise at the end that we have to pay.
- Salvi (10/5): Exceptional - It was the second time we visited Dreambox. Breakfast by the pool was delicious. They offered us a free room upgrade. The distance from chora, the airport, and the most famous beaches is a very very good reason to choose this hotel. Super friendly staff. They accommodated all our requests. The pool is one of the biggest on the island. The mattress of the bed was one of the best we had ever tried. We will definitely come back next year!

- Josh (4/5): - We got in pretty late and almost immediately fell asleep, when we woke up we saw blood right in the middle of the sheets. The couch was also a bit grungy looking. The room itself was SUPER small. I did like the pool side and breakfast was really good. All the staff was very nice. But you might want to set up your own taxi, cost us 40 bucks to get to the airport that was less than 10mins away.

- Trek295661 (10/5): blown away by this villa - This hotel was a dream for us. we had booked 2 villas. our suite had the patio and pool facing the water. beautiful view but received all of the wind gust. it made it cold in the pool area but i would not have traded the view. rooms were clean and staff was awesome from pick up to check out. perfect location for quiet and not far from all of the main areas. the villa even had a carport. if you decide to rent a car or motor bike parking was not a problem. we had lunch one day by the main pool and it was delicious. they have a few cats that hang around but they didn't bother us. a separate group were not receptive to the cats in the area and the waiter coaxed them out of the area. pool was cleaned and maintained daily and housekeeping cleaned the room daily. i will visit this hotel again and also advise others to book there. there was a single negative. it seemed our toilet was above a septic system or something because it emitted an odor. the shower was next to the water closet but no odors came from the drain in there. it was not overpowering but it was noticeable. the photos on the hotels website are pretty accurate, so i will not post any additional. thanks for a wonderful stay!!

- SHELLF100 (8/5): Great Value in Mykonos - This place was mostly great. Good value for money, decent rooms, lovely breakfast and fantastic service from the staff. One major downfall was there was no shade by the pool. Please include some umbrella's. We were unable to use the pool area the whole time which was very disappointing for our stay. There was a lot of windsurfers staying there as this particular bay seemed to catch the wind this time of year. That's helpful to know if your prefer somewhere less windy. I believe they also offer airport transfer which is a bonus, we however had a hire car for our stay.

Breakfasts with the view were unforgettable. The price for September was a bit expensive. But it is more about Mykonos pricing. Taxi is so expensive here! 40 euros for 15 min or 3km.

- Daisy (9/5): Gorgeous Hotel! - We had a fab stay at Dreambox! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was lovely and very clean. The pool area was amazing with a stunning view and the breakfast was delicious! You are allowed one savoury option, one sweet option and 2 coffees for breakfast which was extremely generous! A cockroach snuck into our room which couldn’t be helped but he definitely wasn’t welcome! The location is lovely as it’s a bit quieter but taxi’s are expensive to get into Mykonos Town and the bus stop is a 10 min walk away along a main road.

Staff in bar area very pleasant and accommodating. Cleaning staff very thorough and room kept spotless Taking into account the cost of accommodation the room definitely needed a bigger fridge, at least a bar sized one. The weather being extremely hot, the ability to have cold water is a must. Especially when you cannot drink the tap water and have to use bottled water for drinking and cleaning teeth. One small bottle of water per day is not enough in such extreme heat. A kettle wouldn't go astray, who doesn't like a cup of tea early morning or late at night without having to leave room. There is a coffee machine but not everyone drinks coffee. Most countries where I have stayed where the water supply cannot be drunk they supply a large water dispenser free.
