- julien (6/5): Nous ne nous sommes pas sentis à l'aise - Nous avons bien compris que le fait d'arriver au petit déjeuner à 9h40 alors que l'heure limite est 10h00 pose problème. On nous a même fait savoir que nous étions les derniers... Heureusement pour l'Arena hôtel, nous ne reviendrons pas. Je ne recommande pas.

- WILLIAM (8/5): Bien mais pourrait très bien ! - Le silence et l'obscurité de la chambre est très appréciables et rare de nos jours. C'est pour cela que l'on en veut plus et que l'on s'arrête sur les détails. Une douche au jet orientable, un papier toilette qui ne soit pas de la toile émeri, un paquet de mouchoir, une petite bouteille d'eau ... Des détails certes mais ce sont ces détails qui pourraient faire passer cet établissement de bien à fabuleux. Néanmoins je retournerais dans cet hôtel pour la qualité de la nuit et voir les progrès.

- MANUEL (8/5): Sin servicio de habitaciones ni limpieza diaria. - El otel y la habitación limpios y en buen estado, pero con la escusa del coronavirus ni limpian ni arreglan la habitación a diario. Además en mi caso solo me dejaron dos toallas de ducha para dos personas, ni siquiera pusieron ninguna de lavabo. La recepción cierra a las 21 horas.

Les précautions sanitaires étaient bien respectées, port du masque, nettoyage des chambres non fait en temps de confinement, mais demande de linge possible chaque jour.. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre passage dans cet hôtel et le recommandons vivement.
